Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
Went over there today to order some breadsticks and salad. They had one girl running back and forth doing everything. While the rest of the lazy sat on their behind doing absolutely nothing. Yet they always want you to give them tips for doing bare minimum smh. This place is sucks and horrible.
Try to eat dinner. but there was a table with 8 to girls around 10 and the parents was at a different table the girls mad so much noise up and down i couldnot enjoy my meal because of them/ we could not even talk at the booth because i could not hear what was being said because of the noise. there was other talbe near by with lot young kids and you did not hear them bec ause of the girls. i do not go out very offen for dinner and after tonioght it will be a verry very long time before i go out again all the staff or managet want is the money the people will spent not cusmoter service we had to wait 10 to 15 min for a table that was ok but we were seated and order but i had to leave after only spend 25 min in there because of the table when i use my gift card with the waiter i told him and all he did was smile back at me and just agree with me/ they just want people in and there money not service and other people it my kids act like they did there would have word spoken to them but the adult what was with the two table but together for the girls was right beside them as well with two table together and c ould not care what the girl were doing. i am older and it say a lot about the young people in this world that than do not c
Came here for dinner tonight to do a surprise birthday dinner for my friend, we had a large party with kids. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our waitress Brittany was phenomenal. She was timely with our food and drinks, no mess ups, didn’t forgeta thing and was good with the kids. Food was good and service was great I definitely recommend.
The food was definitely up to Olive Garden standard and delicious. The gentleman who served us in the bar area was very attentive to our needs. The food was delivered to our table in a very reasonable amount of time and we liked the atmosphere of the bar area. We were the only diners in there and therefore it was nice and quiet and my friend and I were able to have reasonable conversation without the clamber of dishes and glasses or having to talk loud enough to be heard over other guests. Our experience was absolutely top notch! We will definitely go back. I would highly recommend the Clifton Park Olive Garden to everyone.
I love going there the one in Clifton park I love the bread there the pasta and meatballs with plain sauce and with butter as well I also love their raspberry Lemonade 😋 😍 and every time I leave there I always buy 2 gallons of their Raspberry Lemonade bc I love it so much and they still make money when I buy 2 gallons of Raspberry Lemonade every time I go.
Went and sat at the bar with a couple lovely ladies working there while I waited for my take out. The service was fantastic! The food was absolutely what I wanted! My favorite Alfredo and they were on TOP of their game that evening. Thanks again ladies! You were the best servers Ive had in a while.
On Tuesday August 10 my husband and I decided to take a ride to Clifton Park from downtown Albany NY and have fun night out which excluded dinner. Now we made a choice to check out Olive Garden. It was the biggest mistake we could have made. We were seated and my husband and I were chatting and realized 15 minutes had gone by and no server came to our table. Another couple came sat across from us and their server was right there. Now mind you 20 minutes had gone by and my husband said lets go. I said OK! My husband told them their service sucks and we left. Not sure why we werent attended too but I surely would hate too think it was because It was the color of our skin. Its2021 Olive Garden! We will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are good at their food. I dont particularly like it. I dont like sausage in meat sauce and I dont care for their plain marinara sauce or their fried mozzarella, but my son loves it. They do have great bread sticks! I wish they sold steaks so I could enjoy this place too, but thats not their style and I understand.
So this is Olive Garden, the practice of taking your cell phone number for your place in line Im not to crazy about. When your table is ready you receive a text informing you it is ready. In the meantime you can follow a link in a text you receive immediately after providing your number, this link sends you to an Olive Garden web page where you can see where line you are. This location is clean, the employees are nice and the service is timely. The food however is very bland, if you think this food is packed full of flavor you should at least start adding more salt and pepper to the food you eat, its the most bland red sauce Ive ever had in my life. Despite this I will still visit this location again for the unlimited breadsticks and salad or soup.
I got their chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, fries and breadsticks… the chicken was not real, the mac and cheese had no flavoring and the fries were soggy. the only thing that was good was the breadsticks. I don’t have a sensitive stomach but that was the most horrid meal on my stomach… never again.
Service was excellent. The waitress was so helpful with choosing our meal. She was so sweet&pleasant. Felt very comfortable. The food was great. The place was clean, as the ladies room ammaculit. It was an enjoyable experience. Cant wait to go back again. It was worth the money.
Havent been here in ages and despite a reduced menu, the choices were still great. I had the Chicken Marsala with alfredo pasta and my dinner mates had the chicken pesto dish. Everything was excellent. Naturally we had the salad and bread sticks, awesome as always. We had the Zupa Toscana and the gnocchi soups as well. While delicious the portions were ridiculously small. The berry sangria was excellent and highly recommended. Finally, Ian our fun and attentive waiter, suggested the Italian Donut Wow and holy cow they were out of this world! The chocolate dipping sauce was good, but the raspberry (melba) sauce was beyond excellent! Thank you Ian (Clifton Park, NY restaurant) for excellent servive and an excellent dessert choice!
On par with olive garden standards. Servers are well kept, dress code is acceptable, and decor was average. Our waitress was courteous and knowledgeable. We didnt wait long for the appetizer and main dishes. The chicken marsala sauce was too watery. The flavor was mild versus pronounced. The chicken was cooked well with light breaded sear for added flavor. My alcoholic beverage was on the light side. The soft drink mix was off due to excessive tastelessness. The waitress was very responsive in my opinion of the marsala dish. A touch more of quality checks and should be 5 stars in no time.
Why does OG bother with taking call ahead? I had a party of 12. we gave them notice a day in advance. we called again the day of to double check they would be ready. we did call ahead and checked in 15 minutes before arriving. we checked in and were told it would be at least a 45 minutes. OK fine but now you have a dozen people blocking your entrance.if you cant handle or dont want a large party then tell us and well go somewhere else.
Went to this location tonight with my fiancé and Rudy was our server. 10/10 best service I’ve received. He was polite, had a great attitude, extremely efficient and made the experience all that much more enjoyable. Hoping I have Rudy as a server again at our next visit.
Mary went out of her way to provide exceptional service tonight. She made sure to meet all if our needs and even took a few moments to get to know us. The food came out perfectly and cooked exactly as we asked. We enjoyed all of the extra lemons the kitchen gave me with my pasta when I asked for extra lemon with my dish. We go out of our way to go to this location and have never had a complaint.
My family and I had dinner here last night. Everything was exceptionally delicious right down to the nice, fresh, crisp salad. We had a new server and he was spectacular! Shout out to Sharif for his excellent service, his sweet personality and his attentiveness. We love you! You did a great job on your first day and I pray for your continued success.
This specific Olive Garden is well managed and the wait staff is well trained. Mary was excellent and took great care of us. Even when this place is busy they always find a table for you. The food is standard for Olive Garden, it was hot and plentiful. I will say we go out of our way to go to this specific Olive Garden because the one closest to us always has bad service.
I been ordered take out from there. The food haven’t been great but my order on November 6,19 was the worst ever. The food have no taste, zip taste like straight water with no salt or pepper. I ordered seafood Alfredo for myself and it was horrible. Even my family dinner went in the garbage. Plus they forgot my salad and gave the wrong kids drinks. Yet I am expecting to give tips on takeout orders but can’t get my order right. The only decent thing that night was the soup.
After storming out of Cracker Barrel for their failure to serve us after watching everyone around us get served for 20 minutes, we decided to come to Olive Garden. What a great decision that was. Our waitress Stephanie was so nice and attentive, the manager checked to make sure we were okay and all the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had no idea we just had a terrible experience and yet they were all on their A game. Great job team! We will definitely be stopping in again on out next trip up.
2020 Edition:Just like last year on my birthday, the food was absolutely incredible, and even with the pandemic still being a thing, everything was absolutely perfect, our waitress was very friendly and she provided amazing service 😊This is the third year in a row I’ve had an amazing birthday experience at this location.Absolutely, 100% my favorite Olive Garden⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They never seize to amaze us. This specific olive garden is my sons favorite place to eat and the only olive garden I will visit due to me always having bad food at other places. Everything we order came out in a timely manner and tasted great all of our food was fresh which is big problem I have in other places. Thank you for making our evening a great one especially since it was our last time taking our boys out for the month because they are leaving to Florida with their grandmother.
Our waitress was excellent. Several in our party of 7, which was easily accommodated, ordered the never ending pasta promotion, and refills were offered well before anyone ran out.Unfortunately, in the interest of efficiency, the manager tried to help our waitress. In the process, we were charged twice for the same dessert. We did not realize this overcharge until we started splitting the bill after we left the restaurant.
Had an amazing dinner here tonight with awesome service. My husband got the Tour of Italy and salad and I got the Stuffed shells with shrimp and the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. All the food was served hot and fresh. The chicken parm was so tender and the stuffing in the shells was so cheesy. Our server was awesome he was on top of everything.
Olive Garden is an amazing restaurant! I love there fettuccine alfredo and bread sticks!♥️ The food came fast and was filling. The only bad thing about it was that I was payed for sauce. I mean come on, but it was mostly great! I would recommend coming here, definitely!
The food and service at our Christmas Eve dinner was pretty good. Our waitress was friendly and receptive. We did have to ask for plates for the bread and refills but as it was busy and aware that it was Christmas Eve, it was totally understandable. I would definitely recommend a visit to this Olive Garden location. This was our third or fourth visit there and the food and service has been consistent and enjoyable.
Usually its good. However, on our last visit, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait - it was almost 45. Once we were seated, no waitress checked on us, or took our orders for over 30 minutes. The manager apologize for the wait & did a complimentary appetizer, but the service didnt improve. Our soup/salad arrived before appetizer. And long wait for meals, which lived under heat lights far too long (delay was blamed on the kitchen) . Our waitress was TERRIBLE!!! After ignoring our table, she pulled out her phone & showed us pictures of her child! When it was time to pay the check, there was a mistake on the bill, & I had to go to the front desk to attempt to pay. She should have spent more energy DOING HER JOB. First time Ive EVER under- tipped a waitress, but I wont pay extra for such poor service. Unsure if Ill give this Olive Garden another try. 😔
I place an order for delivery and ended up picking it up. My Shrimp and scallops pasta was on the promotion for more Alfredo sauce it came almost dry the shrimps were overcook they were very tiny and also the scallops very poor portion of all...wich is very disappointed for a $20 pasta. My daughter pasta was the same! The only good thing was the desserts, the soup and the breadsticks. I Spend almost $80 for two persons expecting that the main dishes were better than the rest of the food.
We met our relatives at this Olive Garden, our first visit to one elsewhere since the 90s and hesitant since. Our fears vanished the moment we entered in this tastefully decorated and comfortable restaurants. At 6 pm it was very busy on a Thursday. We were greeted by 3 people and immediately brought to an attractive booth in one of many rooms. Our male wait person was very profession and polished more so than most places in the area. Our entrees - this is an Italian restaurants - 2 scampi and 2 pasta dishes 1 with meat sauce the other a parmesan came with unlimited salad and several soups to choose from. All of it came out in sequence quickly and it was quite delicious. We split the check and ours (2 people) was $38 total a bargain for the high quality experience and excellent food. The kicker was since we were dining with our relatives we don’t see often, we asked if we could stay in out table a while after the meal. The waiter was gracious, permitted us to do so and were there quite a long time and left without any pressure to do. Thank you OG Clifton Park we loved your hospitality and will be back again and again!
Pretty disappointed considering the price. I ordered for pick up and no one came outside for over 10 minutes past my pick up time, and no one else there was being brought there food but eventually it was brought out, this wasn’t a big deal to me, until I got home and the pasta was cold, it was obviously sitting for a long time, the bread sticks were so hard I could crack a tooth; I couldn’t eat any of them, and the salad looked fine until a started eating it and found 3 pieces of long dark hair. Big waste of money. I definitely do not recommend, especially seen as I’m not the only one with a bad experience.
If you been to an Olive Garden, this review wont be super boring as I wont go over the menu and food and what not. There are a dozen of these around and you either enjoy the food or you dont - my review is of this particular location - which I gotta say is very nice! Its a newer building and they did a great job inside - it looks spectacular and I enjoyed myself the few times Ive been in the past few months. What I liked most were the staff.. I mean they did a great job, super attentive and very likable friendly people.I do enjoy that this location holds a good number of people, so I dont find myself with crazy wait times although you will see some if you try to go on any of the popular out-to-eat-nights (as usual)If you enjoy Olive Garden, give this location and try - definitely one of the better ones Id say.
Good, classic food with a tasty Italian flare. Its a chain restaurant, so there wont be anything specially prepared by the local chef, however, the food is still very tasty. They do a great job of capturing a fun experience. Our waiter was a very nice and knowledgeable man who made excellent recommendations for food and wine. For an easy and casual, yet somewhat romantic experience, you cant go wrong.
Love Olive Garden!!!! I had the Baked Chicken Mac and cheese special a couple weeks ago, my boyfriend had the lobster and shrimp Mac n cheese. He didnt find the lobster but we both loved the flavor! The portions were perfect and I took half of mine home after having salad. Waitress and mgr were fast and very pleasant!
Service was terrible. Food took 40+ minutes and we waited 15 mins even though there were tables open on a weekday night. Food was mediocre. Server was uninterested. The cups which our drinks were served in smelled of fish. Ive had good experiences before with Olive Garden, but this one certainly was not one of them. Definitely not going to go there in the foreseeable future.
My mother and i went to dinner here on january 8th and i think the food was very flavorful. in the past, olive garden had food that was good, but not satisfactory. i am glad of the improvement in not only the food choices and taste, but the nice staff as well. thank you for the good experience!
My boyfriend and I went here last night. First our waitress brought us our salad, said enjoy, then neglected to give us utensils so I had to ask another waitress. We then got our entrees before our appetizer. About 15 minutes into eating my boyfriend started gagging and proceeded to pull something out of his throat..... He found plastic (looked like that from a plastic wrapped utensil) in his pasta!!!!
I really like Olive Garden. A lot of people probably disregard it because its a chain, but the dinners are just delicious. First, the bread sticks are warm and lightly garlicky. The salads are very tasty, especially without the onions (sorry, onion lovers). And they do have a nice selection of healthy dinners. Of course, you can choose Alfredo sauces which are wonderful, but so many calories. But there is a new dish called Chicken Giardino that is absolutely wonderful! It has grilled chicken, vegetables, and mini lasagna noodles in a light lemon herb sauce. It was delicious and healthy-what a wonderful combination! Also, the portion size is fairly large, so I brought half of it home to enjoy again. The server was very attentive and friendly. What a terrific dinner!
I have ate there many times but the last 3-4 times the service had been terrible the food so greasy its inedible the Alfredo wasnt even mixed the butter layed on the cream like oil n water the wait staff is the worst Ive seen and I eat out a lot. Who brings bread sticks without your dipping sauce and waits 20 min to bring it and brings the salad with no bowls I mean honestly a woman with 3 children and they think this sis acceptable! Sorry but Im never going back!
As always, Olive Garden shines with both quality of food and service. I told the Hostess on the way out of the restaurant that in addition to the wonderful smells that greet guests, that there is always a HAPPY NOISE from the guests. She smiled a real smile and thanked me very much for that sentiment. I reminded her that THAT is the reason for Olive Gardens continued success.I really love this place.
We wanted to celebrate my birthday on October 13 here. Arrived at 5pm. Hardly any cars in the parking lot. Many tables empty and ready for patrons. Yet the hostess said it would be a 30 minute wait because they were expecting a large party which wasnt even there yet.I should of asked to speak to the manager. That was ridiculous. We left. Fortunately there are other restaurants close by.
They used to be really good delivered twice two house last month all of sudden the lady got diff said told us they only drove 7 miles out of there distance sounds odd to me when they deliver they won’t deliver anymore to our house two times a month go makes no sense so they lost good money for three miles Overthere area they won’t drive an extra 3 miles lol going to. Order somewhere else don’t know what the deal was makes no sense Why they won’t deliver the three miles extra when they did before too bad Olive Garden was our fav still is just can’t get to them yet
Waitress was unfamiliar with the menu and really couldnt answer questions. My order had substitutions and I was not told before receiving the meal I didnt order. We were seated in an area with a screaming toddler directly behind us. The mother and grandparents took their time eating, ignoring the child, while everyone else tried to eat. Conversation was difficult due to the constant screaming. I wont go there again!
This is an Italian chain restaurant. I have been to other locations, but found this one to be far superior to the others. To the cleanliest, to the food (I have gotten cold food from other locations & have even found a hair in my daughters food). Not here though. What I like about Olive Garden (along with their famous salad & breadsticks), are the specials. Every so often they switch out there special menu for another one. I havent found a food item I havent liked yet! The servers are very professional & everytime I have frequented this location, the manager has gone around to all the tables making sure everything is ok.
One of my favorite olive gardens! Staff is really awesome! Resturant is clean, well lit and comfortable. The food is wonderful! You get unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. The menu has a nice selection to meet everyones tastes. The deserts are very yummy. Please be aware, there may be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it!
We seemed to inconvenience the hostess. Once seated, the waitress had limited people skills. It took 40 minutes to get our food. Once it arrived, it was lacking in flavor and presentation. I remember Olive Garden being average at best, but this experience took them down a notch.
Tonight on 1/13/2020 my parents went to visit your establishment. Before they left they ordered me a chicken alfredo meal. Since I am currently bed ridden I was not able to join them. But I have never been so disappointed in Olive garden as I was tonight. Yes I understand during travel time things cool down. This was not the case. What I was given was completely raw. None of the broccoli was cooked, I had pink chicken, and the noodles barely passed the edibility standard. Amd sauce was minimal. Point being, on the rare occasions we eat out it is a treat and we go not expecting to have to cook our own meals. But that is exactly what I had to do. I had to deconstruct this meal and cook it properly so it was safe to eat. I believe you folks at Olive garden owe an apology as well as a refund. I am very angry about tonights events.
This review is for Clifton Park location. The bread sticks suck here the ends are rock hard. Went for lunch at about 2. Went specifically for the meatball pizza bowl, they were out of meatballs. So I ordered the lasagna. A Stouffers lasagna would have tasted better. Waitress was nice though.
I ordered chicken carbonara and a salad. It was awful, I couldnt even eat the salad. The first salad had a peperecini in it that looked like it had been eaten on. So I got another salad. The second salad had a piece of the core to the lettuce left on it and the lettuce itself looked like is was beginning stages of being rotten. So I switched to a soup. The meal itself has bacon in it and I had a piece of bacon that did not seem thoroughly cooked at all. This is not how a restaurant such as Olive Garden should be serving food to its guest. Now lets talk about the staff. There was definitely a since of severe discomfort. I could not remove my outer clothing and get fully comfortable to enjoy my lunch with my family. One would think they where paying is to eat there and for this horrific experience. Where is the health department to investigate there food practice. Even more it appears that they are taking the salads after they serve them and whatever is left they are serving to new guest. My salad had wilted lettuce, and the time that the lettuce wilted was incredible. Like Im sitting here and they wanted to serve me there food that should be in the dumpster. In my opinion this place should not even be allowed to serve food they should be shut down. How many other guest experience this god awful experience. This place is horrible. If left to me I would never come back however my kids enjoy it and they really wanted to have happy birthday sang to them and they didnt even get that. What a joke. And the stuff should not act the way that they act. This is a public domain and people should be comfortable when they are paying good money to sit down and try to enjoy a meal. What a waste of time money and definitely a horrific experience. The pictures of my food I would not recommend to anyone. furthermore I dont and wouldnt recommend this eatery at all. I wouldnt of given that slop to my dogs or even the pig pit for the pigs to eat. That was not an enjoyable experience.
Just wanted to let you know of our experience today. We walked in there were a lot of seating available but was told we had a 10 minute wait which was confusing. Well after 30 minutes of waiting and watching at least 20 to 25 people walk out after they were told there was a 30 minute wait we finally got called. We were told that the waiters could only do 3 tables each so that was the hold up. We have been to this Olive Garden many times and have never had to wait. So not sure whos idea it was to let them only wait 3 tables as that greatly must cut down on their wages. I can not believe the having that many people walk out from your business would be okay. Better rethink that rule. Never saw a manager walk around and always did in our other visits.
This is the worst Olive Garden that I have ever been to. I ate their twice within a one month span. The first time our waiter was rude and was standing next to our booth texting continuously. The second time we were seated by an extremely rude hostess and a waiter never came! After twenty minutes of sitting there I asked for the manager. She was barely apologetic so we walked out. This location is a discredit to Olive Garden and needs to employ a better staff to say the least.
Have been to many Olive Garden locations, this was the first time at this location in Ballston Lake... waiter seem to disappear and we ended up asking another waiter passing by for more bread/water. The waiter offered marinara sauce to the side(for dipping our bread) a nice complimentary suggestion so I thought... ended up being $3.49 for a bowl of sauce... and I did not find this out until checkout... we were also charged $1.99 for games... nether my girlfriend or I ever touched or used theyre iPad they put on the tables, in fact ours was completely turned off. Although the manager fixed the charges after three attempts I am extremely disappointed and feel as though this location is dishonest and sneaks small charges into your bill, beware and carefully look over your check before paying!
This review is from a visit a couple of years back and I’m leaving it as a warning for those with Celiac. Because it has been so long I’m not sure if they still offer a gluten free menu at this location, but they have in the past.If you have celiac DO NOT trust them to prepare your food here. I knew it was too good to be true. I had gluten free pasta with sauce and salad (without croutons). While we were eating we overheard the table behind us complaining to the waiter about having olives in their salad. The waiter said he could just pick the olives out for them because it’s a pre-made package mix.....unfortunately at this time I had already eaten salad. Less than 20 mins after we left I was sick. They put croutons in our salad and then picked them out, which led to severe cross contamination. If you have Celiac please proceed with caution!
Absolutely gross. My big meatball was not need. Not sure what is was. Manicotti was not manicotti. It was lasagna folded up with cheese. My server never came to my table. She took our order someone else delivered it. I had to use the self-service thing on the table to pay.
We love Olive Garden and normally have good experiences there. This is the first time we went to the Clifton Park location and it will be our last. There were 5 of us. We had a wait on a Saturday at 3:50pm...kind of strange but understandable because of the holidays. As we were waiting two employees that appeared to be chefs walked in and one of them was cursing up a storm. When they realized there were customers sitting right there, instead of apologizing they just said oops then hit my husband with the door when there was a whole second door they could have walked through with no one standing near it. Then when we were seated, our waitress, Sandra, opened by welcoming us and saying I dont know my serving partners name so Ill just skip that part. Kind of strange but how hard is it to remember one name of the person youre working with? Next, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and she brought me a raspberry. Maybe if she used that magic notepad that servers get to keep track of orders, she could have brought me the right thing. She then refilled my drink...twice...with more raspberry. Next, we all ordered our entrees and an appetizer. She offered cheese for the salad, skimped on it, then didnt bother to ask my husband if he wanted cheese on his soup. He had to ask for it. She brought us some overcooked crispy breadsticks that werent very good. We had to ask to refill those when she could clearly see the basket was empty. In general, she was a slow server and we didnt see her much. My husband had to ask for more soup after 15 minutes of his empty bowl sitting there, and then she brought it out pre-cheesed - maybe a teaspoon of cheese in there - instead of offering fresh. When our food came, all of us had pasta dishes except my husband, and we had to ask for cheese for that too. She never offered. My husband ordered a steak medium-rare and it came out cold and more like medium-well. After that whole experience was over, we ordered dessert to go. We ordered some italian donuts with a chocolate dipping sauce. Weve ordered these to go a million times and the sauce always comes in its own container with a lid. It looks like she never bothered to put this as a to-go order (again, if she wrote it down she would have remembered, its not like we ordered a ton of stuff) and instead threw it all together last-minute in a to-go box and put the ceramic sauce containers with the sauce in there. Consequently, they spilled all over the donuts as we were driving home and made a soggy mess. As we were checking out, she kept eyeing-us uncomfortably like she wanted us to leave, and she never even brought us any mints. The food was delicious, but the service is the worst Ive ever had at an Olive Garden. Im calling Sandras manager tomorrow to complain. We wont be coming back here. Go to the one on Wolf Road in Albany or the one in Queensbury instead.
When we were waiting they said go to the bar and beer and wine are half-price and the bartender said that this bottle of wine its going to be a better price it was $40 we would have been better off having three glasses of wine because there were three of us it would have been so much cheaper . I Should have been more on my game and question him about prices! So three glasses of wine half price would have been 4:50 a glass. . Do not let them fool you!! Plus that bottle only poured three and somme drrps of wine.
Every time in the past when I saw the commercial for buy one to eat there and take one home, we forgot and missed the special. This time, weve taken advantage of of it once a week - ok, only 2 weeks so far. Definitely worth the trip to OG. Just realize that you wont get any soup, salad or bread sticks with the free meal. You can buy the extras a la carte. Pricey salad though, it was over $7! My suggestion is to go to a grocery store and buy a salad kit in a bag for $3, then get the free meal at OG.
Were from Massachusetts went to lake george ny for my birthday we stopped at olive garden in clifton and this was the best olive garden we ever been to upmost courtesy professional friendly waiter Rudy aka dwaye lol made ezperice perfect and foid so fresh and bountiful made us buy the comcomplimentary wine sample feom how good it was....thank u rudy. Birthday experience best olive garden of all
Olive Garden now has glutenfree options which is a big plus when choosing a restaurant. Kudos to Olive Garden!!!I was visiting from out of state and went for dinner with a friend. The waiter was great. He was very helpful and courteous. 2 1/2 stars for that. The food was really good. The Zuppa Toscana was de-lish. 2 1/2 stars for the food.
Always love the Olive Garden. My favorite place to go for great tasting italian food. The salad and breadsticks are delicious, and the lasagna is my favorite ever. The staff is awesome...some of the friendliest waiters and waitresses bend over backwards to help you with anything you need.
They gave us dirty dishes here and treated us like we didnt have enough money to eat here . Straight snobs and I dont recommend this place for the younger generation Central Ave is way more respectful and caring towards theyre customers. Disgusted by this experiance here
The service was superb..I ate at the bar and the young lady that waited on me was friendly and quick...the food was excellent and delicious...the young lady that attended to me, was in the later parts of her pregnancy but she was attentive to all of the customers and was polite but very efficient....

2021-08-04Im not sure if its just that night because we came late but I wasnt impressed with the foods plus it was disappointing coz I asked for another table coz it was really cold in our assigned table and I knew that my 5y.o daughter wont be able to focus on her meal if its too cold but we were told theres no available table but I saw some customers coming in and was given a table so that means there is an available table. Our server was really nice though. But the food was not I expected even my husband said the same thing that his wasnt good either. And my drink was really watery. Wont be coming back to O.G. if I will, maybe another location.

2022-03-01Was good and the food was great! Service was good too, we reserved and everything went well! They even threw in a little free desert for my mom because it was her birthday(we also got them to sing happy birthday to her which was pretty funny). Will be going there more often for birthdays :)

2022-05-08We had the best waitress you could ask for she was so accommodating especially when half way through our dinner we had to leave for a emergency with one of our children. She had no issues packing it up as quickly as possible even though the restaurant was packed full being mothers day weekend.

2022-03-03On March 2, eight of us walked in at 9:00. Our boys just got done playing in a Sectionals game and they were hungry. It looked like the staff was ready to go home, but unlike the 2 other restaurants we walked into, the staff welcomed us in. The waiter was friendly and all the meals and appetizers were great.

2022-03-11My dish, Shrimp Scampi. Taste was good. My Scampi was served in a bowl with noodles, tomatoes. Asparagus, shrimp. Half of my bowl was filled with melted butter. Way to much. I could not eat it. Just too much butter.

2022-03-27Customer service here is amazing. We arrived at 920 and they close at 10 we didnt leave until about 11which obviously is after closing time but werent rushed at all and thats a key to exceptional customer service. Our 2 servers went above and beyond. Thank you all for your hard work and great vibes. You guys make the world a better place.

2022-06-13We had chicken marsala with fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken had the consistency of pieces of deli meat pressed together & disgusting! The fettuccine had NO sauce on it. What a disappointing meal. The only positive was that it was ready on time - it was a takeout meal. Never again!
