Store closed early due to staffing shortage. We were told the afternoon employees called out and that is why the store had to close at 4 PM. We arrived at the store at 3:52 and the doors to the store were already locked. When I called the store they informed me that they had to lock the doors early and only allowing customers in the store to complete shopping so they could all leave the store by 4 PM. My daughter and I were standing outside the doors when an employee noticed us, we waved to get them to come to the door. The employee looked at us and walked away. Lazy, can’t believe she wouldn’t even come to the door to see what we needed. Awful customer service, messy store, I would not recommend shopping at this location. They are lucky they are part of a larger popular chain or this store would not stay in business!
Definitely something has changed. Workers look unhappy and store is unusually messy. Is there a change in management? I haven’t seen it look like this in such a long time. Completely disappointed!!! I really hope this is just a bad few weeks.
This shop is just stuffed with clothes (so many in fact that its difficult at times to search through the rails). Good value
Small store with nothing really appealing. Unlike other Old Navys, this location just does not seem like it has a lot to offer. I was interested in a shirt but no one offered much assistance locating my size.
I was never a shopper of Old Navy. I recently went there because a friend had a nice pair of pants. Ive purchased a few things from there in the past month or so; tanks, pants. Annoying how the same pants in a different color are made out of a different material and fit completely different. The few times Ive been there the store has been pretty neat. Plus in most cases its the customers that destroy a store, so its common sense that you cant completely blame employees for that. The employees Ive come in contact there have been friendly. I also shop early because I am not a fan of crowded places or people, so i do whatever errands, usually pretty early. Therefore I havent seen any lines there. I plan to continue stopping by every so often and see whats there.
ETA: I recently went back and the place was very well organized. However check out was still a long line and took forever.What a mess! The display tables are pilled high in the kids area, spewing clothes all over the floor. People have no choice but to step on them to get around. And good luck checking out it takes soooo long. Plus people are wrapping the line around the store rather then on the side. Its a mess. Prepare yourself!
Unbelievably terrible customer service, management and overall organization. It is truly unacceptable how the team at this Old Navy treats its customers. Its a shame because the store is in a great location. I have been in there a few times and each time I leave feeling disrespected and astonished at the unprofessional nature of the employees.
UNBELIEVABLE! There is a long line and only two employees- one cashier and the other is on the floor. Apparently, if only one person Is scheduled to be on the register then that’s just what it is a.k.a the floor employee cannot assist. So, this review is for the district manager and who ever else is in charge of this location- YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES SUCK! Do you even care about the customers? Better yet, do you even like making money? Because if so, this dang sure doesn’t show it.
Very loud music, the place is always a mess. Cant find sizes and the display of clothes is not organized. Checkout is always slowOne cashier for a long line of people especially on weekends.
Old navy is one of my favorite stores. And I’m very happy about this opening. But one particular lady that works there has such an awful attitude. I Walked up to the register because she said “next” and off the bat. She was chewing gum SO LOUD and like a cow. I understand your gum is good, but that’s inappropriate for customer service position. Secondly, when she was saying the total I mentioned to her that I had a coupon. UNDER her breath she said “you could of told me earlier”. I understand people have bad days, but there was no need to bring it to work. The associates name is Nicole, so her name badge said.
Just terrible. Its usually a mess and no matter what time of the day or week you go, theres a long line. Like, rediculously long. No ones ever on the floor and they typically only have 1 or 2 cashiers on the registers so I have no idea how this place functions as a business
Terrible . Secret internal return policy. I will never shop this place ever again. Mindless manager at this store. Beware old navy sell defective clothing and will not honor returns. Shop elsewhere.
Love where this is located. They recently opened so it appears theyre struggling to maintain order and lifespan of employees. It was very tidy during the first few months of opening and now its been a mess everytime I walk in. Employees are a hit or miss with friendliness. Needs better management.

As a former employee and manager..its a great people to work at and great employee..we work very very hard...we keep the store clean..but customer mess the store up..i saw a lady geting womens clothing and she did not want it any more so she put the items in the kids area..lol...its not the employees ...its the customer...they dont know how to shop...and most of them is grown adult..lol...keep up the great work ...the employees at old navy..
Usually old navy does not have good costume service, but I never thought I was going to have a terrible service at the cashier, being the first opening days.. adding that there is no variety in ladies clothing😐😕

2022-01-29Associates were very helpful in assisting me find what I needed. Store was a little messy, but there was an associate in every section maintaining their section. Checkout was very easy and station was clean. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

2022-07-16Been doing so much online shopping you forget how some stores can be great and some stores not so. This was a great company experience I had two of the staff members taking care of me trying to find some jeans in my particular size. unfortunately Ive outgrown the store. I have to get them online. but now Im well informed of what style Ill need to be comfortable. I just wish Old Navy would bring some bigger mens sizes into the store.

2022-01-05Excellent customer experience. Store was well stocked after Christmas. Sales associate was enabled by Old Navy to provide excellent service in locating an item I needed online and seamlessly creating an order to ship to my home using a hand held device. Emailed receipt for purchases made before Christmas made it very easy to return. Bottom line is Old Navy has embraced technology to provide a modern efficient customer experience demosrating that they value my time as a customer.

2019-06-27Visited today w my wife and two young grandchildren. to be kind...the store was an absolute mess w clothes all over the place where they should not be. piles and piles everywherethere were 11 people on line and more being added and there was one cashier - one cashier. the wait was as long as 20 minutes to have them take our money.i asked who i believe was the manager if it was at all possible to add someone and i was told there is only one cashier available. note that there were perhaps 6-8 employees roaming the store doing other things.after waiting ten minutes as the line got longer, i asked again and the manager (i believe) went behind the counter to be another cahier. she left after about ten minutes. another person went behind the counter and could not open the register but after about five minutes mored to another on that opened.after five minutes there was once again only one cashier w perhaps 13-15 shoppers wanting the store to take their money.i saw three people just drop the clothes from their arms and leave.

2021-10-06The store is filthy!! Clothes are everywhere but where they’re supposed to be. I used to love coming to this old navy because of its organization, but it’s not the same anymore. Who is the new manager because Rich would never!!

2020-09-04This store has fantastic customer service. They were able to help me find a perfect gift for my grand daughter. I spent 2 hours in the store to eventually walk out with 3 bags just for my self and another bag for my grand daughter. The sales associate raquel helped me and was very kind and respectful. She deserves a raise.
