Very dissapointed on the amount of meat in the entrees. Visited 2 yrs ago just when they open and before the pandemic hit and it was much better then. This time the two entrees we ordered where just pasta. The apps were decent, we had octopus and class and they served 4 pieces on each plate, very good. For the price of each plate, I feel very robbed. It is a good looking place and staff is freindly.
I cannot begin to express how horrible this place is. First time eating at One10.The service was not only slow from start to finish, but the TWO waitresses we had were unitentive for the entire FOUR hours we were at the table. Asked for bread 3 times yet it never came out. The appetizers took roughly an hour and a half to come out. Chicken parm pizza was great... but during this whole time our drink glasses remained empty.By the time the $200 Tomahawk steak entree came out (we ordered 4 total for the table) they were cold with not an ounce of salt, butter or any sauce. We were never told we should order a simple topping or seasoning on top to give it taste. The sides were the best part but of course they didn’t mention that for nearly $15 per side, the sides were not for sharing and barely enough for one person.I am shocked at the poor level of service and quality of food for a place that claims to pride themselves on top level service and food. Would never consider ever coming back or recommending to anyone. Save your money.
Very nice atmosphere. We sat at the bar and had dinner and that turned out to be a great idea. The bartenders interacted with us and had some real superb suggestions on what to order. Really enjoyed the food. The only drawback I have is they only have vallet parking. When we got the car back, someone had gone through the glove box and some items were missing.
Beautiful restaurant, the decor is amazing and the water refill staff are on point. We were seated right at our reservation time and given menus with bread and water. No salt or olive oil was provided. Our drink orders were taken promptly and were brought out quickly. The cocktails are very good. The soft drinks tasted flat and generic. The coke tasted like offbrand cola. The appetizers came out with the drinks as well and were nothing to rave about but edible. Our dinner orders took about 35 minutes to come out and they were on the cold side when they did arrive. The sever provided no salt or black pepper and that was another wait. The Double R Ranch Prime RibeyeWith Chefs gold dry aged foie gras tallow butter was quite the disappointment. Ordered medium got something akin to well done. It was bland and tough. I question the authenticity of the foie gras butter as well. The French fries were OK.The tiramisu dessert tasted like it was stored in a fridge that needed a cleaning and a box of baking soda. The Gelato that came with it was good. The coffee served with dinner was good well. All in all its a very nice looking place but it seems all the effort went into decor and not the food. You have better options for steak all over the island but if youre not into food but good drinks and ambiance this may be worthwhile for you.
Great ambiance, amazing food and excellent service! Recently dined at One10 Restaurant and it was an all around great experience. The staff is beyond attentive checking on our table after every course, and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back soon!
Immediately everybody was so helpful. From the beginning, the valet guy who parked the car, to the bartender Ian who cleaned off already clean bar as we were walking up to it and made us feel comfortable the second we approached. Our cocktails could not have been better blue cheese stuffed olives without my request 👌and the octopus appetizer was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was light, sophisticated and relaxed. Not too light, it has that evening ambience.
Decided to dine here for my daughters birthday and came in with a party of eight. Took over an hour to get fountain drinks, no bread or anything given while waiting even longer for the food. Service was extremely poor and slow. By the time we all received our meals we weren’t even interested in eating it. Management has to do better! Disappointed.
Valet cause issues in the parking lot, had to move my vehicle twice. Had a reservation for 8pm and was not seated until 8:35pm... On a wednesday, restaurant is loud with unruly guests and the smell of the burning sparklers is overwhelming. My double r ranch prime rib eye was sent back 2 times. Ordered it medium well and the first one was scorched from the depths of the underworld, the second came almost raw with no butter on it. My dogs at home enjoyed it tho they give it 5 stars. The lobster pasta was excellent according to the wife however the wagyu appetizer was underwhelming. Was told it is thin sliced but I was not expecting loose-leaf paper thin slices. For anyone wishing to go here just put your money to better use at Blackstone. This place is just short of terrible for the amount of money you will spend here. Plus the fact I wasnt even offered any compensation for just the steak is beyond me
The wait staff is amazing. Gerardo came out.to greet us from the bar (it was still happy hour & there was hardly any room) Jamie & Kaitlyn made our drinks, which were delicious & used fresh ingredients & fresh fruit. Then we sat for dinner & Matt our waiter & Patrick (his assistant) were so personal & amazing. The food itself was fantastic. We had an amazing time & would love to go back.
One10 Restaurant is a new addition to Melville NY. It’s ample, clean and beautifully decorated. It is an upscale Italian. The kitchen is open where you can see what’s going on.the choices on the menu are interesting and well described. We opted for a several appetizers. Really delicious especially the Pork belly.Fairly priced. The service is very good. Our server did an outstanding service. We also choose a “ sample dessert” delicious.I loved the way coffee was served.Best of Luck. Will come back. Wife loved it.
When the pandemic changed our original wedding plans, we decided to go forward with a micro-wedding and choose a new venue. I am so glad that we chose One10 to host our wedding. Aside from how incredible the food is and how beautiful the space, they went above and beyond to make our day truly incredible. Working with Christine was great! She made planning the day a breeze. We are so happy that we had our wedding at One10
We have been getting the gift cards sent to our house for a while. It was my husbands birthday so 6 of us went to 110. 3 of them had the $69 special 3 did not. Dinner was $700, we handed the waiter our $40 gift card and they said they couldnt honor it because he got the $69 special. So petty, wont be back.
Food, drink and the waitstaff make for an incredible dining experience!!! Our table started with the charcuterie board and baked clams, followed by salads(everyone ordered a different one)that were fresh and creative. Entrees ordered were Bison and filet mignon that were cooked to medium rare perfection and two delectable pasta dishes that were large enough to share. Dessert were a delectable peanut butter cup cake, tiramisu and banana cream pie... all impressively plated!! If you enjoy 5 star dining, this restaurant is MUST dine!
1) Place is absolutely gorgeous2) Atmosphere is awesome3) Service is horrible!Dinner took forever and the server said several times Kitchen is backed up and then when it did come out server just dropped it on the table and just left. Had the Porter House for two. Did not ask if we wanted to be served or if we needed anything else. After that he just completely vanished. Also ordered the special which they proclaimed had a pound and a half of lobster. Was not even close. Such a disappointing amount.Next was desert ordered their Nutella doughnuts. Lol both doughnuts had no Nutella in them. Completely devoid of any Nutella. We also ordered coffee which they forgot to bring. Came after 2 nd batch of doughnuts were served.4) So over all pretty poor experience and will not be returning. For a top $$$ place have had better service at a Waffle House5) Nice place for drinks but not worth going there for dinner.
Beautiful place to celebrate any type of event. From romantic dinner to a big party. Great service. Very high ceilings which I love. Very cozy atmosphere. Feels safe during the COVID year. Good meals. Everything is just nice and clean. Thank you for staying in business.
My boyfriend and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here last night. The ambience was beautiful and the service was excellent. Our entrees however were not as nice and we were extremely disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the Australian Wagyu which he requested medium rare. The dish itself looked so bland in color (if you can tell from the photo). The beef was served completely charred on the outside and unevenly cooked and dry on the inside. On the side he was given overly salted potatoes which just put the cherry on top and not in a good way.I ordered one of the specials which was basically overcooked/chewy lobster and linguini mixed in a cheese wheel. The waitress made it sound so exciting (her first day training and she was great by the way) but there was really nothing entertaining about it. It would have been nice if I could actually see inside the cheese wheel while the server was torching it and to be honest, I could barely taste the cheese on the pasta. My boyfriend and I would not come back here again. Its sad but we probably would have been happier at Applebees.
My husband and I dined here this evening and enjoyed everything from start to finish. We were undecided about a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon so the sommelier came over and we discussed each and decided upon one which was delicious. We started with a ceasar salad, hubby had the chicken parmesan and I had the fresh pappardelle which was so good. For dessert we were pleasantly surprised by a special not on the menu of tiramisu with a coffee gelato a great end to a fantastic meal.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars. We will definitely be back
So who shouldnt go to one10? One10 delivers on great food, great service and fabulous management. If you do not value ALL three of those parts of the dining experience then one10 is probably not for you. I DO value the dining experience and one10 delivers consistently. Our server last night was SAM. She was funny and engaging and always seemed to be there a step ahead of when any of my party of 10 needed something. Food all arrived as promised and at the same time. Dishes were prepared as requested and quality in every meal and in every course. All courses were spaced impeccably. Floor manager MJ was incredibly attentive with eyes like a hawk on the whole field. True pro. So again this is not an outback steakhouse (no offense to outback) but is a great place to celebrate life with a quality experience.
My family and I came in for the first time for my sons birthday dinner about a week ago. All of the staff was very polite, and their service was excellent, we got seated right away. I love the way the place is decorated so beautifully as well. Our server DJ was absolutely incredible and recommended the perfect wine to go along with our dinner. (I think itll be my new favorite, my husband and I basically drank it all to ourselves!) I was quite impressed with how much detail he entailed and remembered while listing off the specials. The young men who even filled our water and wrapped up our food were even delightful. I will be coming back again for sure!
This has become my favorite new dinner spot in Melville area. The restaurant is newer and has an inviting and modern decor. It has a Miami/ Mediterranean vibe to the place. The food and service are excellent, especially the chicken Parmesan pizza. The desserts are great as well.
Let me tell you I keep my reviews straight and solid and don’t mess with the truth . My wife and I went to this place and let me tell u the service and the food was AWFUL and a SHAME how they charge so much for food here . It was better to eat literally dog food than here . My dad who is an ex VP at the Hilton was not only disgusted at the service and the food he got but the steaks were WAY OVERPRICED and was totally heartbreaking that we even went there !Hands down all seriousness , PETER LUGER IN GREAT NECK IS HANDS DOWN AND ILL PAY MORE BUT SERVICE AND FOOD IS TOP QUALITY, BELIEVE ME .I’ll never ever go back to this joint and hope people read this and u will see what I’m talking about !
The place is beautiful and modern, but the food was just a little above average and overpriced (its served very nicely but the quality and taste is lacking a bit). The waiters are very nice and provide good service but are a bit too slow (we waited 10 minutes to get milk for our coffee). Overall, a very nice and fancy looking place, definitelly worth checking out, but i dont know if i would go there again.
Went with 7 people for a work dinner. Our waitress was great, appetizers were delicious, but super slow and the entrees were disappointing all around. I asked for my steak to be done medium plus, came out very rare. I sent it back to have it cooked a little longer, 10 minutes later it came out just as raw. The waitress said she would take it off the bill, but about a half an hour later asked if we just wanted to take it home instead of throwing it out. We said we would just take it home to the dog instead of wasting it. We got the bill and they never took it off because they packed it to go. So wrong! If I had to send it back twice and they couldn’t get it right it should get taken off the bill anyway. I literally didn’t eat one bite. This never would have happened at Prime. At Prime, my husband had a piece of ribeye, ate all the meat off it and the waiter saw that there was a ton of fat left so HE took it off the bill on his own because there wasn’t much meat. Our bill was almost $1,200.00 tonight, and not one of us walked out of there excited about anything but the appetizers. Never again.
Bus Boys clear your dishes and food without asking if youre done eating, and barely filled our water glasses. Charcuterie Grande platter was delicious as were the oysters. Chicken parm pizza was just that and average. Greek salad was not cohesive, no lettuce and barely dressed. My strip steak was overcooked, dry and over salted. Mushrooms and broccoli raab were also overcooked and rubbery. Dessert peanut butter chocolate mouse bar had no flavor nor did the Gelato. On a positive note, the restaurant itself is comfirtable, with high, open ceilings. Chairs seemed a little low but padding was adequate. My drink was delicious (off the LIE) and they have a nice wine list. For the cost and lack of delicious food, I will not return.
We have been to this establishment quite a few times, but I never reviewed it because I like to see consistency. It’s safe to say that this restaurant is consistently AMAZING!! There is a great variety of choices on the menu. Each meal has been better than the last. Their wine list is robust and able to meet the needs/likes of any wine connoisseur. Just when you think it can’t get any better, it does! We had the pleasure of being waited on by our server Ashley this last time. Her outgoing positive demeanor was refreshing! Her recommendations were on point after describing what we wanted in terms of food/drinks. Naturally we like to call the manager over to compliment the server when we get outstanding service. This time we were greeted by the manager MaryJo (sp?) and she was just as refreshing. We chatted for a bit and felt like we gained a “friend” by the end of the conversation. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough if you live in the area, visiting or simply driving through off the expressway. This is an upscale restaurant. It’s great for a date night, anniversary dinner, retirement get together or just a night out for dinner and drinks with friends/family. A must try, you will not be disappointed!
We dined here recently and we’re surprised at the shocking lack of Covid precautions from the valet to the hostess to everyone who entered the restaurant. While the service was very good the food was nothing special. The dishes were promising by description but disappointing in execution. The restaurant is too big to offer so many choices and execute well.
Mediocre, over priced, not worth it. I ordered the pasta special that was recommended by the waitress. I could safely say a lean cuisine frozen entree has more flavor than the spaghetti, 3 pieces of grilled chicken and 2 pounds of Parmesan cheese i got. My boyfriend got the steak. Over cooked, stiff and burned. I got home and was sick and nauseous. Bill was over $200 for 2 entrees and dessert.
My husband and I came to One10 to celebrate our anniversary, and it did not disappoint!! We had a fantastic waiter named DJ who sold us on the chicken parm pizza (to DIE for), the bone-in filet (and even recommended a bourbon to go with it that my husband raves about), and the specialty lobster pasta that they cooked INSIDE a cheese wheel AT the table. We had a truly wonderful time, and the service from beginning to end was impeccable. It can add up quick, but absolutely is a can’t miss for a special date night out!!
Decided to try this place for the first time after very much enjoying other Scotto Bros restaurants, namely Rare 650 and Blackstone. Both were a considerable amount better. I was wondering why on a Friday night is the restaurant not full. Why did it have so many empty tables at 7pm? We were told it was because of the holiday weekend. But I think its because the place is horrible. We started off with a Caesar Salad. We asked to have it split into 2 plates. That simple request was denied and we had to do it ourselves at the table. Never had any issues at other Scotto restaurants. Ive even had the server suggest that. Strike 1. Next onto our dinner. We ordered the Wagyu Tomahawk Steak special at $185. We ordered it medium and the waitress said she would bring over a hot block as my GF prefers hers medium well. The steak came out charred on the outside and rare in the middle. Strike 2. We asked where the hot plate was, the waitress stated she would just bring it back to the kitchen to cook my GFs portion a little more. Well it came back charred through. 3 pieces of charcoal is what was returned to us. Strike 3.(The side items, mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach and Mac n cheese were excellent). The waitress apologized and got the manager who compensated us for a destroyed $185 steak with a Filet Mignon and dessert. We agreed reluctantly. When the Filet came out, again, burnt outside, rare inside and smothered with mushrooms (which my GF is allergic to). Strike 4. The manager took that steak and came back with another that was finally cooked more to our liking. Next up came dessert. I ordered the chocolate Peanut butter bar, which was delicious. My GF ordered the flourless chocolate cake. We again asked for it to have no raspberry sauce due an allergy. So we get the cake and the plate has no raspberry sauce but the plate is covered with raspberries and blueberries. Strike 5. So we tell the waitress this is no good as we told her there was an allergy. She shakes her head and again takes away the dish and finally returns with the proper cake with no berries. So while I think the manager did try to compensate us for the ruined evening, I think the entire Waygu Steak should have been replaced with the same and not an inferior piece of steak. But since we agreed, I cant really blame him. But after spending $265 (roughly) for dinner, steak $185, 3 sides at $15 each, a drink $3 and tax, I can say this Restaurant will not be in our rotation of places to return to. Now I think I know why this place was not full to capacity and why Rare 650 and Blackstone had no availability during this same time period. This meal did not live up to what we expected based on past experiences of Scotto Brothers Restaurants. A name we have long considered as the premier in local steakhouses.
Great service, excellent food and drinks. Not a place that I would go to every week as it is pricey but worth it for a special date nightUpdate April 2022 went for happy hour at the bar area, bartender excellent, ordered the giant meatball, it was not cooked all the way and was not good at all. Decided not to send it back but was a waste of $18
First time dining there tonight and I couldnt be happier! We went for my moms birthday and from beginning to end absolutely everything was picture perfect! The food, drinks and atmosphere were fantastic but honestly it wouldnt have been the same without our server Ashley. She was the most genuine, kind and fun person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She knew the menu inside and out and everything she recommended was incredible. Never ever felt rushed. She wasnt just an awesome server, she was an awesome person. It was probably one of the best nights my family and I have ever had!Tomahawk steak for the win!!!
I typically don’t spend time writing reviews but i was so disappointed with my experience here. Everything was great in the beginning - atmosphere was great, tables were full and service was prompt. First we ordered some drinks, shortly after we gave our appetizer and entree order. At first we didn’t notice because we were busy chatting but once our appetizers finally came out, we realized that they took awhile. We kept chatting and sat around with our empty dishes for over 30 minutes. Finally someone came to clear them and we were anticipating our food to be coming on the cart, but no - they just took away the empty appetizer plates. Once we realized it was 10pm (reservations at 830pm) and we still hadn’t gotten our entrees we were starting to get a little upset, as no one came to the table during this time.. when our food was finally brought out, we asked if the kitchen was backed up or why it took so long. The person who brought our food said that he wasn’t sure and he is just told what food to bring to what table. He must have told management we were upset because one of the managers came over. She apologized and said there was an incident in the kitchen so maybe that’s what happened but she would look at our ticket to find out why we waited over an hour for our food. She never came back over, the waiter never addressed any of the issues with our food coming out late or hardly even came over. I understand things happen, but it would have been nice to have the communication from the server and also a follow up from the manger, as she said.. the resolution was a 5% “guest dissatisfaction discount” which no one even told us that it was being put on the bill. Just very poor service and communication for such an upscale place.
From when I entered this restaurant my experience was beyond incredible! We had an amazing Waitress and she provided a reliable speed and they had an enormous selection of drinks. The food there is off the hook! I am not even kidding some of the best steaks that exist and every bite that I took was world class. This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been too and i will definitely be coming back again. The price was well worth it and it was an experience like no other. Just be careful on what you order tho because they can get a bit pricy if you order certain foods or drinks. Definitely recommend coming here.
Benjamin was a great help, giving full details on each item we asked about starting from where the wine grapes came from and how aged they were all the way to giving details about their black truffle(YOU MUST HAVE WITH YOUR PASTA. ESPECIALLY LOBSTER PASTA). 10/10 service, 10/10 food taste and quality. I am a returning customer and will be coming again and again.
My friend and I came in on Saturday night and were more than impressed! The ambiance of the restaurant is outstanding and I loved how they keep everybody spaced apart appropriately, even on a busy night. They really make sure to keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable. Our waiter DJ was super friendly and helpful, he knew the menu inside out and suggested the perfect meals and drinks for both of us! This place truly does customer service right and I will be coming back very soon!!
Poor experience. The ambiance is amazing and a lot of effort went into the decor. Even with our good service, the food was ehhh. Gave it a second try thinking we ordered the wrong thing and STILL was below average. When your spending hard working money (and a lot of it) at what seems like an above average place on the outside- you get super disappointed. As they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. I will not be back.
This place should be ashamed of themselves, charging 70 bucks for a ribeye and cannot even cook it to medium rare temp. I got a raw steak still cold in the middle, they offered to make me a new one so I went along with it. When I got the new steak it was still raw but at least was warm in the middle so I ate it, the manager looked at it and said he was embarrassed, so he comped me for the steak which was nice. The disappointing piece is that Ive been to places like J and R steak house that charge half the price for a bigger cut of the same meat and its cooked perfectly how I ask for it. You can comp me all u want, but what I was looking for was a great steak after a long hard week of work and all I got was more aggrevation.
Nice upscale restaurant with a decent liquor selection. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The food is hit or miss, even though it is on the expensive side. I ordered a ribeye for nearly $70 and no where near worth it. Had other things off the menu, some good, some not so good. Great place to grab a drink and socialize on a date night.
Lovely dining experience! My wife and I enjoyed everything about this place. Service was impeccable. The food drinks, appetizers, main course, even the the waitress was nothing short than amazing . Great place to impress on a first date , My situation was just a much needed date night with my wife, and she was sooo happy and impressed at my choice of restaurant
The food was definitely good. It was my first time going and I was very excited. But one of hostesses was very rude and slowly changed my mood. I don’t see myself coming back again sadly. We showed up at 4:00 when they opened, we had a reservation. There was a line to wait to get in which took about 15 minutes. Finally we are taken to our table but then we’re told we need to go back and wait for them to set the table. Since the table wasn’t ready we asked if we could sit at the table where it was more lit. The hostess was visibly annoyed by our request and we waited another 15 minutes for the table to be set. I honestly wanted to leave but we were with a group of people so we stuck it out. The upside of our visit was that Our waitress was very nice.
Took my best friend to this newly opened Steakhouse for a birthday surprise dinner. Driving in we were met with Valet parking and walked into a beautiful venue with huge open glass windows that gave the venue a inside/outside flair. Of course the tables were socially distant and There were plenty of wait staff appropriately attired with masks and gloves. My Initial impression left my mouth watering for the food. My guest who is a Steak lover ordered the skirt steak and gave it 5 stars. I had the special which was lobster/shrimp with fettuccine prepared by the table. My disappointment was the amount (or lack thereof) of seafood. There were 2 small pieces of lobster claws and 2 huge prawns cut up, however, I had enough Pasta for another meal. The manager did come over to introduce himself and welcomed us to come back. I advised the waiter it was my friends birthday and they gave us what appeared to be a Dunkin Donut to go... (not a good send off with a classy restaurant) however my overall experience was positive and I will make a future visit.
Nice ambience - but thats where it stops. Had the black spaghetti with scallops and shrimp and it was tasteless. The scallops were overcooked the bread put on the table seemed like reheated bread from the day before. Service was nothing special - overall not good value and somewhat overpriced.
Food was nothing spectacular for the price. Felt robbed for the tomahawk steak special for 4 we each had maybe 2-3 slices it cost 90 per person!! Should have asked the price first since not listed on specials. Lesson learned. And it was not wonderful as it should be for that price.$360! Very salty!! Thats all you tasted the salt that was added tableside. Fried calamari was also tough and salty. Sides were very good. Potatoes and mac and cheese.
It is the newest addition of Long Island. Many non veg choices, wish they can introduce few more veg choices. Food is delicious and our waitress Sumanta was excellent and welcomed us like family member.. Place is huge and top of it they have built a tent which feels like part of the restaurant. Deserts are great, wine collection is amazing, they offer scotch tasting dinners too. I have a feeling it will be popular for parties too.
A wonderful meal in a covid friendly environment. We sat at the bar for several hours since it was quiet and the service and meal were both on point. We ate slowly and the knowledgeable bartender paired cocktails and wines with each course. It was an experience and meal that will be hard to forget. The tomahawk steak on the sizzling plate finished table side was amazing.
I’ve been here twice and it’s been consistently delicious. The menu has unique options like zucchini rollatini. Which was delish. The baked clams was right on point. Vast wine selection and a great team to serve you. Get dressed and get out for an nice dinner or drink! Definitely worth every penny! No disappointment here.
Lets talk disappointed. Its been a really tough year, right? So when my son and his wife-to-be celebrated their one year engagement (getting married during Covid is no easy feat as you may know or can imagine), I thought Id surprise them by buying the bottle of wine they ordered or their drinks. I called and spoke with the hostess who seemed to understand what I was trying to do. She took my credit card info and I thought we were all set. I told her to call if there was any question and gave her my number. Nothing happened. They didnt order wine but had drinks instead. The waitress didnt tell the hostess that wine had not been ordered and didnt use my card to pay for their drinks. So the only surprise was mine. BIG sigh.
Biggest waste of money I’ve ever seen. No self respecting Italian would appreciate this place. Food is way over priced for the quality. Service takes forever. They are trying to cultivate a reputation by being “expensive” without delivery the quality that expense warrants. Save your time and money and go to Applebee’s.
Had dare night with my wife so we had a gift card and gave this place a try. Our waitress Ashley was excellent. She knew the menu inside and out. I studied the menu prior to going but the specials she described sounded amazing such as Turbo fish and Veal chop. I started with the chicken cutlet pizza. I could cut it with a fork, so tender and delicious. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass and I must say it was one of the best shes ever eaten. We drank a signature cocktail called Isnt she lovely which was lovely. I cant wait to get back and try other selections. Great place.
This restaurant looks great and is very fancy inside, however, my dinner left a lot to be desired. I ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce and I received a chunky tomato sauce that was also watery at the bottom of the dish. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. Drinks, and dessert were great and service was good but still definitely learning how to operate this new establishment.
Another great dinner! Took my parents for the first time. Sam C. our server was so attentive. The new fall menu items were delicious. The baked clam appetizer and the pumpkin mousse dessert are a must! Brunos drinks are always on point. Thanks again for a fantastic time. We will be back soon!
Instagram: @andiamoadventureWe loved everything about this place :)! We got the “That’s Amore” drink and it was delicious! Our waiter was super kind and sweet. I have allergies and she accommodated me with everything. We also loved all our appetizers (favorite being the calamari..yum)! For dinner, I got the Chilean Sea Bass and it was heavenly. The space was gorgeous and the music was great. We will definitely be going back. Oh, and it was very COVID safe! They take your temperature walking in and have sanitizer available as well!
Went here for a business dinner, first thing you notice is how big and beautiful this place is, nice open floor plan, had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection, the baked clams were amazing and oysters were delicious as well, the cheesecake was so great. Great service too, they were really on top of everything. I would honestly give this place more stars if I could.
AMAZING!! I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter in October and I was thrilled with every aspect of the day! First, Ill start with the staff...Christine, the manager, was incredible from the first day I met with her. She made me feel so comfortable that I booked the party right on the spot - no need to go anywhere else! She was a pleasure to communicate with - always very quick to respond and was willing to work with me with any of my concerns. Now to the day of the party...Christine and her staff (Ashley was also amazing) had complete control of the day giving full attention to every detail of the party from setting up all my decor the morning of to having her staff help carry out all the gifts to the cars. The food was delicious, the drinks always flowing, the service was impeccable and the place is absolutely beautiful! I cant think of one thing that I would have changed! Most of all - my daughter said it was MAGICAL and that says it all!! Thank you!! - Lisa Robiglio
When you have reservations at 5:30 and at 5:50 NO one has come to your table yet 4 other parties (All Caucasians)are seated, greeted and given menus and water, what does that say at your establishment One10 Restaurant ??? My money doesnt spend like everyone else?? You will not ruin my Anniversary/Birthday dinner thats for sure!!
So disgusted with this place... i would leave 0 stars if that was an option... we received drinks with no carbonization not once but TWICE! For dinner i ordered their version of a skirt steak.. This was by far the WORST skirt steak i have ever tasted in my entire life. It was as dry as can be and totally char broiled on top. i felt like i was eating charcoal. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
Great dining experience. Make sure you ask for Nick. He was training someone today but still made my night. I ordered all specials as Nick made them sound amazing and they definitely were amazing. As someone in the industry, service is just as important as food. If Im spending money, I want to be treated special and Nick did just that. I will be returning because of the relationship we formed tonight, so thank you Nick!!! His family is from Amalfi too so we chatted about that for a bit too. Really awesome server and helped my night. A+++
Joined some friends for a great meal last night. First impressions with the valet and hostess weren’t great. Not terrible, just not friendly or hospitable at all really, but as soon as we were seated that changed. Ben was excellent and our food was awesome. One thing that really stood out was how good the staff was about wearing their masks. We aren’t crazy mask people and honestly don’t mind when we’ve been in other restaurants and staff have their masks pulled down, but just in case it makes other people feel better there was virtually none of that going on at One10.
Service was so bad..was there for a baptism..ordered a drink and waited almost one hour ..had to ask the waitress 3 times...the pork chop was so hard I couldnt even cut it..no coffee and everyone was leaving before the dessert was served. Other tables did not even get the aperizer..and some table didnt even get there dessert..no I would never go there again . And not even recommend them.
One of the worst experiences had in one of the Scotto restaurants. We came here for a birthday and the service was horrible at best! Our reservation was for 7pm giving us 3 hours to eat and do the birthday cake stuff at the end! Let me start with the appetizers. Burrata was good and the meatball was great. But it took them over one hour to bring the food to our table! We complained and told them we are celebrating a birthday so we want to make sure we have time for the cake at the end. The manager Juliet assured us we will. After we ate appetizers now came the wait for the food another 40 minutes and now we are at 9:30. We ate then waitress came over and ask if we wanted the cake cut we say yes and instead she brings it back out to us back in the box! The manager Francesco then tells us we have to leave it’s too late for the cake in the most disrespectful tone.. so we complained and he became irate and called us trash!!! Juliet was also next to him just yelling. So easy to diffuse the situation but these two managers decided this way was best. Francesco was yelling at his whole staff with customers still in the restaurant!!! And those customers were also arguing with the staff! And the managers had the whole kitchen staff out like a gang surrounding us. The ladies we scared because it looked like they wanted to fight. One waiter a black gentleman was running around saying he is going to take care of us and pointing for us to go outside to fight!! The chef also came out to tell and crushed and destroyed a cake we paid a lot of money for!!! So many ways the managers could have handled this situation without arguing at all!! Just a terrible and scary experience.. go on Yelp and open table and you will be able to read similar situations occurring at this place.. last night we were one of a few problems at the place!!! We are forwarding videos to corporate as soon as possible to ensure anyone else going here will enjoy and be safe when dining!Shame on you Juliet and Francesco and also you the chef!!!
Bar service/cocktails are great! Dinner, however, wasnt cooked as requested and despite having to watch us eat while one of our party had to wait for hers - very little was done to make it right and then we were sent home with the wrong leftovers. Disappointed. Sad when you pay for high end service and it disappoints. Not rushing back despite the beautiful environment.
Very slow service. Our reservation was for 7pm. We arrived at 7pm and was told our table wasn’t ready and to sit by the bar. Finally at 7:30 we got to our table. We waited over an hour for appetizers, they rushed our entrees. We ordered a Tomahawk Streak medium, they rushed so much the Tomahawk was still rare and bloody. At 9:50 they took our desert order, came back 10 minutes later with the bill and told us to leave (with no dessert) . There were 7 other tables that were also disgusted, Everyone complained. They are not following COVID restrictions, they are over crowded, staff doesn’t where mask. Not safe here at all. Very disappointed I would of never expected this from the Scottos restaurant group.
I had an event to set up for a graduation. The event was from 6 to 9, however when I went back to pick up the backdrop. The graduation was still going on, my client explained to me that the restaurant was running behind and she hadn’t cut the cake. She asked the manager there with blonde hair if it was ok to come back the next day. She was very polite and allowed us to go back the next day. We went back the next day, the door on the side was open where we went through the first day to set up. As I’m taking down the backdrop I went through the same door. As I return to pick up the rest of the things there was a waiter going to sit down a family by the door. As this is happening the lady goes what kind of restaurant is this that you’re going to sit me down at a table with a dirty tablecloth. So they sat down By the wall as they were waiting to have the tablecloth changed. I did not think anything of it and use the same door to continue taking my things out. A heavyset bald guy with glasses then came to me and my partner with a very rude attitude telling us not to use that door to use another one. Because there was going to be people sitting, I grabbed my bag with balloons, as I’m walking to the other door I explain to him that there was no need to be rude. He then calls my partner and I jerk off‘s. Meanwhile he’s saying this as the familY is sitting behind him. I’ve never went to a venue that I have set up where the employees are rude. Since me and my partner are “jerk off’s” we will definitely not be recommending any of my clients to this restaurant.
I am so disappointed with this restaurant, there are no words. It’s my husbands milestone bday and I ordered delivery (due to pandemic) at 2:00 today for 6:30 this evening. When a portion of the order didn’t arrive I called the restaurant and the manager advised that they are too busy to accommodate me and they will refund the portion of the missing food. He seemed borderline shocked that I would expect them to deliver the remainder of the order. He then further explained that they don’t even do delivery - which I found particularly curious bc I ordered directly through their website. The customer service and poor attitude I experienced is astounding.
The place is new and is beautiful and the food was very good. That said the service was less than desirable, the waiter was good but he was trying to serve too many tables and the food took way too long to get to the table. There was food runners but they needed training. They dropped dinner onto the table without bringing steak knives and when desert finally came out the runner dropped it without plates or forks. When the coffee finally came out desert was almost done. All said I think that management needs to step in and train the team, they also have to rethink how many tables one waiter can serve. Yes,I would try this place again since the food was very good and again the place was beautiful.
Attended the soiree. Food was great, staff were friendly, bourbon was even better. Gerardo was the best bartender Ive had. He was social, friendly, even performed flair. Never met anyone so committed to the craft. Ticket price was a little steep. Still well worth it.
Dined here with wifey on a Saturday night. They have lots of outdoor seating. We sat in a large tent in their parking lot. The had paper menus and plastic cups. Good selection of wines by the glass. The avocado hummus appetizer was great. The lobster salad was terrific. Service was attentive and all Covid precautions were in place. This will be our go-to place this summer.
This place was decent it had a nice atmosphere and mood but all the food needed more salt. Even my truffle pasta with cheese sauce needed salt. My mothers caci pepe and was missing the caci we had given them two chances and they both didn’t deliver. Also my 8 year old brothers pasta was undercooked the first time but they then fixed it. Me and my family probably won’t be returning.
I’ve dined here many times and always loved our food …..But last night 5 of us dined here … I’ll start off by saying we were seated at a round table in the corner it was freezing ….. we complained to the male manager he lowered the ac … we ordered several appetizers… the big meatball was cold … the calamari had more breaded zucchini then calamari…we ordered 3 chicken parm … not of us liked it and we always order it …. my son had linguine with white clam sauce it was very dry we sent it back … also we ordered the black spaghetti also was very dry … sent that back … we did get both remade and ended up taking them to go since everyone was finished eating … sorry to say we won’t return … if it was a off night in the kitchen… it costed $300 … not willing to take a chance on them again
The food here is absolute disgusting and extremely over priced for the garbage you’re getting. There’s no flavor in the food and you can tell it’s not fresh or made with quality ingredients. You’re honestly better going to Cheesecake Factory or Olive Garden for dinner. I guess the main thing you’re paying for here is the ambience but in my opinion not worth going to again if you actually want to eat.
Attended a recent special event. Gorgeous restaurant, great food, good service. The bartender Bruno even hand delivered drinks to the dance floor. The staff escorted guests to the restrooms. Bathroom attendant was friendly and attentive. Cant wait for the official open. 😉
Overpriced and unimpressive. Ordered the family meal takeout during quarantine. The skirt steak was overcooked and bland, the rigatoni a la vodka was dry, the sauce was just chunk tomato and not at all creamy like a good vodka sauce should be, the chicken in the vodka sauce was overlooked and tasted burned. The mashed potatoes were average. This all for the bargain price of $180. Definitely will not be ordering again.
Local restaurant on Route 110. Ok... Server was very sweet. Food, ok. But the best part was when the wine menu was removed from the table and we just asked for a bottle of cab.The sommelier brought a bottle. All that was said was it was from Napa... Cut to the chase, they soaked us for over $160 for wine!?!?! Who does this?? 2 Couples, women had salads for main course. Men had steak which was not that great. We just expected more for a $500 dinner......
As a Scotto fan, my husband and I were disappointed at our experience last night at One10. My husband reserved dinner for 7, to include my family for my pre-birthday dinner at One10 as I had told him how excited I was to try this new place out. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, humongous, and definitely has that “Scotto-feel”. First, as we walked in no one had offered any of us coat-check. I was not sure until I asked at the table if they even had one. Secondly, our server set the tone for the evening by not taking our orders or our requests until he finished drink orders which was brought over one drink at a time over the course of 20 minutes. He reminded us several times “you are having a DINE IN experience not a DINE OUT experience” and that he’d like to “slowly pace our orders”. Not quite sure why, as that was slowly ruining our experience. Next, he did not take our orders until nearly an hour later. We were served the bread with our appetizers, not as we sat down. My husband also did not have any place settings, and we were not offered a kids menu for our 15 month old daughter. He stated it’s the “basic stuff.. chicken nuggets, pasta”. Finally as our food came out, my father and I were very disappointed with our order. We ordered the 1/2 lemon chicken which we could not tell if it were under-cooked or over-cooked since it was rubbery. I ended up not eating more than maybe 5 bites. It tasted like most of our food was rushed. My mother and brother-in-law ordered the rigatoni dish with pesto which really had no flavor. Again, giving the feeling that the sauce was rushed. And lastly, we simply requested to split the bill into 3, and our server splits it by our orders. I told my husband this is the worst experience I’ve had perhaps at a restaurant, although I was extremely appreciative of him setting this up for my birthday. Having had my wedding at a Scotto establishment, and a few events at Insignia and Blackstone, we were just shocked at the food and service and hope these few kinks will be ironed out in the future. Otherwise, we are unsure of returning to One10 again in the future. Also, please a baby changing station in the women’s bathroom would be helpful! I was told by the hostess I was the 4th person who had requested that that day..
Just returned from lunch.Beautiful place.Sat at the M bar.The bartender was super nice.Forgot his name, from Portugal, real helpful.Great menu.Had the meatball app, simular to Trentos meatball but tastier.Wine pours could be a bit more generous for the price you pay.Much success.
Went there last night and the food was undercooked and absolutely horrible. Between that and the horrible service, dont recommend going here if you want your food cooked to your specified order unless your fine with them messing up your meal or getting sick. And it took them over an hour for them just to take dinner orders.10/10 would recommend you stay away from this dump. Also, hours after I left people were commenting on how I smelled like fast food from their french fries 🤮
I started training with the Scotto group late December. Upon opening they’re newest restaurant, One10. Obtained all the knowledge and loved coming to work, happy every day scheduled. After working in the restaurant for about a month after they opened, My higher ups smiled and greeted me daily as if nothing was wrong. After a long busy Saturday night, closing shift. I was informed that I didn’t “fit” what they were looking for. As a classy, independent woman of color, I was very offended. I believed I delivered great work ethic and diversity to the host staff. I have never done anything That has jeopardized my job.Nor have I been given a warning, of any wrongdoing on my behalf.During training the managerspreached persistently about equality. Treating one another as though we were one huge family. Unfortunately, as time progressed i’ve come to realize it was just a management prep talk.If you take a closed minded look around the restaurant, you will notice there are literally two (2) persons of color within a staff group of about 350 persons. No one person should be singled out or feel as though they don’t belong, in a work environment, due to race, color, gender, religion, sex or if you just didn’t “fit” what they were looking for. With this being said I would not recommend working in the Scotto restaurants. If you’re looking for equality, this is NOT the place for you.
Just when I thought One North was my favorite restaurant along comes the new One10. This 14,000 square foot restaurant has it all. From the decor, to the service, to the food, everything is just top notch. If you are in the mood for pasta I highly recommend the Gigli which is wagyu short rib, Vidalia onions, mushrooms, cave aged castelmagno cheese & Italian black truffle butter. There is nothing like it! I also highly recommend the Lemon Roast Chicken! I hope you enjoy this restaurant as much as I did! You will not be disappointed!
Ive watched this monstrosity being built for the past year or so, and couldn’t wait to try it. Sad to report that it’s just another overpriced and overrated restaurant! Terrible food, and terrible experience! Not to mention the narcissistic tendencies of whoever said they were an owner. So many better restaurants to try!
The food was horrible the manager was so rude I told him the Steak Was It was meant to be that way It was burnt to crisp Horrible place to go I do not recommend The manager Should be more polite to Hes customers they put us in the corner with 2 babys in the cold 🥶 very rude
Stopped in around 9pm ordered a drink and was told the kitchen was closed and last call was A half hour away, all this during the championship Islander game.No bartender wanted to make eye contact after watching the manager and several bartenders fuss over the cash register I knew it was time to leave and watch the end of the championship game somewhere more else.
110 restaurant the management doesn’t Implement coronavirus 19 safety rule allows people to be on top of each other at the bar with no mask And staff oblivious to what should be done management took no control in implementing safety very disappointed most likely would never return doing Covid pandemic Not good for indoor dining

2022-05-02The ambiance was perfect for a date night or special occasion. The food was delicious. From the salad to the sides to the star of the show the lobster pasta prepared in a cheese wheel. The steak was also very good and the cocktails were just right. Not too strong, not too weak. I 100% will be returning. And I highly recommend.

2021-08-09I had high hopes when visiting this restaurant but the overall experience is only average at best. The information on Google maps about “mask required and staff wear masks” is inaccurate as no one wears mask there. We chose to self park and were asked by the valet to park at the furthest corner of the lot while it was raining. The valet even stopped us in the back lot and asked us to move the parked car because it was not far enough. The parking lot was not even half full. My wife said she wanted to cancel the reservation at that point already. But it was our anniversary dinner, so we chose to look past it.Unfortunately that set the tone for the rest of the dining experience. We were seated promptly but our waitress were either too busy or focused her attention on bigger table. Our interactions were brief and I felt pressured to order more even though everyone ordered at least 1 entree. Water was never refilled. The sea bass was bland and the portion small. The black spaghetti can use more seasoning as well. The restaurant looks very impressive and the decor exudes elegance and class. However, the rest of the dining experience have plenty of room for improvement.

2022-01-01Use their private room once for a business presentation. This time I was there for a private dinner. Both worked out perfectly. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. Cant wait for another reason to visit.

2021-10-29They set the standards of a perfectly cooked steak. The steaks here have out done insignia by leaps and bounds. I’ve been to both multiple times, and I can say that One10 is consistent. We got the crab claws and wedge salad, wagyu - the special Australian wagyu and the wagyu ribeye, Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts. They surprised my friend with donuts for her birthday. It really was a good dinner

2022-02-06One 10 is an incredible restaurant for any occasion. I recently went for a date night and since then have been back to take customers and family. New and exciting dishes every time we come. Not a single thing to complain about. Our waitress Julia S was extremely attentive, personable, knowledgeable about the menu and has made our experiences there that much better. highly recommend

2022-06-12Ambience is great place is really nice inside, that’s it. Service was awful, waters never got refilled, waited 40 minutes between each meal at 9pm at night. Portions are small for the price. This place is aesthetic > everything else. If you want actual good food go somewhere else.
