My wife broke her arm and is unable to sleep in a bed. I went to Old Brick to purchase a power-recliner for her. I purchased what i thought would be comfortable. Unfortunately it did not fit her well. The sales people at Old Brick were very understanding and took the chair back. I selected another one which is much more suitable. I would highly recommend this family owned business over any other furniture store in this area.
I had a very pleasant experience at Old Brick today. It was the first time I had been to the Clifton Park store. I found exactly what I was looking for, plus a few things. Vanessa handled my sale and was very courteous. I’m pleased with my purchases and my shopping experience.
I assume that usually people feel jumped on, as I always have, when they enter a furniture store or a car dealership. A sales associate did approach me, but simply said there were people there to help if I required. She said this as she backed away. I had to follow to say I had a question. Where would I find sleeper sofas. She showed me and left again. It appeared she was baking cookies. When I needed more information, I sought her out and I was able to make the purchase of an in stock item. My entire time in said store was less than a half hour with delivery date established. A good experience.
Old Brick furniture is the premier furniture store in the area. So many choices. Associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Vanessa at the Clifton Park store. She was so helpful, easy to work with, and a great personality.Thank you Vanessa.Jim & Michele
Vanessa was very helpful when we were ready to place our order. She was available when needed but otherwise gave us space to wander around and shop without being bothered. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.
Had a wonderful experience in the showroom and purchasing the furniture. However, the delivery was not up to my expectation. The furniture was unceremoniously dropped in the living room, unwrapped and then left with a sign here. They never asked where it should be placed. I called and left a message but to date have received no call back to explain if this is normal or how they always do it. I wouldnt pay for that lack of service a second time.
Excellent experience shopping for a mattress at Old Brick Clifton Park. Vanessa was very patient, helpful and professional, answering all our questions and steering us in the right direction. The bedMatch computer program was a fun feature! It analyzes your body type and sleep style and recommends certain mattresses and firmness level. My parents purchased two beautiful chairs for their home. They had to wait many months due to supply chain issues, but this was not Old Brick’s fault. When the chairs finally arrived, one of the chairs was extremely unlevel and had a large pull on the side of the fabric. My parents immediately called the store and they said it wasn’t their problem because it is a warehouse issue. Then, when they finally got in contact with someone, this person informed them that Old Brick will not be issuing a new chair even though it clearly has a manufacturing defect.Update: Old Brick has rectified the situation and is replacing the chair.
Quick service. The woman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and was able to discern what I needed. The price was reasonable. When I went in the store, it wasnt my intent to make a purchase, but to just gather information.she gave me information and I made the purchase. I was not under any pressure to ake a purchase
Excellent place to buy furniture. Reasonable prices, and the sales staff are not all over you the second you enter the store. They come to greet you, but then tell you their service doesnt include pushing you to buy anything...when your ready go find one of them.
Reluctantly made a purchase here with my boyfriend today, despite feeling belittled by the salesperson who was not warm or personable. We are young and just signed a lease for our first apartment, so we do not know much about furniture and are not looking to break the bank just yet. We wanted to avoid some of the add on costs, to which the salesperson expressed her dissatisfaction with our decisions and was rude quite frankly. Coming from a sales background myself, it left a sour taste in my mouth that we were giving business to someone who was so impersonal. When you go shopping (especially for these expensive purchases) you want to feel seen, heard, and treated like a human. After we went here, we visted other stores and the salesmen were approachable, knowledgable, and most importantly respectful of our decisions.
This is the place to buy furniture. Dan and Kevin helped me find the perfect couch and loveseat. It was a great price and a great quality couch. I went to all of the other furniture stores in the area and you cant beat this place. Thank you. Im a happy customer.

I received an email, prior to my delivery from Old Brick saying the delivery would arrive in 10 minutes, less than 10 minutes later the delivery truck showed up, W O W !!The two guys unloaded the couch, took the two doors off my entranceway, brought my couch in, rehung the doors, I signed for the delivery and all in less than 20 minutes from start to finish.I wish I had gotten their names, because both of them were professional, courteous and good at their job !
I have had the occasion of shopping at Old Brick in Clifton Park a few times in the last month. I have had nothing but an absolutely positive experience each time. From each showroom employee, to the office manager, they all receive an A+ from me.
We went into a store, great engagement from employees. Ending go up buying a table.. it had to be ordered. When it came in it was damaged, we couldnt build it.. we are still waiting...Im trying so hard to be patient.

I love this store and all that is associated with it. We moved up here from Long Island and had to restart our furniture from scratch. I saw the bedroom set in the window and when I came to look at it was very pleased with the product and the way it was made. They have great choices here for every room in the house. The sales girl was great and handled it without a problem. I was so happy to hear that the items were in stock and would be delivered immediately. I was also very pleased with the delivery men too. It was a very heavy set of furniture and they had to come up one flight of stairs. They took there time and made sure that every piece was put where I wanted it.My only regret was not knowing about this store from the beginning. I would have bought all my furniture there.Would definitely recommend them for anything that you plan to buy.
We have been getting our furniture from Old Brick for years. Their prices are always good and their quality of furniture is awesome. The best thing I like is the sales people arent up your butt. Went looking for a night stand at the new Clifton Park store. Sales associate approached immediately to offer help, pointed us in the right direction, then just as quickly left us alone to browse. Absolutely no pressure. Checked in with us a short time later and offered to check for additional styles online if we couldnt find one in-store. Found one at a very reasonable price.

Low pressure. Sales people left us to ourselves to look around store . When we had questions it was simple to get complete answers. When we were ready to buy, sales person was very knowledgeable , helpful, and worked hard to make the transaction as quick as possible but careful not to make any mistakes with multi piece order. I had put a deposit on a Chaise couch at Raymore and Flanagan on Saturday I wasn’t totally happy with it so I ended up texting Old Brick in Clifton Park as we had bought a table for my mother in law there in December. We were very happy and impressed with the store. Yesterday, Tim was so kind and courteous to send me a few pics of a few chase lounges and he had no problem giving me the me information I was looking for. Tim said would you like to stop up and I’ll show you some things and so we came up today and he was an excellent customer service guy, Tim wasn’t pushy which really made us happy. After testing 6+ chaise couches we made the decision to go for total comfort. Tim made the sale and we put a deposit down. (so we will be getting a refund from our other deposit at Raymour and Flanigan) Thank you Tim, you’re an awesome salesman! Karen & Paul
Lisa helped us and was excellent. She was very easy to work with and did not bother us or push us. She had helpful suggestions when asked and was able to show us all of the options we were considering. She had great advice for options and styles. She was thorough in reviewing the check out order and clear about expectations. The store is clean, organized, brightly lit and full of great options.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The kind salesman took me to the sofa I wanted . The process for purchase was so easy and quick. I came in with my 9 year old. I am happy the sakes rep was kind, speedy, and made me feel comfortable. I will be back to purchase an ottoman.
Ordered a recliner in the store based on the floor model. They delivered it in a completed different color. Called the store where I purchased it in Clifton Park, and was told to call the main store in Albany. I called there and got an answering machine . Left a message. Over a week later- still no response.For an update: Both Rachel and Marla called me back and after a lovely conversation, offered to fix the error. I told them that as I had already been using the chair for 2 weeks, that it wasnt necessary. So they insisted on reimbursing me the delivery charge, plus a little extra for being gracious about the mistake.So I am amending to 5 stars, as they take ownership of their mistakes and are very motivated to make thins right, showing that they truly are invested in customer satisfaction.

Checked this place out while visiting relatives during the holidays. Great solid furniture and even better pricing. You can tell nothing there is cheaply made. And their warehouse is 10 minutes away for easy pickup items! Now all they gotta do is start up a location in Rochester!!!
When we first walked in we were welcomed! Then we had a pushy salesman follow us around like a lost puppy when I told him we were just looking and if we need anything I’d let him know but he continues to follow us around and keep asking us questions. So we left and went somewhere else to compare prices and ended up coming back because of the prices being so good and we ended up talking to someone else and made a purchase through him.
David was awesome and patient letting my two girls try every mattress in the store. He was very knowledgeable which helped us narrow down so many choices! We highly recommend the new store and David to help !

Wont be buying here again. Got my daughters bedroom set delivered for them to tell me they only had half the hardware. Then it took them 6 hrs to find the hardware. Then send out another set of techs to put the bed together. Scrapped and damaged my daughters dresser going up the stairs. There solution was to credit me 50 bucks after it took them a total of 8 hrs with the bed set up. Told them I wouldnt accept 50 bucks and they didnt credit me anything for the aggravation that they caused me.
Clifton Park store is beautiful! The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful - not at all pushy like some stores. I worked with Nick at Clifton Park store and he was able to answer all my questions regarding inventory, delivery, etc. I am definitely going back to make my purchase!

Gosh, where to start!? I bought a chofa a few weeks ago at the Queensbury store, thanks Jeff! Got it home just to not have it fit in the bedroom I bought it for and with the return policy why would I send it back for $300 when it cost me $700 to have it for a few hours. I went to CP store the next day and ended up getting helped by Vanessa! She was amazing, ended up finding me a love seat & chair that’ll match my Chofa that I’m hoarding in my parents basement until I buy a house. Vanessa was so great, she really made my experience spending more money at Old Brick just as pleasurable as the last! A huge thanks to the whole team in each store :)

0 ZERO stars for mattress Paid In Full, 2 gs ,on 12/ 4 , told 2-4 weeks delivery , 8weeks later it arrived but minus the pillows as part of deal , now had to call to inquire , yep 3 month ordeal ... don’t recommend

My last updateOn September 17 I received both pieces. The head rests are not the same, the filling is like half of what the others are. I’ve reached out to Brian several times with no returned call. Shocker!! I just wanted to make him aware, I will not be trying to return them. I’m over the 9 month fight, next time you spend 4 grand on furniture think about going somewhere else. Disgraceful!!!Update #2I received a call from Brian last week and was told my delivery was going to be HERE THIS WEEK, it’s Friday at 330 and I’ve heard nothing. I implore anyone reading this not to do business here. 8 months into this nightmareUpdate on my experienceMy delivery was in early January and we found a couple defects. On January 29th someone came to our home to inspect said damages. He then agreed 2 pieces were in fact damaged and new pieces would be ordered and shipped within “a couple weeks”.Now the nightmare begins I started calling Rachel in March, I got nothing but the run around and untrue responses. Moved on to Donna who seemed interested in helping, but then stopped returning my calls. I spoke to a gentleman who I was told was the store manager. Come to find out this was not true. He was unbelievably rude so I then asked for a district manager. I spoke to Brian and he apologized and asked if I would give him until the end of the day to find out what was going on. Brian did call and asked for 2-3 more weeks and the product would be in, he promised to call. 5 weeks later still not a word. I called Brian and he said he needed more time, mind you it’s now July! I have never had such horrific service. Shame on you Old Brick! You can come pick up my leather furniture because I’m done with your lack of customer service. I paid thousands of dollars in your store only to be treated like this! I NEED RESOLUTION TO THIS 7 MONTH NIGHTMARE!!I would never recommend Old Brick to anyone.

2022-08-14We were shopping for an adjustable bed at Old Brick in Clifton Park. The sales associate that helped us was Dan Peterson. He was so helpful and informative. He was there to answer questions, but also gave us space to look around and discuss on our own. The only reason we did not purchase at Old Brick was because the one we wanted was not on stock and we were desperate to have it delivered the same week. But Dan helped us narrow down what we wanted. We have many pieces of furniture from Old Brick and I would definitely recommend them for quality, pricing and customer service!

2022-05-20Went to purchase an electric recliner for my elderly mom who has mobility issues. They had a nice selection reasonably priced. The salesperson, Tim, gave us space to look while still being available to answer questions. The delivery was in time and very polite. Our item was received in excellent condition. Would definitely buy from Old Brick in the future.

2022-07-23I went to the Old Brick Furniture Store in Clifton Park, and had great service from start to finish. I ended up purchasing a love-seat and a couch for a very reasonable price, and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend this location! Customer service relations are HIGHLY important while purchasing anything, and this location provided such. 👍

2022-04-10My Salesperson Kevin was simply outstanding!! Even though i was wearing workout attire, he greeted me immediately, in a friendly manner. Even though he didnt believe they carried what i was asking for, he asked probing questions that helped us to understand that i wasnt describing the piece that i needed by the proper name. In the end he found what i wanted. It was a pleasant experience.

2022-03-27Our experience today at Old Brick in Clifton Park was FANTASTIC! Kaitlynn (our designer) took the time to take the virtual tour of our new place. She took measurements and was able to show us several different floor plans along with the furniture she selected for each floor plan based on some preferences I had given her. We selected furniture for our living room in less than an hour. The entire experience was wonderful and Kaitlynn deserves all of the credit!!!

2022-03-19Our sales rep. Vanessa, was wonderful. She took us to the perfect mattress after a few questions. We looked at several and went with her first pick. The price was perfect and exactly what I wanted to spend. Delivery within 2 weeks and they are removing my old mattress. All this took less than 45 minutes and we were all set.

2022-07-08We made at least three trips to look at furniture at different times. Every time we came in someone’s there to greet us an extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the purchase process. Hopefully will be saying the same thing when our product order arrives!

2022-06-08The men that delivered my sofa did not put the legs on correctly & my sofa was wobbling and causing the recliner to pop up. I called customer service & got a quick response from a very nice woman who set up a service call immediately. My service tech (I believe his name was Frank) was awesome!!! He was very friendly & helpful. He had the problem fixed in minutes. I am very happy with customer service & my service tech!!!
