Great sales and selections for summer
Great sale was going on. Got what I needed and more for a fraction of the price. Rewards program is sad, though. I have to spend $25 to save $10. Should be more like other stores. I throw my $10 coupons out because I wont be forced to spend money on a coupon that I had to spend to earn.
Staff is friendly and helpful. For some reason , whenever I purchase merchandise with rewards and have to make a return, I am never refunded the points and lose money. I would be better off donating things i need to return, rather than return them to the store and get nothing back.
Nice store..but needs to be more organized with more room to move about. Jeans should have the price on tbe sign near them. They advertise $15 dollar jeans but you have to search for them. Staff is nice and dressing rooms have full doors which is nice. Additionally I purchased a pair of black knee socks there, they were right by the checkout. They are the best socks ever. Just thick enough and they stay put right under the knee. I will be back to buy more of those.
Good experience but it seemed like their prices have really increased. The young man who waited on me was very nice and made it a very pleasant experience. I was shopping with my granddaughter and we had a great time.
I frequent this location. Ive had past issues with them following me around the store however its gotten way better

I love the this store, the staff here are so friendly and very helpful! The store is clean, and they always have great stuff! And if they don’t have it in the store, they will try like crazy to get it for you online, so you don’t have to pay shipping if you order from home!
Have never had a problem ordering anything on line, clothes are always true to size.
Mediocre selection of questionable quality gear. Quality of stitching, fabrics, colors and styles has gone from reliable to easily destroyed by regular wear. Look for sales on items to be purchased ($2 flip-flops for the last bit of the season or for backup footwear) but dont burden yourself paying full price. Youll regret the purchase, especially since it really wasnt what you wanted:(
They had really good sales today, but they never have the black flip flops in my size (8) and its always the only section sold out, I wish they would stock extra
Not a good experience. I was in work clothes (mechanic) and i was followed through the store and asked repeated times if i needed help finding something. Normally not a problem but the constant following, dirty looks and condescending tone made it for a horrible experience.
Great prices. Plenty of parking. However, the cashier wasnt very friendly and we found out once we got home that she left the security tag on my item.
Found the cutest sweater for those chilly spring nights and picked up the prettiest perfume near the checkout. I love Old Navy, always have and always will.

Nice clean store very busy but very cramped. Seem they tried to stuff more product into the store that can fit. Then you add all the people in there and it is very cramped.
My last experience here was atrocious. Zero customer service and the staff were more interested in talking about their personal lives than talking to an actual customer. I left and will not be back.
I got alot of good clothes for good prices and the discounts plus, I had coupons, it was with it and their clothes are nice.

They have good collection of seasonal clothes and their clearance section is great too. good store to shop.
Experience can vary depending on time of day and season. Sometimes the store has helpful staff and plenty of choices. Other times it is jammed and lines are long.
Good for basic stuff for the kids and adults too. Helpful staff, good coupons. nothing fancy but reasonable.

2022-06-14I bought two pairs of linen pants that from the store that fit beautifully when I tried them on. I went home and washed both pairs as I always do with new clothing. I wore one of the pants and within a few hours they started stretching and I constantly had to keep readjusting the tie to keep them up. By the end of the day they were so baggy and sliding down I cannot wear them. I went to the store and explained the situation and was told once they are worn they will not take them back. I’m not sure how I would know they would be falling off me by the end of the day without wearing them but … okay. So I basically handed old navy money to give them a paycheck as I am out two pairs of pants. Just maybe I can help the next person as I do not believe old navy will have any interest or concern in this review. They’ve already got their money.

2022-04-28Better off shopping online. The selection in store is pitiful and they don’t even have half of the deals that appear online. The organization is poor and half of the time you have to search hardcore for a particular size.

2017-12-20Probably some of the best products around caw caw! However..... the cashiers are absolutely atrocious.I get its retail and its min wage blah blah blah, thats no reason to treat me like I dont exist on the register caw caw. At least put the people with no personality on stock instead in front of people caw caw.Store was well zoned but I do not like were the changing rooms are, theyre directly in the middle of the store, I felt like I had no privacy at all when trying clothing on caw caw.

2020-11-07Store was packed with stuff, none of which I would buy. Old Navy has gone down hill in the quality of their clothes and the styles are strictly preteen and teen. I miss the normal low/mid rise boot cut jeans and standard perfect fit tees. Fabrics are cheap and pill easily. I will not be shopping in the store for sure. Staff could care less. One girl at the front that did my online return was very nice and tried to help me find things but no luck. The online things I ordered were online only items. I always wore xl or XXL before but now only some items fit. There was a great light hooded puffer coat. Could not get it zipped up and the arms were too tight with a tank top on. Ridiculous!

2021-11-11I was trying to go number 2 and i was being harassed by the employees. i could’ve been puking or on my period and they obviously didn’t have that kind of respect for me. old navy workers if you’re reading this please kindly don’t do that ever again. i will not be using the restroom in this facility any longer. think about business and your customers because that was entirely disrespectful

2021-05-14So this my first time coming in here since it was where hobby lobby was at.Im walking up to a empty ready line then the guy im walking up to walks over to I guess help the other cashier as im walking up to the register and then tells me to go back and hell call me when hes ready... like you was just ready.... dont be rude to customers....I put my stuff down and left.

2021-10-28I bought three pairs of sweat pant, I might have wore them 4 or 5 times they are paper thin and nasty looking. Worse sweat pants I ever bought.

2020-07-28Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only place where the jeans fit well for me. Other clothing stores wont allow you to try clothes on, but old Navy does so it is the only place I will buy my jeans.
