I am a new home owner in Westbury coming from Manhattan. My first big test was running out of oil unexpectedly in one of those scary cold days. In addition my filter got clogged which added another layer to the problem. This occurred on a Saturday afternoon with temp sensations close to zero AND on my BD. After calling several providers and losing hope, I came across OiLex, I was fortunate to deal with Maria and Andy (owners) who literally shocked me by going out of their ways in order to assist the situation. As an MD myself, I know how valuable it is to assist someone at that critical moment when a help is most needed. As a Manhattanite I also know that almost no merchant would be sympathetic enough to our problems on a Saturday afternoon. Not only that Andrew brought heat back to my home but possibly gave me the best birthday present I could have never imagined, the gift of putting back warmth in my home…and he did it with pleasure !Thank you forever Andy and Maria! Review long overdue. I am new to oil heating system and I was checking on reviews online because I dont wanna get into any contract with big companies like Petro. Yes it is true that the owner is very knowledgable and explained me every details of my heating system. As a new home owner this is very important for me. My heating was working fine, I just called for maintenance. I am also getting oil from them. They have competitive price and delivery is quick.Side note: The owner is such a nice guy he even clean my driveway with his cordless blower. He dont have to. Thank you.
Once again Oilex was there when I needed them. I came back from a vacation and my boiler was off, I called Andrew and he came the next morning and took care of the problem. He really takes the time to talk to you and make you understand the issue.Oilex sends coupons from time to time via email and ordering oil is super simple. My delivery is usually within 24 hours too.Great customer service speaking to Rose in the office and always fair pricing.
Extremely friendly and great service. I ran out of oil sooner than expected and they were able to do me a favor and get to me the same day. You can tell they care about their customers every time you call in. Highly recommend!!

Oilex Fuel always delivers super fast. I have had a couple issues with my tank and they have come right away to fix the problem. I appreciate their customer service and timeliness with delivery.
Oliex heating saved the sale of my home. The buyers didnt want to close because the heat wasnt working . The owner of oliex came out and fixed everything we needed to close on the house that afternoon! He even stayed to talk to and comfort the news owners about our equipment! This is a family owned business and it really shows. I will absolutely only be using oilex in the future. They also have premium oil which saves money in the long run. To not buy cheap oil! You need oilex!

Super Awesome services! Normally, I dont like to do a review, but I am giving this company 5 stats. As I have been using another company for oil delivery almost 2 yrs, I did not realize I was running out of oil yesterday, and I told them need a emergency delivery today, basically, they told me will come this morning, and then, when I called they said they only can coming late afternoon, then I Google and found Oilex, they said will coming within 30 to 45 minutes, eventually, they came and filled my tank with quick service. I really appreciate that Oilex provided quick and excellent delivery. Even, the gentleman who filled up my tank very friendly and nice!!
Been buying oil from oilex for the past 5 or 6 years, very prompt, with friendly courteous drivers, recently my boiler was clogged with sut, it started smoking, called for a service call, Andrew came at the end of his shift to Levittown and did a complete cleaning of my system, he was promp, courteous, very friendly,funny, it seemed we had things in common.i would highly recommend oilex for any of your boiler needs A+ in my book, and they will continue to be my main go to oil company,...andrew, your a great, knowledgeable,courteous,with a great sense of humor.......
I was first a customer of Oilex over 20 years ago. Andrew was friendly and smart, and taught me about my old house.Like so many other reviewers here, he saved me in a blizzard emergency between Christmas and New Years! Is that how we all got hooked onto Oilex?I went with a large company for a while for a service contract, because I had no gauge on my tank, and guessing when I needed oil became a problem. But I grew to hate the big company. (“Nobody serves you better”? Ha!!). After I got a new tank with a gauge, I returned to Oilex.
Andrew from Oilex is a super reliable, and genuine guy. Our oil was delivered almost immediately after I called. Our furnace had to be reset and Andrew taught me how to do it if it ever needed to be done again. When he came, he realized our gauge was stuck and he fixed it. Of all the oil companies in the area, these guys actually care about the customers, and not just about making a sale. They will be my main oil provider going forward, and I’d recommend them to anyone in this area.
Had an issue with ordering oil from another company that charged me already and Oilex came by to drop off their oil before the other company did. They were very understanding of the confusion and worked with me to get that previous order cancelled so that I wont have to pay twice. Plus they gave me time to get my refund in order to pay them for their drop off. I would highly recommend you use their services.
The best thing I did was switch oil companies to Oilex of NY. Andrew is a customer service pro who is knowledgeable, offers great value and is super responsive. Came out in the middle of a snow storm to fill out tanks! Highly recommend.
Helped me out in a pinch!!I was low on oil and ordered from my normal company, but they failed to show and would not answer or return my calls. Now with an almost completely empty tank, Andrew at Oilex took the call and was able to get a delivery to the house within an hour.I will be using Oilex from now on.
Met Andrew on 12/7 when we bought our house. He is a great guy always willing to come out and help with all of our boiler problems. Explains every detail. Would highly recommend his company to everyone. Nice to know there are still good people and companies out there.
Recently I got out of a long term and expensive contractual agreement with Petro and vowed to never enter into another similar arrangement. I did my research on OilEX and read their amazing reviews. The positive glowing reviews are definitely on point. Andrew came out to my property on two emergency occasions and he was very knowledgeable and helpful each time. I am so appreciative of the help and sincerity I felt during each encounter. OilEX prices are very competitive and fair. I dont like searching for promo codes and missing out on minute sales. OilEX made it easy and egalitarian by offering the best market price for the amount of oil you need. They are responsible and caring as a family- owned company and all their staff (shouting out Ms. Rosa) are professional and understanding.
Ran out of oil on New Years Eve. While all the other companies were rude Oilex was not only able to squeeze me in last minute, the price was better then the others I called. To top it off they got my oil tank filled within 90 minutes of calling. Very professional efficient and honest. Thank you and happy new year!
Not knowing our oil tanks measuring gage was broken, we thought we had enough oil in our tank. After checking the gage we then realized we were on empty. We called about four to five companies and they all stated they can not service us today due to the weather. We called Oilex and they said We can be at our home within the hour. They were on time and the driver was respectful and courteous. In an Emergency they came thru!! I definitely will be using this company in the future.
I have been extremely happy with Oilex. I love that they are a family based business.Andrew,(the owner) makes sure that he gets oil delivered in a timely manner no matter the circumstances,and also makes sure that his customers are protected in the worst of weather. Rosina does an amazing job with scheduling and all customer service related issues,she does everything possible to accommodate. I have been using them for 2 seasons now and will not use any other company again.
I didn’t have heat for a week. He was very nice and explained everything to me, not just do it but educated me. He fixed it and now I’m finally warm. Thank Andrew! He’s a sweetheart!
I just want to recommend my new favorite oil company , by far. Andrew, the owner of the company is a gentleman and a most competent oil burner serviceman extraordinaire. On New Year’s Eve I had an emergency insofar as I was out of oil. They delivered immediately. Then my burner wouldn’t turn on , freezing temperatures, Andrew came out to get it started and up and running . The day after New Years , I was moving out of my rental home. My landlord was keeping my security check because he thought the burner was not working. I called Andrew , he was able to come and check it. It turned out to be a false alarm. The burner was working and the heat was on. I thought I was left paying. Andrew said , “ it’s ok. , this ones on me .” As o said he’s an unbelievable gentleman and business owner and 3rd generation in this extraordinary company.

Amazing customer service! After realizing that I was almost out of oil I placed an order online late last night. I called this morning to confirm my order and pretty much beg them to deliver today but to my surprise...and delight that wasnt necessary. They already had me scheduled for delivery today. I had a real problem the other day. I ran out of fuel. I was panicstricken trying every oli company no one could get me a delivery. Then I googled oilex and spoke to a guy named Andrew. He was very nice he told me not to panic he would see if he could get a delivery for me. I have had my boiler go down on me Christmas Eve, I have woke up to find my boiler did not work and I have almost run out of oil completely.NO MATTER what the circumstance was Oilex has never let me down.They have been there for me every step of the way and helped me within a more than acceptable time. Needed an emergency delivery today. With all the holiday craziness we found ourselves very low. The manager there made sure he can get a delivery today when I called after noontime. Rosa was very helpful and nice to talk to as well!

Was having issues with my boiler on the first freezing day of the year and called up to see if if I could get lucky and have someone come over last minute on a Saturday. 2022-02-17This is our first experience with Oilex. In the past we would buy oil from the least expensive oil company as we needed it. Delivery to delivery it might be a different company. As we just got a brand new oil burner, one of the installers recommended Oilex. He is not associated with the company and he was so nice, I thought I would check it out. Start to finish our experience was wonderful. I looked at the website first which was easy to navigate but still wanted ask questions. I thought because it’s the height of the heating season, that they might not take the time to answer questions. I was wrong. The woman in the office was responsive and helpful and left me feeling happy that we had ordered from them. The next day, when the oil was delivered, I stood outside to show the driver where the filler was. He was so personable, again I thought what nice people at this company. Since we had run out of oil, Andrew came later to prime the oil burner. I dealt with 3 people. All of them kind, all of them personable, and now we have a new oil burner company for oil delivery and service. Usually I am wary with people who do service I have to trust that they are doing what they say, but I feel so grateful to have found this company. I feel their sense of pride in their company and I definitely trust them. Don’t know how many employees they have but 3 out of 3 is pretty good. Thank you Oilex.Linda Newman

Not only did he provide same day delivery service for oil on a Sunday evening, but he also walked my husband through how to get our heating system up and running Again at 10pm at night and didn’t even charge us. Very helpful and patient. We will be using Oilex for now on for all of our oil and heating needs ☺️

2022-06-09I used this oil company first time because their oil is 30 cents less than the other company . I filled 200 gallons plus some quantities left in my tank and it should be 200 plus gallons and two days after , my oil dropped to 162 gallons and I called them and the owner came and told me there is something wrong with my gauge and I believed what he said and two weeks later it dropped to 95 gallons , and now it is about 6 weeks and there isn’t any oil left in my tank at all. That never happened to me before when I used other company, it is reasonable if the oil ran out fast in winter time but now it is summer time I don’t use oil for heat only shower . I don’t trust this company at all . Everyone has to be careful with this company. Don’t let them trick you.
