Always been a faithful customer but in recent years prices just get higher and higher but the quality gets worse. Sizes are so hit or miss. They definitely have good sales and thats when I shop there most and I always check out the kids clearance especially for boys. Overall its a decent store. This one in particular is a bit messy and you have to search intensely for specific sizes but they are always well staffed and most are super accessible and helpful if you need something.
Great store, love the styles and sales. I feel like there is always some sort of sale going on. I especially love the slim fits in toddler and children sizes, as my boys are both very slim. Friendly staff, and except for clearance sections, the store is almost always tidy and organized.
Good but should have has an extra staff the girl in the morning was alone with a line. The bathroom definitely needed work and she could not even go back because she was only one on cashier!
Left a sensor tag on my new pants and expected me to drive an hour back to the store and then an hour back home at my own expense! Thanks for nothing!Also left a sensor tag on my girlfriends shirt. Nail puller around the metal stem centered in the large plastic block area removed them. Saved me the trip. I have my receipt.
Old Navy the company has good quality clothes for decent prices, especially during sale times. I tend to stick with 100% Cotton shirts, which they always have many of, and they have lasted for years at a time after frequent use. Just a couple days ago, I bought 6 tank tops for $35. The one difficult part about this store is that because it is in the mall, there tend to be long lines. Be mindful of that when you want to come here and purchase items during typical busy times at the mall (weekend nights, Friday night, rainy days).
Old Navy is great one stop shopping for the whole family!At one point in time there was a store here and also in Crossgates Commons. This one is located by JC Penny in the lower section of the mall.Some of the items are on the trendy side, but a lot of the classics will work for all ages.I came in here to get some running shorts, they had clearance for $8.I love the womens dresses here, they are often good deals if you catch a sale.Another great item to come here for us denim.Unfortunately, the lines here are kind of long, which seems to be an issue at Old Navy stores all over the country. Luckily, this line did move quickly.
Neatly placed clothes, helpful staff, speedy check out. All adds up to a nice shopping experience.
This is a good size Old Navy store with a large in store selection of clothing, hats, and outerwear. It can be a busy store because of its location inside the mall and it can be tough to get help if needed. Sales are plentiful here and there are multiple changing areas for trying on clothing.

Pretty organized and has a good selection of men’s, women’s and kids clothes. Store isn’t overwhelmingly big but you can still find some good items for a bargain.

2022-05-30OMG I love Old Navy one of the managers are so wonderful I went there to just browse for items and when I went there they had clearance items plus additional 30% off which the manager informed me about which made me want to spend more money which is great the associates are pleasant the manager is wonderful I love Old Navy cant wait to go back to use my coupons in June I literally pretty much had conversations with the whole staff in the store which is a good experience it makes me want to come back more often

2020-06-18EDIT: I decided to detract a couple stars because although this store is decent it is nowhere fit enough to warrant a full 5 stars.I do like this store and I like old navy, but the clothes in particular are more practical, comfy, and convenient in terms of style as opposed to the cuter, trendier styles I prefer. Back when I was overweight the selections were preferable, but now that Im healthier I find I prefer the cute styles you can find at other stores. For how the clothes look I feel that they are frequently overpriced when not on sale and the quality doesnt quite match up enough. Unfortunately, at least at this store, the sales are few and far in between and very poor; and so you are then limited because you dont want to spend $40 on a single item of clothing that isnt particularly remarkable but nice enough to consider.My criticism for this store in particular is that I think it is just too small and so in consequence the amount of choices and products for women are greatly limited; the womens section is quite small. I went there a couple days ago (during fall season) and a large chunk of the store was dedicated to pajamas....which is nice, but I feel like with the limited space it already provides that its too much - more space should have been made for more clothing options/styles. Im disappointed in the lack of style options for bottoms. There were just jeans and pants from summer season available...Old Review:Love this store. I always manage to find cute, stylish clothes here that fit and the people working there are always friendly. Old Navy stores are always great and this one is no exception.It has womens, childrens, and mens clothes. It even has a restroom you can use too! The sales are decent too whenever they have them.

2022-01-05I meant to write this review a month ago! Erica and Mikey (I had to ask their names) were so helpful and patient with me and made my experience so enjoyable! Erica knew I wanted to wear my coat out of the store after purchasing it and she helped me remove the tag that I would have absolutely worn out in public by accident…shout-out to these amazing people working with such positive attitudes during such crazy times.

2021-12-06Came here the day before fall break and the shoppers were going crazy. I guess they were trying to find outfits for their fall vacations. The whole place was a mess. Nothing was were it was supposed to be. There were long waiting lines for the fit-on rooms. Couldn’t find anything I wanted. Came back a few times after that and everything was good then. I blame the shoppers.

2021-10-12Good old navy, staff was very kind and helpful with my return. Went back later to purchase some things and it was per usual old navy storeOne thing that I do wish is that all the jeans were in one place. Theyre all scattered in different areas and that makes it difficult to find the one I was really looking for. Other old navys ive been to they have all their jeans on the jean wall and its easy to pick / locate which one youre looking for. Other than that, not too bad.

2021-05-03Only place I can find black leggings for my daughter lately! Selection was great for all 3 of my girls. Only downside was shopping for myself the folded tables..jeans,shirts...the piles were SO high to find a size and even harder when I was holding my youngest. Maybe to avoid backstock Im not sure but seems to make more work for the employees by having to constantly fix messed up tables.
