Awesome laundromat, all machines are new, place looks very clean. Wash machines are great, dryers are excelllent. Parking available, Free WiFi. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff. A+++
Excellent place to wash and dry your clothes, if you have no cash no problem you can use credit or debit card, also if you buy a $ 20 card they give you an extra $ 5 for your preference, very clean, you can also be lucky and the machine that You took can give you a free wash has happened to me 3 times no matter the size or price you can leave lucky, I invite you to know this laundry.

Terrible service, first time I come to this laundry and left disappointed.1. I put my clothes to dry in their machine and they charged me $ 5 for 8 minutes from my card, when 8 minutes is 25 cents. Happily I noticed that they had taken $ 5 off my card for drying. I hope that has not happened with other clients of charging $ 5 for 8 minutes of drying. Likewise, I went on to claim the counter lady. I told him what happened and he did not give me a full refund.2. I arrived at the place at 9:30 pm to wash my clothes and the lady told me that I could no longer wash because the time was not going to last for me. So I asked him to use the drying machine as I had wet clothes. After a few minutes he approaches me andThe lady tells me: if you can wash I already put coins, then you will give me back in cash.Then I put my clothes to wash and likewise went to return the money that she had in full.Put in the washing machine.Finally, when I finish washing, she tells me that I cant dry, which is why it bothered me since I wasnt going to wash, because she had already told me. But then tell me if you can wash sir and send me home with all wet clothes is terrible. All clothes that are washed are then dried on the spot.I would have liked you to tell me sir, you can wash but you will not be able to dry. She only made me use her machine where she put coins and no one was using it.Actually disappointed by the attention, I do not recommend it. And I ask each client who goes to this place to take precaution of what they charge when they swipe the card.

2022-06-21Had an emergency with our home machines so decided to try a local laundry mat. Wont make that mistake again. Multiple items ruined. Poor customer service, owner can’t return phone calls to a dissatisfied customer, but makes sure he replies to the reviews to make the customer look like they’re in the wrong. Don’t waste your money, they’ll overcharge you. Ruin your clothes. then promise you a refund that you’ll never see.

2022-06-21Do not use this laundromat they will ruin your clothing and then blame it on you and they will over charge you. So I decide to drop on my sons clothing off Sunday since my dryer was broken when I went to pick them up there was a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience but closed due to an emergency which probably my sons clothing sat in the washer overnight. I picked up my laundry Monday after work and upon taking them out of the bag my fiance noticed that multiple of my sons clothing was ruined. I returned back to the laundromat to show the worker and she apologized and gave me the owners number. Which I called and he told me he was out of town and his partner would call me which I still havent received a call yet. When I went back today the lady Tina basically blamed me for ruining my sons clothing which is absolutely ridiculous and false.

2021-10-20I love this place. If I can give 6 stars, I would. They’re insanely cheap with an option of card or coins. A few places I’ve gone to before I came here only had one or the other.I spend $2.25 for a normal wash that’s around 21 minutes or so and 75 cents for 24 minutes of drying on medium heat and my clothes are always fully dry. Much cheaper than other places I’ve been to.A few weeks ago I washed some shoes in a separate wash. I ended up forgetting about them because I had two other loads. I called them the next day and they were really nice and understanding. They had already put away the shoes just in case I came back. Not sure if other places do this as this was my first time forgetting something in a wash ever but overall I was very satisfied.I also travel around 17 minutes by car to come here.

2021-07-29I have been coming to One Hour Laundry for the better part of a year and recently have started utilizing their wash and fold service. I was satisfied with their services up until last week.Not only did I receive someone else’s underwear, but also someone else’s towel instead of my own and I am missing a few articles of clothing. I have tried calling the business and it took 12 calls the first time, 8 the second time to reach someone. The woman gave me a phone number of a manager, Darwin, who has yet to return my calls. I tipped the attendant well and I am so disappointed. Because of the proximity to my home, I will likely continue to come for self-service, but I do NOT feel comfortable using their wash and fold service again. Unless you are either washing, drying, folding clothes together or ALL THREE there should never be a mix up such as this. I would not recommend this laundromat for wash and fold services.

2021-04-08I used to think this place did a decent job. However, the last several times I’ve been promised that my laundry would be ready by a certain time. However, more times than not it’s never done by the promised time. Then when you speak with the workers they get mad at YOU for calling them out. Then when you ask to speak to the owner or manager, he’s nowhere to be found and never returns a phone call.Hell, they can’t even turn around the laundry within a 24 hour period! So much for the name “One Hour Laundry”. It’s more like, “2 Day Laundry”.

2021-03-05Spoke with DARWIN the owner.. Several terrible experiences with this laundry mat. Specifically asked and tipped the girls to dry my clothes on medium heat. 2 different times my polo shirts came back as belly shirts. I mentioned this to the agents there and happened two times over. I called the owner and he 100 percent blew me off. Horrible Horrible service, even after tipping the girls 5 to 10 bucks for 15 lbs of laundry. Are you kidding me.. Im so enraged right now that I have 6 $40 shirts ruined.

2019-10-01LOVE this place - I use the wash and fold service. The staff are consistently friendly, everything is nice and clean, my clothes are always organized so nicely...I cant say enough good things about them.

2021-02-17It’s waste of giving even 1 ⭐️. I have requested the girl “Ana “ to clean lint but , she did ignore when I am standing there for 20 min . She asks me to do it myself or leave without using machines . I am not sure why she is there if I were to do everything on my own . She is so rude , not helpful . Disgusting service and attitude .
