Had a wonderful experience today at Opulence. We had 5 of us and they fit us in to celebrate my nieces birthday. The place is so cozy and warm. The staff was professional and made you feel welcome. They even gave us cupcakes for her birthday. The salt cave was very relaxing and the services were wonderful. Thank you for making her day special and giving all of us a great experience

I love this place, so clean and has multiple services to choose from. I had a scrub done recently and it was amazing! Left me feeling very smooth and relaxed.
Opulence Wellness Spa is a relaxing escape! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. The aestheticians, especially Veronica, are skilled and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I enjoy going to Opulence as my mini vacation!! Thank you!!!!
Best experience ever. Veronica is just amazing. Danny best facial ever and I have been having facials for over 20 years. wonderful spa and will a frequent clinet.
I had the seaweed wrap. Kandice was great and explained everything. I would only say 20mins in the zip up should be 10 mins longer or something. I also had the 20mins steam mist afterwards. I will definitely be going back for the seaweed wrap.
I swear by Andrew. He is the best massage therapist, I have EVER been to. Highly recommend his services!

2022-03-30I highly recommend this spa. My experience was awesome from start to finish. The owner and therapists are friendly and accommodating.I had a halo massage in the salt cave and my body is so relaxed and my sinuses are cleared. I also had a facial with Danny and my skin is glowing. I will definitely be back.

2022-02-18I went here for the first time to try somewhere new and I will never go to another spa again!!!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, there salt cave is AMAZING! the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I got a massage and facial and I don’t have a single complaint. I will definitely be going back! 🤩

2022-06-23The Long Island location has such a welcoming, calming atmosphere. Massage/Facials are done with quality and excellence. Salt cave was such an Amazing experience. If you want sheer pampering time, this is definitely the place.

2022-03-30I have posted this and clearly it was taken down because this is the second time. Extremely unprofessional and crooks! They charged me for a service I never received.. held my credit card, charged me IN FULL and even though I have proven I was at the bedside of a dying relative at the time they state I was in their facility, they refuse to reverse the charges. Ed, the owner, is a liar who posed as an employee when I called to discuss this and ensured me I would get help from management and yet he IS the management. I am appalled at the greed and disrespect they have shown me and will repost this every time they choose to have it taken down.

2021-09-03Opulence Wellness Spa is a beautiful gem in the heart of Babylon NY. I booked a Halo massage in their Salt cave for my first visit ( definitely wont be my last). I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were friendly and welcoming. My masseuse was Andrew and his magical hands erased the pains in my joints and relaxed me like melted butter. The entire atmosphere was clean and soothing to the senses. I did not want to leave!!..But I shall return again!

2021-11-26I would highly recommend this place. My experience was beyond my expectations. The staff was professional and all the services were top notch. Place was very clean and inviting. To start describing about the multiple services that I did that day would take too long. All I can say is everything was perfect and I will be back quite often.

2021-09-17I got the chamomile bath and mud wrap for the first time.I went into the bath thinking everything would be fine. I assumed that she checked the temperature of the water to ensure that it was fine to bath in because that is usually done in the spas. But, the lady didnt check the temperature of the water. When I went it IT WAS BOILING HOT TEMPERATURE LIKE TEA! I got burned and red on hands and feet and legs because of that.Then, the lady blamed my skin saying it is because my skin is red because it is sensitive.Even the bed for the wrap was way too hot. She at least put the temperature of the bed down.Otherwise, everything else was Unprofessional!But, for these reasons, I will not highly recommend this place. I do love that they have tons of services, but I did not like how I was treated and how unprofessional my esthetician was with not checking the temperature of the water and with handling my situation.
