As much as I usually shop at Old Navy since the pandemic, they always have nice clothes for a decent price. But 2 weeks ago, I applied for the card, and the associate told me that I got approved. So since its been 2 weeks since I havent received my card, I called customer service & explaines to them the situation. I gave them my info for them to review it & they told me I was denied.Need to work on customer service more often
Oh yes. Luckily the manager here saw what happened with his own two eyes and spoke with me about it. With the amount of money Ive spent with Old Navy throughout the years, Im not giving more stars bc I should not have had the experience I did PERIOD.

Old navy is over price , i know i know nyc minimum is $15 theyhavr to make money but, spend your money on brand clothes because is almost the same prices, lil bit better materials

This store was a mess. They need to straighten the racks and pick up clothes from the floor. Some of the summer dresses were somewhat overpriced. Left without buying anything.
There was plenty to select from, but there werent people I could ask for help and the same items on the clearance rack would have different prices 🤔
The back of the store is a total mess, this is where the sales items are. I guess the customers contribute to it being messy but,,,,mahn!! the racks are over stuff and there items are just thrown on top or being trampled........ you can however find good deals if your diligent.
The store was clean and organized. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and the line was moving. This is a well put together store.
This store was an absolute madhouse!! I had so many items to purchase but it seemed as if there were about 50 ppl on the checkout line. Clothes were all over the place....I knew that Id have to have some patience, however this was like next level BS & couldnt do it. Even my niece (14 yrs old) who I was actually buying the clothes for said that she didnt want the clothes if we had to stand on the line!! I would never step foot into that store again and will only purchase from Old Navy online.
Although theyve moved items around I saved $68 on sales. Cashier was polite and solved my friends issue.
Love old navy, but today I’m particular I was very annoyed while shopping and I shop at this location often because I’m always at the mall. However, I didn’t feel comfortable shopping today because the guy that works there was literally watching me like a hawk. I wasn’t happy and they need to work on how they survey the area.

One of my favorite clothing and apparel stores. You can always find great prices and variety within. Their selection change with the seasons so theyre always in the forefront of affordable styles.
The store was ok , need alityle more on the organization part. A lot of clothes werent hanging and made it difficult for you to find something. The cashiers work fast so you dont stand in line for so long.
Cant find a single person on the sales floor for any assistance to get an item that is so unreachable and isnt anywhere else at human height level.
I enjoy all kinds of Old Navy fashion, but get disappointed at the lack or organization at their stores. The clothes are not arranged properly, and i often find myself lost, for long periods, in a bittomless pile of tees or jeans searching for my size/color and no one to offer assistance. Many times leaving without help or a purchase. 😒

Not enough cashiers EVER! Ive been there on weekends, weekdays, early in the morning and late at night...either way the line is extremely too long. It is much cleaner than other Old Navys Ive been to though, so points for that.
I love old Navy but this store is the worst there is always a line about 20 people deep. They regularly have only 3 cashiers while people on the floor and just folding. Which do you think is more important customers on the line waiting for 30 minutes to be checked out or replenishing the shelf.
Went to buy jeans for my dad. The sign said buy one, get one, half price. At the register, they only took $10 off each pair. I didnt want to argue.
Right now jeans 30-40% off. I bought 2 pair of jeans for less than $50. Plus I got $20 in super cash to use in store and online. If you apply for an Old Navy card you get an extra 20% off even if youre not approved. (I did exactly that)
Old Navy was very untidy. If the prices werent great I would not shop at old Navy.... Old Navy needs to manage its people traffic a lot more. Also one of the security tag was not taken off an item of clothing... The cashiers also seems very tired.... They need to be rotated a lot more. And lots more cashing areas needs to be opened within the stores to alleviate these long lines..... Old Navy has a lot of work to do....
They announced on TV.75% off all jeans. When I got into store all the jeans were $35 &up. Just a gimmick to get people in their store. Really frustrating.

Old navy is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Being 64 300lbs there isnt many places that carry my size, so Old navy is my go-to when I need new clothes. Very hip and trendy clothing here. The only thing I would say is bad is the long lines. Whenever theres a sale going on expect to be waiting on line for up to 20-30 minutes. Its worth the wait is you trying to save money. Highly recommended this place for all your fashion needs!!!
Absolutely no plus sizes even though old navy knows my home store and sends me a million emails about their sales. The staff was also the least helpful they could possibly be.
I do like old navy with their curvy jeans and plus sized clothes although they can be a bit messy and disorganized. They need to keep on top of the mess. Otherwise its one of my favorites
The worst! No sales associates on the floor, management not managing, and only two cashiers for a long line. The only two cashiers are talking amongst themselves with no sense of urgency as too how long people are waiting. Ridiculous. Not the only time, I have walked out a few times already because Ive waiting too long to pay for my merchandise.
This past weekend was my first and last visit to this store. The sales associate was so nasty to me it felt unreal. So here comes the supervisor she is just as peachy as her staff.Dear Kenyetta I worked for Gap Inc. for 5 years and enjoined every minute of it if you hate your job leave.Dear Supervisor Melissa you should be a better example for your staff . you would benefit from taking a few supervisor/leadership training. Your staff is a reflection of you and you are both a reflection of Old Navy!So my point is if you want to be treated badly and shop at a messy store and pay for parking run to Bay Plaza mall!!!!!In response to the awesome staff at Bay plaza comment bellow...Dear Giovanna,You just proved my point. Pretty disorganized on a holiday weekend. Not enough staff on the floor. Cashier left two of my items out and kept speaking to me in Spanish, which I dont speak.
The store was in complete disarray. A woman consumed a can of soda from their fride and when I told them, they did nothing about it. They just laughed. They did not have my size anywhere in the store which was extremely disappointing.
They should expand their plus size section. Organize the clothing up. Its kind of hard to find certain clothing and employees dont even know where things really are.

This store is always unorganized, they never seem to surprise me with neatly folded clothes. Went here yesterday, clearance items was on the floor. Super long line with only one cashier.

2018-06-25Worst place to shop. The workers have dirty attitudes. They would not honor the price of the bathing suit I got from the $8 rack. It clearly said 2 piece ruffle and 1 piece. When I got to the register after waiting in the long ass line. After leaving Saturday without doing my exchange and had to come back there on Sunday. I had purchased stuff for my kids almost $200 worth. But because of the attitude I returned everything. They act like I was nothing and they didnt need my money. So guess what run me my money back.

2021-03-18So disappointed! Went there to buy my daughter school clothes put them up on the counter in a old navy blue shopping bag and other items I had and all the cashier was concerned was about the 4 dollar smart water I had in my hand!spending over 400 bucks and concerned about a water? She Left my whole entire bag on the floor without ringing them up! Got home and nothing was in my bags! Not to mention her attitude was horrible. Cashier 2681820 if you don’t like your job I suggest you quit!

2021-07-13I had one of the worst shopping experience on-line with Old Navy. I ordered 6 items, which were shipped in two separate orders. All items were Mens clothing. First shipment was supposed to consist of 5 out of the 6 items. However I received 2 female tank tops. I was advised I can return in store to receive my refund. At first my in store experience wasnt going well either until Melissa (ASM) came to assist. She was attentive to my needs and sympathetic to my overall experience. She went above and beyound to rectify a situation in which was not made in her error. I hope you all appreciate her as a team member. I Know I do which is why I gave 4 stars as opposed to 1 star.
