Its the best and oldest auto parts store around, they are over the top helpful and the same people have been working there for many years ! There not kids that dont know what there talking about... Great Store...Thats why its been there all these years!!
Old style auto parts store with great service and knowledgeable staff. If they dont have it, they can get it later that day or the next. I go here to support local businesses and not lose them to the chains.
Local an independent auto parts store. Counter people are great and knowledgeable and I paid less for replacement lamps then I had at one of the big chain stores.
Been past it a million times, never needed to go in. Needed a battery recently, good guys, all helpful and polite. Comparatively priced and nice to support a local shop.
Been buying battery here since early 2000s. people r very rude In this store. my battery go bad after a year they always offer to replace. but Im done. going to Costco now

Ive been coming to One Stop for years. And honestly. I have rarely dealt with a parts place more knowledged and professional. This place has been here for as long as I can remember and I hope that never changes. Because you cant get this level of help and professional service at any big nation wide parts store

2020-09-23Best spot to go to get anything, for any of your auto needs. Been going here for years. Prices are great, everyone is friendly, family owned business. Its also great to shop local and support small businesses in the area! Stop at One Stop Auto instead of big named corporations like Autozone with employees who could give a flying Eff. Can get all the same stuff for cheaper with nicer people. Who actually wanna help you. No brainer here.

2020-12-10My family and I have used this parts store for years, never had an issue.However, I had purchased a part that didn’t work, and since they had told me the brand of part that I wanted was obsolete, I just wanted to return it, as I didn’t need the part I purchased from them(I was able to source the brand of part I needed myself, which I told them was the reason for requesting a refund)The older gentleman with glasses that works there apparently was very upset about this, as at first he outright refused to refund me, in a pretty nasty tone at that. I had explained that I was told by someone at the store that the part I wanted was obsolete, and he tried to argue with me about it.While he was denying that they said it was obsolete, his co worker was looking it up, and the gentleman glanced at the screen..guess it was really obsolete because he demanded my card, refunded my money, and threw it back at me. No apology, wouldn’t even make eye contact.I tried again explaining that if he had been able to get the parts in the first place, I would have gladly purchased them from his establishment. He grunted and said “yea, whatever” and disappeared into the back.A shame because they have helped out many times over the years, and especially being there are so many box auto parts stores, they were a nice change from the norm.If the gentleman I dealt with was the owner(no name tag/title) then I would be ashamed of the way I acted.I can understand being upset at not being able to get the part, but to react the way he did towards a customer whose spent money multiple times there is unacceptable.Guess it’s time to take mine and my families business elsewhere.

2017-10-05I live in the area and have been going here for over ten years, and Im always impressed by their honest and no-nonsense guidance. The owners get that if I trust they are giving me the best advice for my car that is not designed to spend more money than I have to, I will be back over and over again. I am happy to have this neighborhood auto parts store and will be a customer for a long time. Jim, the owner, and his son are there almost all the time which is why they offer a high level of service most of us are not used to.

2019-01-22Old school type store where owner actually care about the customers. Felt great shopping there. The owner was super friendly and helped me order weather tech mats for my car. Called me exactly the day when he previously promised. I highly recomend this store for auto parts and accessories.

2019-07-09They are helpful everytime I go there. A little tip It is good place to get cheap plastic hubcap replacements. Next time you lose one, you can get a whole set for a third of the price of one from the dealer.

2018-05-22Great old skool auto part store! Employees actually know parts, cars and have some great knowledge to share. They are not kids looking up the wrong parts off a usless computer screen. Hands down the best part store around, do not waste your time and money at these big box stores. I dont go anywhere else!!
