Optima is outstanding. I reached out to multiple organizations to help in pulling an oil tank. They responded quickly, came on site, provided a quote unbelievably fast. The cost was good and they did all the work that I needed. From me reaching out till project done, was less than a week.Optima Environmental Services is the best!
A very professional Company, from the sale through the installation. I would highly recommend Optima, for any Oil Tank replacement. The Town Building Inspector said Really Nice Job.
Had a appointment Jan 25 with Shelly she called me before appointment said she got me mixed up with someone else and canceled she said make another appointment for Jan 26 12pm never showed didn’t call nothing I took my day to be there I don’t like give bad reviews this company deserves 0 stars unprofessional company it is in your best interest to stay clear from this company

2022-02-03When I needed an underground heating oil tank removed at my home I was referred by a friend to call Optima Environmental. Wow, my experience with Optima was so good - from the original visit to my home, to the completion of the project! Not only did they remove my old oil tank from the ground in such a precision manner (it was not in an easily-accessible location), but they did such an incredible job supplying and installing my new oil tank. I had some other local companies trying to pressure me into buying from them, but several friends told me to use Optima, saying to me, you wont be sorry! Regarding projects where competence is the most important thing, my experience has shown me never to shop price, but experienced professionalism...you truly get what you pay for. I strongly recommend this company!Update: I was so pleased with this company, I had to inquire if they were hiring. I have since joined them and they are by far the best company Ive ever worked for. What a great family-run business!

2022-02-09I was faced with hiring a company to get rid of an oil tank on my property I heard some good things about Shelley and optima, so I decided to hire them. I had 2 issues, time and money Shelley dealt with the town, filing the paperwork and in a few days the work started. I had an unexpected tank full of water and even then, more equipment was brought up and I was charged fairly. It was done timely, professionally and almost spotlessly. Shelley and her team are the best. I highly recommend them

2022-02-03Right from the start the office staff were amazing. Removing an underground tank is shake ground for homeowners going thru the process for the first time. Shelly was wonderful at answering our questions and making us feel comfortable. She took over obtaining permit and following through with C.O. the entire staff worked with us on a proper location for the new tank. They answered any questions you had and explained what they were going to do step by step. The staff at Optima Environmental were always considerate of the homeowner. Thank you for getting us through an uncertain process with ease!

2022-06-01Called to have a new oil tank installed and have old tank removed from the ground. Shelley & all company members involved were very helpful in getting the project done. Very pleasant to talk to, cost efficient, Code paperwork done and everything went smooth and done in 1 day. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needed work done.

2021-11-30We hired Optima at a Government base toRemove & Dispose of Two Underground Storage Tanks and Dispose of the fuel.I was impressed by their professionalism and how quickly they got the job done.In the future if my company gets awarded another contract similar to this project I would hire them again.

2022-04-20Optima more than exceeded our expectations. The first time I called for an estimate Shelley was at our home within hours. She is a great communicator and very responsive. The two gentleman who came to remove the oil tank were very professional and kind. They even went above and beyond and raked away the mulch before digging. From start to finish they were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

2022-02-09I hired this company in August of 2021 to remove an underground tank. They showed up on time the machine operator was phenomenal. Shelley and the team were friendly and professional, they answered any questions and helped out with dealing with the town building department.

2019-11-19Absolutely phenomenal! Optima was exceptionally fast and professional, we could not have hired a better company!On the initial call, they came out immediately (that very day!) and gave us the game plan of what had to be done and how they would accomplish retiring my underground oil tank. Shelly gave us a reasonable price and included testing the soil on site. When the day came to decommission the tank, Mike & Jim came bright and early with positive attitudes! I can not speak highly enough of these two! Their professionalism, kindness and thoroughness made this experience easy, and I will always be grateful!100% would recommend Optima and would call again!

2020-06-19Optima was hired to take care of some cleanup in my home. I was fortunate to have Michael & Kevin as the professionals that showed up. You can tell how good a crew is by listening to their banter; these guys really cared, did great work, took all the extra steps to make sure everything was perfect...but also told things like they were.... Both Michael & Kevin renewed my belief that you can let professionals into your home...and theyll take care of it and you in the same manner as they would their own. I only wish I could have bought these guys a few rounds. If you have issues that need tending to...ask for Michael & Kevin, theyre really good guys...
