Jen was amazing!!! She helped with donating childrens clothes and items to a family that had lost everything in a house fire. Very friendly and professional! Thanks so much.
If you are selling clothes here you will waste your time. Bring in hundreds of dollars worth of clothes, you will be offered a few dollars. If you are buying clothes you may find a deal or two. Staff we encountered were very young and could not answer questions. Will not sell clothes here again.
Very helpful, kind, how great that customers drop off children’s items and get paid on the spot! Wait time only depends on how many people are in front of you, but they work hard and quickly
Don’t waist your time... I brought a box of cloths in they said sorry we are not in high demand of what you have ... you can wait 30mins and we will see if anything is good ... umm no I walked out.. rotten attitude.. I rather donate.. last time I’ll ever step foot in that place
If clothes show any fading they will not buy waste of time, and for a thrift store they are expensive.
Such a great deal on childrens clothes and toys. Once upon a child is a must go if you want to save money.

2021-10-24This store is messy, dirty, cluttered, and everything in it is overpriced. You might just as well go buy new items. They will pay you very little for items you bring in, then they turn around and resell it for a huge mark up. The floor is filthy, it looks like they never wash it. They tell you it’s a 5 hour wait for them to look over your items and make an offer. And to further add to the inconvenience, they have installed locks on the restrooms so that you have to have your young children wait to go to the bathroom while you find someone to let you in to the restroom. Yeah, that’s a wonderful thing to do in a store with expecting moms and little kids. Thanks so much. I’ll spend my money someplace else.

2021-12-21Great little store!! Ive found many great deals for my 3 year old niece, and 1 year old nephew! I really enjoy this store! Nice gently used items, at great prices!! Friendly staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

2020-02-03Very disappointed I took a bunch of toys and clothes. I was unaware that they don’t wash the clothes before they resell them. I think this should be done. They didn’t accept any clothe I brought in. They wouldn’t accept any toys bc they were used. None of the toys I brought in were broke. I have gone through the stuff they have in their store and some of their toys are missing parts drawn on and so forth and way over priced yet they wouldn’t accept what I brought in. Needless to say I’m going to donate to the less fortunate families in need. At least I know these families will appreciate what they are getting.

2017-03-22Great place to bring your kids clothes to & earn a few bucks to buy them new used clothes... Or a new used toy! The girls who work there are so sweet & helpful. They have a TON of shoes/clothes/books... Etc.. And everything is in perfect condition! If you have kids & you havent been... GO! ☺

2019-06-02Tend to go in on the weekends and there is always 4-6 young girls working and they all look miserable. I never get greeted, or a thanks for shopping with us at the end. Some of the clothes are fairly new, but mostly are just faded out and overpriced. Associates should be trained on customer service a bit not just how to push buttons.

2016-01-24Yesterday was my first time going to the store and it was awesome. The store was clean very clean. You walk in and you can just smell that all the clothes are clean because the entire store smells like fabric cleaner and softener. The clothes are very reasonably priced and they have tons of sales going on all the time. The staff is friendly and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend going there anytime.

2017-04-24Excellent selection of clothing, shoes, toys, books, and baby gear. Prices are decent and clothes are generally in pretty good shape; when they have sales the clothing deals are even better!

2020-10-12The reason for a one star is they took a $30 dress, 2 barely worn jackets and a shirt Ive barely worn. Plus they were washed and clean. I only got $4 for all of that! :/

Clothes r dirty and can be found on the flor covered in unswept dirtI kno it’s hard to keep a store under contrl maybe clear the lot and restart I defintly think this place has a future if they get all new staf
