Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
Ill try to update, because Im a family member of a person who works at Olive Garden, so I eat it now and then.7/21/2021 Five cheese ziti might be fine if they would put more sauce on it. It was all cheese, so much cheese. I was so disappointed there was no tomato sauce.7/21/2021 The Angel Hair pasta was broken in half. Like... What? Why? I couldnt twirl it on my fork, 1 inch long pieces were falling everywhere and it makes it difficult to eat cleanly. Youre not supposed to break the noodles, Olive Garden. Bare minimum portion of sauce at best.8/19/2021 MOLDY LEMONS! In my drinks!
My sisters and I were visiting Buffalo NY from Canada we went to this place and we ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara,1 hour after having this dish while we were heading back to Canada we had diarhea and we vomited lot and that didnt stop there we vomited the rest last night.i dont know how you guys prepared if but I cant give u guys a 5 Stars i am sorry
I have dined at this Olive Garden many times since it opened some years ago. The food is always good. The servers are always friendly and pleasant. Much to our surprise the wait was very short. We were seated within 15 minutes. And as usual, we enjoyed good Italian cuisine, good overhead music, good servers and open view. I would love to see an exclusive Olive Garden Vegan option sometime in the future!!! 😊😊
I love there Salad & Breadsticks & there Food whether its Lunch or Dinner is very Good! The only thing that bothers me about Olive Garden is there Portion Size! Every since they opened years ago I go there once in awhile but this isnt my first Choice for Italian Food! But I still give them 5 Stars for the Taste & there Service & staff are really Nice!
Slight wait to get in, not bad though. They offer you the option to go sit in your car and take down your number. Came out with breadsticks right away. Took a long time for main entrees to arrive. We were very understanding though, due to short staffing and it being very crowded. Its not the waitstaff fault, so please remember to be kind. Place was very clean. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.
HORRIBLE experience... They ruined my daughter birthday celebration. Food was bland and semi cold... The waitress was extremely rude, slow and lazy...as per request to remove her from our table they never sent anyone back to accommodate us after speaking to a manager. They left us waiting for about 45 mins before we had to flag down help from another waitress. What top the cake is when my daughter on her birthday had to over hear staff talking about us at our table laughing and pointing at us. She cried the entire way back homeIm soooooo upset. Truly an embrassing and deplorable moment. Thanks olive garden you all ruined our special day.
Food portions are horrible for the price of spaghetti noodles being so cheap and dishes being so expensive they can put more than a thin layer of pasta on a shallow plate .. Better than their food I had server Bill wait on me and my friend his Customer service was fantastic and Customer service skills are everything this waiter had 5 tables as I seen and still was intensive to all his customers and keeping drinks filled and also checking to see if u needed soup refills . Olive garden is really not a favorite with myself being 100% Italian but being a store manager at one time I would have loved to have him on my staff great job to this employee on Customer service and communication skills thats what brings people back . I hope the restaurant home office will recognize him for his great efforts
Food is always good.Service was a little slow, we heard our server apologize to 2 other tables. Im not sure what the problem was.We had a drive by server as we call them. When they bring a drink refill or more napkins, they just drop them at the end of the table on their way by. It sure makes you feel like you are a bother to them.
The place is Good.Food is Tasty. Is it a scrumptious meal??.No Not at all I need to understand the food here. The service by far is Fantastic and Worth paying Good Tip We did find the location a difficult to Travel and Parking a bit confusing yet reached in time for Dinner ambience is a great surprise to me like the Menu. But support from the waitress is good and commendable.food was okayNot that spicy as I expected bit Disappointing but certainly Worth a visit. Wanna visit more often to Get used to the Taste
Went in to eat with family. Sat for 25 min. Table next to us sat down 15 min after us. Ordered soup salad bread sticks. They received all their food and we still had not received our salad or bread sticks. This is the second time we have done to this Olive Garden on Walden and service is aweful. I get being short staffed. The restaurant was dead. No one in there. No excuse why we did not get breadsticks and salad. 25 min sitting there and nothing. I’ll stick to the other places.
Food was fine, restaurant was clean, but there was over a half hour wait for lunch and once we got it we saw that over half the tables were empty and they werent seating people because they are ridiculously under staffed. Apparently people dont want to work for whatever wage they are offering which makes me feel bad for the people that are working there.
Told at 4:30 the wait would be 45 mins. Almost 6 and still no table despite seeing several tables open and several groups be seated before ours. Staff seems to have 0 clue what is going on at all times, and incompetence must be this locations M.O. very disappointing, please do better
We visited late Friday night to order the giant dinners (meatball and chicken parmigiana.) Both meals were fantastic! The food was served promptly and was hot upon arrival. The texture of the inside of the giant meatball was somewhat of a clay consistency, but that did not take away from the well balanced seasoning. I will definitely return to this location for future meals as our server Darcie was amazing!
Not too long you have to wait but if you are going over there on weekend make sure you have some extra time to wait .....Our server was the best server we had , but she forget stuff way quick ... She forget to give me my starting soup then I told her to give me to go !And I ordered steak (Medium Rare) and it was Rare but she changed it after that !Price was reasonable, Enough food with good quality and environmentAll over you can have your best dinner for weekend ❤️
The food here was super average and the breadsticks arent all that theyre hyped up to be. Standard American italian flare. My favorite item was the soup. We ordered their taste of Italy 3 piece entree as well as their gnocchi. Both were just okay. Service was alright as well.
Can’t deny it. I love Olive Garden simply for the chicken and gnocchi soup and salad. The pasta is nothing special at all I actually find it fairly bland. But a basic soup and salad is perfect for me.We ordered the shrimp appetizer but it was too salty so we sent it back.
Olive Garden is a family friendly restaurant. Ive visited several times and most recently was 2wks. 1. Went With a friend to eat and have a glass of wine, we waited 10 minutes to be seated. 2. Went with family of 12 and the wait was 40-45 minutes. It wasnt busy but because of our large party we had to wait for the available space. 2 different locations, 2 difference settings and the service was wonderful. The food and wine was good. Our waiter/waitress was friendly, kind, cheerful, helpful, accommodating and patient. Our experience was as expected. I will go again and you should too.
Probably one of my worst pasta experiences ever. My red sauce pasta tasted like metal. The chicken had a weird texture and taste to it so we didnt touch it after taking a couple of bites. The chilli tasted like nothing Ive ever tasted before, weird earthy and mentally flavor.
Absolutley terrible service. From the moment we walked in the two staff members couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge us. They clearly saw us but stood there in their own world and proceeded to go about their business. When we finally got acknowledged, a staff member with disgusting colored hair that was literally all over the place took us to our table which was dirty from the last patrons. If there was a negative star rating i would give that! The servers lacked any professionalism and i wont even get started on their general appearance/hygiene. No grooming standards or professional appearance. If you want past i suggest you stay away from the walden location in Cheektowaga and go elsewhere or just make yourself some Chef Boyardee. PS: Olive Garden Corporate, You need to take a hard look at this location and provide training on customer service and general appearance because this location fails in all aspects of customer service!
Walden Avenue location Cheektowaga location in NY. Stand at the hostess desk fo 4-5 minutes, while she trying to figure out your simple touch screen program and sit the million customers that are waiting. Would rather microwave the food at home...this place is miserable. We went to Longhorn Steakhouse instead, dont worry yall still got your money. It just reminds me why I like to cook.at home.
Ive been going to Olive Garden in Cheektowaga for years and I love it. I come from Canada because I love Olive Garden so much. The staff is always friendly and helps you with anything you need. Ive had mild problems with the food from time to time but that is to be expected at any restaurant and they are always super nice if you have a problem. The fried mozzarella are to die for and I really enjoy the peach raspberry bellini iced tea. The photo is of the warm apple crostata which is a must-have if you love warm apple pie with cold ice cream on top.
Impeccably clean and welcoming. The staff bend over backwards to please. You never feel like youre forgotten about. The hostesses servers waiters are checking on you frequently to get anything to make your dining experience the best.Whats really nice is that you can stop in for a bite of soup and salad or order a dinner which will last you 3 days!Staff always wear their name tag; so that you can pass on kudos to manager. Why not?I would highly recommend!
Soup and bread sticks were quite good however the service was terrible. The waitress took our drink orders then never brought the drinks until we were nearly ready to leave. The water that she brought at the start she never bothered to ask about refilling. When I asked for my next bowl of soup for the never-ending soup salad and bread sticks she seemed rather upset about bringing it. When we got the check there was an extra meal put on it that we never ordered nor was it brought out. Other staff seemed pleasant so this wasnt a totally unpleasant experience but yikes about our waitress
The staff was nice but the food was only OK. For the price it should have been better. I had The Tour of Italy. It came with a piece of lasagna, pasta and a chicken patty with a red sauce. The chicken was very 5hin and dry. It cost $20 and should of been $10 at best. I left still hungry. The bread sticks were good though.
Was my 16 yr old daughters first date at this location. Was a semi-supervised date. Attempted to explain needed second table nearby the kids n why. Guy was completely confused by what was being explained ro him. Had to dumb down for host so he could understand what we were asking for. Waitress understood right away. She was very helpful n friendly. Hope to return in future
Food not as great as they advertised. Great service though. I like that they had rigatoni as a choice, which I love! However, they said it was marinara sauce but it wasnt. It was chunky. And.. I was sick for 2 days after, however. It could of been from car sickness since we had driven a long time that day. I guess I should give them a second chance sometime.
I do like going to the restaurant and sitting in a booth. I would like to see the ledges and the artificial olive planters dusted more often. You could write your name in the layer of dust on the ledge next to our booth. Also, i thought there was way too much Salad dressing and croutons in the all you can eat salad and soup. Also, why not change up the choices of soup periodically? Thankyou, Joe.. frequent customer!!
Well to start off the snats or fruit fly whatever !!! flying around my face and food is a little too much then I order salad but they have no ranch dressing wow really I place that mainly sale salad (advertising all the time) could not tell me nothing. My chicken alfredo food was so so at best! Dry the only thing good was (Gina) my waitress but she forgot to ask me if I wanted desert or not!! But thats cool I got it anyway
I ordered a gluten free dinner and I was brought a non gluten free dinner. Thank God realized this because I ate there before and recognized what the pasta looked like. Also they had the dinners sitting to long under the warming light because the pasta was dried and hard along the edges. We sat for quite awhile. So it was upsetting to see that the food must have been done a lot sooner then we received it. We were quite hungry while we were waiting. Then they brought the non gluten free dinner so I had to wait even longer while watching my family eat. At least they were finally eating. You don’t mind waiting knowing that it is busy but knowing that our food sat there so long before being brought out was quite aggravating. Also our waitress was also helping the busboy clear and clean the tables. Watching her do that then serve our food to us was concerning. They need more staff.
I cant believe this olive garden has 4 stars. This is the worst olive garden I have ever been to. The service was awful. No one wanted to be there. From the hostess that seated us, to the manager who walked past our table several times ignoring the ziosk kiosk blinking red. We couldnt even get refills on our drinks. It was hard to even get a second bowl of soup, and since my meal was all you can eat soup or salad, it would have been nice to have some service. The food was not great. I have a gluten allergy and ordered the Zuppa Toscana soup, it was a lot darker in color than normal, and you could see pools of oil on the top. My husband ordered the Chicken Marsala and it has barley any Marsala sauce. There really was no positives to this experience besides leaving. The whole ordeal took over an hour. In the end I had to ask a different server for a box, for my husbands meal, because our waiter just disappeared. It was such a bad atmosphere I wouldnt be surprised if he just quit and thats why we didnt see our server again.I regret eating here, and wouldnt ever go back. I wouldnt recommend this olive garden to anyone. There is a Mighty Taco across the street. They are cheap, delicious, and better service.
I had placed an order formy daughters bday for well over $100. When they brought the food to my car they were missing a drink, no big deal, the lady wasnt the friendliest tho. We get home and have none of our soups. I called and they made out seem like i was making it up. If i ever order from here again ill make sure to check everything before driving all the way home. The food was amazing tho!
Food here is always good. But, for the first time, our server is nasty. He looks like he doesn’t want to be here and when we were ready to order, he rolled his eyes and said “What do you want?” in an aggressive manner. I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews at good places, but Tim’s behavior is unacceptable. I feel uncomfortable sitting here as I feel unwanted by him.
I went there for lunch, food was fresh. Our server was an older woman who was efficient, friendly and hard working. It was hard for me not to notice this womans ability to handle her business with ease. As for the restaurant, this particular Olive Garden is worth a visit.
My husband and I have gone here many of times and the food is always good. Its the run of the mill chain restaurant food, and Im not saying this is a bad thing. Our trip here this evening was actually not a great experience. Had nothing to do with the food but the workers. When we first entered the hostess told us it was a 15 minute wait and thats all well and fine but then she proceeded to tell us that we needed to go to our car and wait and they will text us when our table is ready, again, understandably because of Covid but the hostess was aggressive and a bit rude about it. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she was tired of saying it 100 times in a day but whatever her reasons were is no excuse. She is the face of that establishment and the first interaction customers have when walking in. Next I needed to use the restroom and its at the front of the building so I have to walk past the hostess area and theres about 4 or so of the wait staff plus the hostess all right there around the hostess stand either on their phones and talking/laughing and I need to walk through this to get to the restroom and not a one if them would move so I could get by, now Im in the restroom and it was disgusting!!!! It smelled so nasty even through my mask with paper towels all on the floor and yet we have all these kids hanging out chitchating at the hostess stand. Now I have to make my way back through the maze of all of them at the hostess stand again to get back to my seat. Our waiter was nice enough but definitely didnt want to be there. I was so disappointed in the people who worked there and the lack of care that they showed for customers given they work in a customer service setting. If I was the manager distract manager or the owner of this location I would have been embarrassed and certainly would have been writing some people up. I was there on 3/5/2021 @ 5ish PM. Again I cant stress how nasty the bathrooms were, it was disgusting and smelled so bad!!! And no one cared. The only reason this got 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because the food was decent, but given the way the other parts of the restaurant was it makes me wonder how clean the actual kitchen is where my food is being prepared. Highly disappointed customer. 🤢🚽😪🍝
If you like endless garlic bread sticks and salad - youll be happy.Beyond that - not so much. This Italian Restaurant apparently has an issue with tomatoes. Apparently they view them as being as rare as giant pandas. Whether it be small tomatoes for the salad or any tomato sauce on the pasta - good luck getting it. If you have the audacity to ask for a healthy helping of this rare commodity - especially sauce - there is a $5 upcharge for it. That being said, the Italian food with no sauce - even the watery uninspired upcharged sauce they offer - is phoned in. The chicken parm was tough. The shrimp was rubbery and flavorless. The wayward soup was bland. In short - quality of Italian food youd expect for a senior living facilityService is slow. One in our party added soup to the salad and bread sticks for their meal. It didnt come out. Well... It did - after the server offered a refill - on soup that had never appeared to begin with. Even then - the server apparently had to mount a rescue mission to track down the wayward soup as he did not reappear with the missing dish for another 15 minutes after offering the refill. As said before - a salad and bread sticks fan? Youll be happy. As for the Italian food - not what it used to be. Now on par with McDonalds.
Server was a bit sloppy and not very talkative. ( seemed like he was only there for the paycheck) soup was nice and watery, salad ok at best. Table and Chairs seemed cleaned but counter had a lovely coating of dust. (Could be part of the decor idk). Ill never return to THIS location for sure...
Food was good as always but the service last night was non existent. Please note this was a location close to my hotel and not my usual location in Florida..After being seated it took 12 minutes with at least 5 wait staff walking by me with ZERO acknowledgement . I finally asked someone for a waiter/waitress. I dined alone and it seemed wait staff was more interested in larger tables than me. Even after getting a Managers attention it took 10 minutes to get my first cocktail, my water glass was never offered to be refilled..I ordered a 2nd drink..again another 10 minutes by that time I was ready for tl leave ..yet with a half plate of Shrimp Alfredo still visible to all..no offer for take out box was even suggested. And yes my bill was full price...no offer for reduction by a manager for the horrible service. In closing food was great but this location needs to work on client relations.
Olive garden is a decent Italian version of Applebees. Food is good not great or amazing, service was good, and who can say no to unlimited bread sticks and salad. The price is approximately 17 to 20 dollars per person so on the higher side for a chain restaurant. All in all good but not great or Amazing.
First, no free masks for the public, then once we were sat there wasnt bread or salad brought to our table for at least 20 minutes. We ordered cocktails and I could barely taste any alcohol in mine and my friend says his was just poor in general. Then after waiting 45+ minutes I received an order with multiple mistakes. Dry disgusting asparagus, no butter, no oil, no salt or pepper, no seasonings, just plain dry asparagus and a steak cooked medium when I requested rare. My friend took one bite of his seafood Alfredo and couldnt eat more, said it was too rich. Only good part of the experience was our waitress who was apologetic and sweet to us.
Had a ToGo order, waited an extra 30 minutes, despite being the only car there. I had to call them to bring it out. Nothing better than eating food that has been sitting under the heat lamp for half an hour. When they delivered it to my car, no offer of a free cup of coffee, a coupon for next time...nothing.
So much delicious food soups fresh and savory. Salad tastes like the garden is out back. John the server was amazing. Kept our 5 year old happy with extra olives and became his new best friend. So helpful with menu deals and took time to explain with the most friendly attitudes. Great deal awesome service will definitely come back
Waitress was nice, got our food orders in pretty quickly and the kids food came out with our appetizers. However, the two adult courses we ordered did not come out for at least a half hour, we had to ask the waitress to pack up our entrees to go as the kids were getting restless after sitting around with nothing to do.
Normally I dont review chain restaurants, but I feel I have to this time because the service was exceptional. Five stars for the service alone. Our waiter Ryan was AMAZING!!! Best server Ive ever had, and he really made the experience worthwhile. The food could have been terrible (it wasnt though... Who doesnt love the endless pasta bowl?!) and I would still give him 5 stars. Staff in general was super friendly as well. Overall a very enjoyable dinner and I appreciate everyone there for being so friendly.
It was only okay because my sister said the first waitress they received was very rude to them but when I came and half an hour later we got a different waiter and he was very nice. I havent been there in a while but I always loved Olive Garden. So you can imagine my surprise when we ordered our food to go the males were very small and in square small containers I was very upset about that because that was not the same amount that we received while eating and also being told that their salad couldnt be ordered until their mail was ordered since when? I hope Olive Garden doesnt start doing like the other chain restaurants where theyre offering good deals but youre not getting the same portions because that would hurt me a lot. But my waiter was very nice and deserve the tips that he received which was nice ones
We were there early in the week for dinner. Hardly anyone there at this time, but we waited over 15 minutes just to have a drink order taken while we watched the hostess and 2 servers just sit at the front door and loudly talk/laugh. We were about to walk out when server finally came. She was nice but not in any hurry our entire meal. Our food tasted like a frozen meal. We had to find our server and ask for drink refills. We looked fwd to our adult-time to be extremely disappointed after spending $70 for this.
Im typically not the person to EVER give great reviews to a chain restaurant, but this place has literally blown me away. For one, the place was very clean, especially during a crowded time. Secondly, the service from my waiter was above and beyond what I would have expected, compared to the $$$$ places Ive visited! Keith gave outstanding service, was prompt, quick, courteous, and to be frank, what all waiters/waitresses should strive to be. That alone has made my time here worthy of my ultra exclusive 5 star rating. Job well done.
First time visiting an olive garden as I generally dont eat at the chain restaurants. Really good value, the unlimited salad was very good. Im not a fan of bread sticks (also unlimited), but they smelled good. Portion was huge, had to take half of it home for lunch the next day. Food was very tasty, service was quick and the place was clean. Overall good value.
There is usually a wait because it was a Sunday but it wasnt so bad. Our waiter was the best. He was friendly, gave us great suggestions and was attentive to our table. I loved he took his time interacting with my mom. Her English isnt the best but he was patient with her and spoke with her. Usually some waiters look at me or one of my siblings to get is to help her and speak for her. But this time it was not like that and my mom enjoyed herself which was the reason we were there in the first place. The food was really good as well.
The food was amazing and the service was awesome. It was my wifes first time there and she loved the food and I couldnt of been happier with my meal. The waitress always made sure we had our drinks filled and if we were happy with our meals. Would recommend going there every time
Food was very good, however our server made every request seem like it was a personal inconvenience to her. I didnt mean to offend her when I asked for a refill of my six year olds raspberry lemonade along with some more bread sticks that my six year old also cant get enough of. Otherwise the meal was lovely, and everyone left with a full belly of delicious food.
Not pleased. Salad missing several ingredients-onions, pepper, tomatoes. Lettuce and dressing was all they had. Oh and cheese. Which they didnt ask if we wanted. Just put it on the salad and entree. I understand things are not back to normal- they raised the prices with fewer ingredients. -Not pleased or impressed.
We always go to the Olive Garden when we visit from Canada. The food is filling and tasty. There were a couple of things this time, however, that seemed a bit off...#1. We asked for lemon slices with our water and the server/cook told us that they didnt have any cut up at the moment. Not sure what he meant by that..other than maybe he didnt want to cut some up!?#2. Both my husband and I ordered alcoholic beverages when we ordered our food. Our waitress never brought them to us. We never bothered reminding her half way through our dinner..it felt like it was too late . When we reminded her at the end of the meal about the drinks she said the bar was out of the white wine I had ordered and they didnt have all of the ingredients for my husbands drink (a Long Island Iced tea). I find that hard to believe. Im guessing she forgot since it was very busy.A bit disappointed that our servers didnt go out of their way to fill our order with those items. But the food is always good when we visit various Olive Garden locations.
I’ve been going to Olive Garden on Walden for years and I will never go back after today’s experience. So I wanted to surprise my family with a dinner on my way home from work which is 45 mins away from my home my order was $77 and some odd cents I ordered the shrimp Alfredo pan with a order of bread sticks I even tipped in cash. I got home opened up my food I had no shrimp which I was charged for and I had chicken instead I also had no parmesan cheese not even the lil packets. I called and spoke with manager and all she said was I can bring the food back and swap it out and wasn’t very pleasant about it I explained that I’m very far away from there she then proceeded with saying that she is trying to correct my order I will have to come back and bring the food back so she can make things right and that is all she can do. Not only was this a big inconvenience for me the service she gave after was terrible you would think with covid she wouldn’t even want that food back inside the establishment however she did and I did just that for my refund and let them keep the tip . I wished I would have read the reviews under mines before I went and I might have had a better experience however this will be my last time going there I suggest You Check your food before you leave.
As a Canadian, this was my first time visiting an Olive Garden and I was excited. And boy, did this place love up to the hype! The food was very filling and delicious, the aesthetic was very pleasing and warm, and theres even a fancy machine/tablet at your table you can use to play games while you wait, call your server, and pay with. But most importantly, our service was phenomenal. We had Darcie P as our waitress, and she did an amazing job making us feel welcome and making the experience much more enjoyable. If theres room for a raise in the budget, she deserves it. Also, I dont know what I expected from the fabled bread sticks they serve, but they exceeded all those expectations. All in all, 11/10.
Delicious food and of course you have to love the all-you-can-eat soup and salad! 😉 Their prices are *very* reasonable as well! We had to wait quite a while for our waiter to take our orders and there were quite a few mix-ups with our order, but it was a busy a Saturday night.I will definitely go back if Im in the area again!
We try to get here at least once every few months for adult time. This last time we came we were rather disappointed. We ordered Shrimp Alfredo and got the salad to share. Everything was great then the pasta came out. The noodles were almost all stuck together cold and hard, and a total of 3 shrimp came in it. Not what we are accustomed to getting when we come here. This was a first for us. Hopefully just a hiccup.
Great food...menu is smaller than it use to be...pasta is the only thing her now...not many appetizers anymore...if you go to olive garden for stuffed 🍄 then you will be disappointed.no longer on the menu...call and check to see if they have what you have taste for. Youll be full if you 💘 pasta and salad
Our believe our server was inexperienced as she didnt seem very confident in what she was doing. When our food arrived, at least 3 of 4 dinners sat under a heat lamp evidenced by the edges of the spaghetti getting dry and brown. (I didnt notice fourth plate) the internal temp of my spaghetti was warm. Not hot. We agreed not to return it as we didnt want to wait nor did we want it microwaved. I gave it 4* because of their reputation rather than our visit this particular night. I ill add, we thought our serving size was a bit small for the price. Usually when I go to a rest for spaghetti, I have a diggie bag. Not tonight.😪 anyone with concerns about covid, I did witness thorough cleaning of booth after customers left. Tables are distant from one another and staff wore face coverings.
I have been to this location before and it seemed decent. However, after my last visit I doubt I will be returning. The waitress maybe came to our table 3 times during out entire visit. She brought out the wrong salad (wrong dressing/toppings) after we specifically told her how we wanted it. We got a few orders of breadstick and they were all hard and crunchy. Our drinks were not refilled, and she was very rude. We had asked a waitress for some more dressing and she told us she would bring us some and never brought any. There were many issues. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience-especially for the price we paid when we didnt really have much food. Usually, I am very understanding as I once was a waitress, but this experience was horrible.
In mid April I bought but one get one so my Twins would have a nice lunch on their birthday and another day for lunch. The meals were nice and good size. Tonight we did it again for dinner. I was so disappointed when all the meal sizes were extremely small. The containers and the meals that were in them were super small and this was suppose to be our dinner. We were so sad because we were trying to help a restaurant in this very difficult time and I felt like we were taken advantage of us. Will probably not order again.
I made the mistake of going on Valentines day. It probably would have been overcrowded even if they had regular seating, but I didnt realize until I left why it was insanely overcrowded. LOL I know it was Valentines day, but it just didnt pop into my head when I went out to eat!Regardless, their set up at the door is absolutely chaotic. They have a desk right inside of the door that is only about 10 feet from the door. people coming in dont know where to stand, there is absolutely no room to form a line. There are people waiting to be seated, and they are huddling in a corner trying to stay away from each other but there is no room. There are all these other people rushing in and out and going to a counter on the left, I presume for pickup. you dont know whether to approach the desk or not. And then when you finally do, you are told that it is a 1 hour wait. But of course again remember this is because its Valentines day. It is a dog and pony show. They should be moving the front desk much further back so that they can have some semblance of order.
We ordered a to go order at 2:00 to be ready at 4:00. Got the text that it was ready.... its now almost 5:00 and still in the parking lot waiting for the order to be finished. I guess grama wont get her special dinner this mothers day since visiting hours end at 5:30.
Love the seafood stuffed mushrooms! They had a great drink choice and a fair sized choice of menu items to choose from. Everything usually comes out at at a good pace, coarses being spaced with enough time to finish and be ready for the next item. Prices are affordable for classy while also being family friendly! Just be sure to make reservations if you plan on going on the weekends (including Fridays).
The servers were nice, but I believe it could be a bit cleaner in there looking at everything. The bar area floor was dirty and seat next to me needed to be cleaned off. The floors as well as along the edges of the bar were very dirty. Ive been going to olive gardens for years and lately Ive noticed a few other ones around the country the same way. Please keep up with the cleanliness and especially the restrooms as well. I like the Olive Garden but just need to do a better job with cleanliness.
The shelves are half full at best. I know..... Its the PANDEMIC.But, they only seem to stock the most popular items.Very few drone accessories, virtually no Android compatible cables. If youre looking for Android products ,look somewhere else. Best Buy is not the store it used to be even taking the lack of product availability into consideration
The food is good but theres a lack of pure vegetarian options when compared to a place like Cheesecake Factory. The breadsticks dont taste as good as they used to either, I believe its a lack of butter or oil (Im unsure of what they use). It also looks as if they cut down on portion size which makes the prices not feel as good as they do. You do get a very large amount of great tasting salad though, so to be honest the prices are still fair if you ignore the cut down portions.
Olive garden oh Oliver garden, how I had such high hopes for you...Traveled to Buffalo and was super excited to give Olive Garden a try, but man was I disappointed..First off, the bread sticks were dense. Flavourful, but made you quickly full if you finished a whole one.The best part of the meal was the Chicken and Gnocchi soup. It was super creamy and hearty, but each bowl only had like 5 pieces of gnocchi. Good thing the soup was unlimited ;pFor the entree I got the build your own pasta, which was pretty disappointing. I ordered the screwdriver pasta with pesto sauce and sausage. The dish came with 2 whole sausages, but they definitely wouldve tasted better if cooked for a bit longer. The pasta and sauce was average though...definitely felt like I could have made something better at home. Also for a huge FYI..watch out for the little display screen!! My friends and I clicked through some of the options trying to figure out what it was for. We saw some games and clicked the trivia icon and before we knew it, we were getting charged $2 for the app...that would only work for the next hour at our table... We tried to click off it and thought we succeeded, but later found $2 was charged to my bill without any warning.Overall, wasnt an amazing experience, so would probably try another restaurant if Im in town.
We went on the waiting list online before arriving, which was great, as we only had to wait 5 minutes in the restaurant! Three Italian food here is awesome! We Love the unlimited breadsticks and soup or salad. I had the shrimp scampi... Which is 500 calories on the Mediterranean menu!
Ohh how do I explain my love for this place, WORLDS BEST BREAD STICKS AND DIPPING SAUCES, yes that’s how I would say it, I love their soups and salads, and their entrees are the best and filling… and the staff is always so nice and make you feel comfortable and if you ever visit don’t forget to try their desserts not just a specific one try em all cuz those things are to die for…
Our server wasnt friendly or very efficient. We had to repeat ourselves many times. The food was also disappointing. My pasta was over cooked and dry. The salad we received wasnt fresh.Lastly, the womens restroom was dirty.Olive Garden is my favorite food chain. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.
Today we Celebrated our 3 year Anniversary at the Best Restaurant in Town to me. Where the atmosphere is great, the people always have a smile, the staff is always a help, your server is always the best ever, (today we had the best ever, he was awesome) and the food, oh the wonderful food and desserts they are to die for. They have wonderful drinks too. I could go on and on. But to get a better feel of what I mean just go check out the Olive Garden for yourself. You wont be disappointed.
Visited last night after not having been there for a few months. I had the Angel Hair Shrimp Scampi. It was absolutely yummy! We finished off our meal with some tasty Zippoli, fried dough pillows, with raspberry and chocolate sauces. All around a good meal with excellent service!
Always a winner! My favorite experience yet. Waiter was very friendly and entertaining. Nothing was too difficult and was very accommodating. We had a longer than usual wait due to our large party size but was well managed. We all had a laugh and enjoyed our visit. Very affordable and generous servings. Will be back when I visit again.
Excellent experience!Lindsay S. accidentally spilled an entire plate of food on my friend and was just so sweet and apologetic. The manager was wonderful as well. You guys were absolutely great and the food was pretty damn good! We were ready to pay for the whole meal because accidents happen but they comped half of it for us, very sweet and overall a wonderful experience.
Soup and salad were fine. The breadsticks werent fresh. The service was appalling. It started just by walking in to check if we were next, or still waiting. The attitude from the host was unnecessary and she literally came out less than a minute later to say we were next. The waiter couldnt have shown that he cared any less! He walked away mid sentence. He would basically drop the plates on the table. I caught him rolling his eyes when I asked for something. And it wasnt just our table. He treated the elderly ladies across from us, the same. I asked him a question about something on the menu, for clarification, and he said, it says it right there, with a condescending tone as if to tell me to open my eyes. Theres more, but I dont care to spend any more time thinking about it.
The smell of the kitchen wafts into the entire restaurant and is not pleasant (the smell reminds me of overcooked pasta and dish water, pretty pungent). Service was slow and off. The waitress took our appetizers first. Then our drinks and ten minutes later our entrees. The food was good, she forgot breadsticks halfway through. Getting refills was poor. Be prepared to wait. There was a long line out the door, plenty of space to sit. So not sure why people had to wait. Not sure I would come again. Three stars only for the food.
It has been a VERY long time since Ive gone to Olive Garden. Myself along with a party of 7 others went and had a good time. It took a while to get us seated but the place was pretty busy so we did not mind. Our server Ryan was AMAZING kept all of us engaged, told jokes and was very prompt and curtious. He was very welcoming and patient as well. He also explained details of the menu to me when asked. I appreciate the great experience we had and will definitely visit again!
Olive Garden. Food was delicious, reasonably priced. Not too long of a wait for a table and best of all no one kept coming to the table every few minutes asking how everything was. I hate that. She asked I told her I liked everything except the wine. It was taken off my bill, a different beverage brought to me and that was that. Dessert was so huge and rich I couldnt even finish it. Like the fact you can pay from the table too at a kiosk so no one has to take your credit card out of your sight. Will definitely be back.
I had order a soap for car side pick up Zuppa Toscana - Spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. I paid $8 and some change and left a tip and all I got was two small pieces of sausage no potatoes so I pretty much paid for broth and a little bit of kale. They don’t give you the same results like if you sit down and eat and I don’t think it’s fair because you pay the same price or not more to pick it up. This is the second time I got it like this I am not ordering again you don’t get the same quality as if you dine in
Food was wonderful its only one complaint I have why is your sauce so light. Dont put enough sauce on these Alfredo meals or any mail that involves assault you need to add more sauce by time to fool get start to you its dry other than that the food was great and need a little bit more juice
Our server Phil, was phenomenal!!!! Cant say enough good things about him! I hope his manager sees this or he does! Very polite, informative, and helpful! Fast, great food and extremely friendly!!! Extremely grateful for his service! ........ signed, the guy with the broken hand

2022-05-01This experoence started off on the wrong foot. When the front desk quotes 30 minutes to every party of two for 45 minutes and you are one of those parties of two sitting there that long, it is not good. I saw a lady with a headset and tablet so I asked where we stood and she said there were two larger parties ahead of us. Not seeing any parties leaving to make the quoted 30 minutes even possible, I suggested that they start quoting a longer time, such as 45 minutes, then a guest could be pleasantly surprised if it were less, or decide at the beginning that they wanted to go elsewhere. She dismissed my suggestion and noted they are low-staffed. I respect that, but it validates even more why they should be giving the longer wait times. We waited an hour, only because at that time, I did not have the energy to go wait somewhere else. Our server, Chloe, was bubbly, sweet and delightful. I can only imagine how much better the experience had been if the wait was quoted properly. She was attentive and quick as she could be, but after waiting a bit for our food, I asked if when it was ready she could just pack it up to go. I gave a larger than normal tip, because it was not her fault that the front of the house was handling things poorly. They wondered why people were not responding when finally called, probably because the wait was longer than usual. The food was typical Olive Garden and decent, even if eaten out of a to-go container.

2022-05-22Had a great experience today celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. The server was excellent. We got to celebrate with another table for their family members graduation, then they celebrated with us for our happy birthday. Today was great & the food came out well.

2022-02-20Great value for the money with variety of food dishes and the portions provided. Our server was courteous and made small talk and make suggestions..took dessert to go as too full to to enjoy at the moment. Great job to our server. Also noted we werent addressed as you guys or you want cheese on the salad..as overheard by other servers he was spot on polite .

2022-07-03The chicken soup is always my favorite dish at Olive Garden.I had 3 bowls, it’s always consistent and really good. This location has plenty of parking and short wait time, we waited for 10 mins or less.We enjoyed our dinner and drinks, the food was good. Our server was very pleasant, checked up on us in between her other tables, she was smiling and explained what was new on the menu.Overall we had a very pleasant evening, delicious food.

2022-05-07The service was great but the food not so much, I was in town for my daughters Birthday, she wanted to go to Olive Garden, her favorite restaurant. We have been many times, however this was our first time at this location. I would expect all Olive Gardens to taste the same which is good, but last night we were all disappointed in our food from start to finish. Im leaving this review in hopes that the cooks and food can improve for the next person.

2022-04-09So first time leaving a review it was about 2 months ago. Me and my boyfriend went for a nice dinner and I was horrified to find hair in my pasta. I felt absolutely horrible and tried to keep it as quiet as I could as I told the waitress. She was so sweet about it and even offered to bring out a fresh plate even though I had eaten more than half of the first. I had even told her I would still pay for it because again I ate over half. She still took it off the bill and gave me a discount on the absolutely most amazing tiramasu I have ever had. I will definitely be going back.

2022-01-24Bad service and way too pushy. We came in for dessert at 8pm. They didnt know if they could seat us because it was 2 people at a 4 person table, then we ordered the dessert 0and sodas and the waitress asked if she should put that in now after explaining we came for dessert! We received one thing at a time such as drinks and dessert. It took 1 hour total time to get 2 sodas and desserts and half eat them. Other locations are better!
