Called today due to my package disappearing after departing york, PA FIVE DAYs ago. Lady in the phone told me to call USPS and wouldn’t even take my tracking number, explaining that usps takes 9-14 business days to pick up, and that I need to go through them. I kindly explained that I had already called them and they directed me to her. She still wouldn’t help me......I’d give this place zero stars, lady in queens was super rude.

These guys sent a t-shirt destined for Ohio from Kentucky, to Illinois, then Pennsylvania. Its been 16 days and I still dont have my package.Keep up the great work guys and perhaps you can send my package to West Virginia next so it makes a complete circle around Ohio before arriving 2 weeks late.

My wife comes here all the time. She drops off FedEx and USPS. Employees are friendly, husband and wife. A bit expensive. Husband always tries to help out with price when he is there but sometimes he’s not there. On a couple of occasions I’ve waited outside for 20 mins because the door was locked in the middle of the day. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying. Otherwise i would keep coming back and have given them plenty of my business.

One Stop Shipping is a lovely place. The employees are very friendly. They do not charge for pre-paid shipping. They are wonderful and charge less than UPS. They are amazing!!

F I could give this place 0 stars, I would.This is the worst shipping place ever, the owner Johnny is rude and hires terrible employees. They charge $5 to ship a PRE PAID package. Its free EVERYWHERE else in NYC.Do not come here to ship your packages unless you want rude service and charged for something thats supposed to be free.
