Good selection and prices. Cashiers - when I was there July 6 - at opening - were full of attitude - Not good. Esp. from a guy wearing a tag that designates him as a Lead - hed never work for me, ditto the obnoxious co-worker behind the counter - sorry dear, you are here to work! Needs work overall. Used to be decent. Its also a mess.

This store is decent if you want some cheap goods. Although I tried to find a belt that was not leather and had no success. I found that completely strange. Not everyone wants to strap some dead animal skin around their waist. Why not at least stock one canvas belt? I mean come on, dead animal skin? eewww
My picky daughter loves the Rockstar jeans and I love the price! I bought my 20-something son a great long-sleeved shirt in a color I adore, plus some fun button-down fish-themed shirts! Even my husband found cargo shorts he likes and hes almost as picky as our daughter. No time for me to shop; Ill try the online deals!
I only come when I know Joseph Scully is working. He makes the shopping experience so enjoyable. The managers in the store did a great job hiring Joseph!

Claudia, who i assume is the store manager is super unprofessional. She scolded an employee on the floor, LOUDLY, and my boyfriend and I were extremely uncomfortable hearing this conversation right in front of us. She could have easily pulled him to the side or in the office, rather than causing a scene. Employees in retail already do not make enough money, they should NOT have to give up their dignity. I will no longer be shopping at this particular Old Navy.
Clean store. No one asked to help us or greet us. The toddler section for boys was smaller then the girls and not really much sortment of clothes for boys.
Jasmine, was awesOne!, if you like people who are super mean. She was one of those employees that “says she’s doing something against the rules to help you out” but in exchange is super rude. I went her with a friend who purchased several blouses. She raves about the place. The goes to Old Navy often. I personally found the store a little messy but they did have a lot of people shopping. I didnt purchase anything.
I was amazed for the selection of clothing they carry in the store well they did not have in stock the size I want it the agent that was next to me over To order it with his handle device and ship it free of charge to my home the prices at Old Navy are very competitive and you also get a decent customer service experience.

Today I made a purchase and the girl who attended me did not give me the discount nor did she remove the security sensor from the clothes that I bought, when I wanted to remove them I damaged the product they should have more attentive people to their work

2021-12-01Love old navy! Always find something fun. Prices could be a little lower but I know I can pick something in my size and I know it will fit me. I have never had to return anything because it didnt fit.

2021-07-31This is the first time Ive given a store two stars.The place stated 50 percent of select styles store wide. After purchasing the selected styles that only off 50 percent, they charge me full price. When I inquire as to why, the clerk stated the purchaser is to apply for the old navy card in order to receive the 50 percent off. This to me is false advertising and a roose to have customers enticed in. I wont fall for that again.

2020-01-06Very clean, well organized store, good selection and sales going on when I visited 12/26/2019 to shop for my 10 y/o son. Aaron was amazing, signed us up for an old navy card and was able to give us an additional 25% off for signing up! Very friendly and took great care of us. Thanks again Aaron, keep up the good work!

2021-02-22I like the store and I like the stock but I often feel like I get the run-around from the staff. There seems to be some misunderstanding concerning the gift certificates I receive from having the Old Navy credit card. No two staff members seems to deal with them in the same way. I feel rather devalued as a customer due to this fact.

2018-09-09Big selection. Prices are good. Try everything on because quality varies between items. Not many salespeople around. A maintenance person was the only person I found to help me check a size on a mannequin, but he was very nice. I hit a sale and got some nice clothes for very low prices. Id definitely go back.

2019-09-18Recently I have been buying quite a bit from Old Navy. While they do not have everything I need, they carry a wide range of clothing styles, and I find that their quality is very good for the price.Because I require hard-to-find sizes, I usually have to shop online. Regarding returns, I prefer to do my returns at a physical store in order to ensure my money is reimbursed properly at the time of the transaction.At most chain stores I have been to, my experiences with either shopping and/or returning is usually not a pleasant one, as most of the customer services representatives I come in contact with are either unfriendly and/or inexperienced in their products. Thus I was surprised and pleased when I went to my local Old Navy store (the West Nyack store) and was helped by several nice and knowledgeable associates — in fact, at this store I have yet to meet any customer service representative who isn’t nice and knowledgeable. This is such a contrast to what I have been used to for so long that I felt compelled to write a review for this store. I will even go as so far as to mention several employees in particular: Rocco, Jason, Anthony, Angel, Chris, and Anna – Thank you so much for all your help and patience!
