Usually it is clean, most products are usually in, but this last time the back part of the store smelled of rotten meat. I could not buy any!!!
That must be spectrum, too expensive for cable and internet, plus the staff,too busy talking then waiting on customers, machine to pay bill forget it, twice I was there and both times it didnt work, maybe if they would fix it, they would have more time to talk to each other
Burlington!! Parking lot can get a little nuts coming and going with the stop sign and light but Id jump off a bridge if burlington was at the bottom 🤷♀️ kohls is a perk as well as taco bell if you wanna grab food quickly right before hopping onto 84Lots of stores in the back too behind walmart/kohls, dont forget!! Michaels, Joann fabrics, party city, etc.
The stores and restaurants here are names easily recognizable throughout America. The business hours are unusually short I dont know if its due to the pandemic or an after affect of it but most of the stores in orange plaza close before 8pm. Theyre are a lot of other stores nearby like home Depot and across the parking lot from a few chain restaurants and a larger strip mall adjacent from Orange plaza. Good place to shop multiple store fronts and get a bite to eat.
Not bad a small section of shop but you can get what your looking for.
Went to Fortune Chinese restaurant. Delicious well prepared food. Love their sushi and delicious food selection. Would go here often.

Its a typical shopping plaza. The parking lot is usually full of drivers that dont understand who has the right of way so be careful. It gets very busy on Saturdays. I love the lights at night.
This plaza has a great selection of stores and restaurants. WalMart, Kohls, Burlington, Old Navy, TD Bank, Starbucks, and Taco Bell!Parking can be a problem in some parts of the plaza. This leads to other drivers going too fast/not looking when trying to find a spot.
Shopping at kohls and other stores. This place has lost its appeal. Must be because of COVID that people e are starting away.

Honestly horrible Home Depot. The customer service person in the electrical department was rude as can be and when I confronted him about his attitude he tried saying that he wasnt being rude. He is the sole reason that I will never shop at this store again.

Lacking mall directories that are easy to use. Floor staff doesnt understand questions asked of them. Language challenged. The Mall is filled with some fine stores, finding them is the issues especially if handi-capped walking.

Everything I needed with plenty of different shops
The place has lots of stores like WalMart, Red Lobster, Chipotle, Famous Footwear, Staples, Joyce Leslie, Ruby Tuesdays, Marshalls, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Verizon, Home Depot, etc etc...But it is always crowded. Cant find a parking spot half the time at Walmart. Ive had to park over at Taco Bell several times. The Starbucks is CRAZY busy all the time! Doesnt anyone know there is a new Starbucks down 211 by Buffalo Wild Wings?
Great plaza with lots of stores to shop at!
If you can put up with the traffic and people running yellow lights and cutting you off, there are some really good stores between here and the other section with TJ Maxx and Harbor Freight. Just have to deal with self entitled jerks, but thats anywhere really.
Not a bad place to shop if your in a rush or need to find an item ! But thier a many different stores in this plaza 😜

Bright, very clean and inviting. Every store I went in, the staff was great and welcoming. If I could not find it, they go online and find the nearest store that does have it and will tell you where it is.
Tasty dishes, a lot of different option, nice portion sizes, very helpful and polite servers. Best pizza in town.

Even though i was just passing thru , i had pizza 🍕 omg ! It was the best , Franks pizza you 🎸 rock... We did some shopping at Wal-Mart and just had a great time. Will be coming back this way- happy shopping !!! 🛍
This restaurant is a good place to go eat Chinese food if you like to eat in or even take out this place has been around for over 30 years they have a ramp so if you have a wheelchair and its very access to get in
The mall in general is a dying breed so with fewer people spending money there dont expect anything to be done well. LCD directors were all broken, garage on the floor and escalators to be hit or miss.

I was in dollar power pretty decent place for a dollar store they have everything from A to Z in there. A little unorganized but not bad considering the volume of merchandise. Also I saw a few items that were marked $1.25 or 1.50 when I saw same item at Dollar tree for $1.00 but still like the store
Not the easiest of access to drive around and several locations are vacant. The parking lots (a generous term) are in dire need of paving. Plenty of big box and other destination retail establishments.
Went into Price Chopper. I love this store. I normally go into the one in Newburgh but they were out of Price Chopper water. That flavored water is the only water I drink. So glad this location had what I needed. I will always love this store.

I spent thousands of dollars there redoing my house and when I went back with a hundred dollars worth of stuff I did not end up needing and did not have receipts for everything, not only would they not give me a store credit. They put my profile through a place called the retail equation. I have never returned anything. They denied the return calling it fraudulent. Just another way to steal our hard earned money. Lowes will have my business from now on.
Lots of National chain stores here in this Plaza. Accessing some of the stores in the lower level can be a bit of a pain. But you can basically get everything you want by searching all the stores here. So you will not come home empty handed for sure 😉
Area is always clean and quiet. Stores are also very convenient because I can get everything done in the same area without having to drive multiple places.
People were rude. You have to pay for bags. In staten island we dont pay for bags. The cashiers are worst treat you very bad

Love this mall. It has everything and all my favorite stores.
The staff were very courteous and they helped me with my tablet and phone I needed screen protectors on both items but I had already purchased the protectors from the internet but they helped me all the same without any hesitation. They did a very good job this is the Verizon store I purchased my phone at.
Old navy had false advertising. 50% store wide sale is Not 50 % STORE WIDE buyer be ware,!

The stores were open. You need to walk outside from store to store!!! Parking lot is a little crazy , very busy!!!!
Although Home Depot has everything you need, I wouldnt bother with curbside pickup. You will wait forever and end up going inside to find out why its taking so long. Skip the wait and go inside first
My experience stunk I could not get a cart since I am disabled they just have a few carts for a massive store Their prices are good and selection, but I need assistance via cart they are never available

Great to see a dying Mall brought back to life. This Mall has more major stores that the big Gallery. Plenty of free parking. All stores are handicapped accessible. Clean and safe parking lots.

Nothing seems to be in the right location because the price is never right...and its always more than the tag! Never lower. It is nice that they cut wood and tile for you though.

I like this area because it has food, clothes , books, Knick knacks . It has lots of major stores like Walmart, Home Depot , party city, staples , Burlington , Kohl’s . If you’re hungry you can eat chipotle, pizza, Chinese buffet , Applebee’s . I like that the stores are all close together . It’s an outside mall but well worth it .

Nice mall has Bed bath & beyond, Kohls, Staples, Party City, Marshalls to name a few. Close by to other stores such as Best Buy & The Galleria Mall. Stopped at Sweet Frogs Frozen Yogurt for a treat while shopping with my granddaughter.
Always nice to take a quick run in this mall they have everything all the major malls have including a movie theater. It always stays packed in a good way. They need a Barnes & Nobles to compete with the Palisades Mall!
Franks pizza. Best pizza in middletown, period. Italian meals are excellent. Go, you wont be disappointed.
This is a small strip of stores that arent found in the local mall. Places including, a bath and body works, Chinese buffet, party city, pizzeria, hoopla (frozen yogurt place) a dollar store, etc. Its located behind Walmart. Its a good place to visit if youre looking for the places I specified above. Its a fairly busy place.

Pretty typical mall..very busy. Lots of traffic..we stopped in Panera bread for coffee n cookie...they have good coffee. Rasberry almond cookie great..an no long lines like starburns across the plaza. We will go back
I dont get to Middletown too often, but I enjoy shopping at the Plaza when I do. A lot of great stores there. The staff has always been helpful, friendly & polite.
It gets very busy very fast and you could have robberies theres been a bunch at Walmart and in thiss parking lot and you just have to be very careful and keep a I out for anything or anyone just in case you always want to make sure you keep great eyes all around yourself to make sure your not in danger anywhere you go in Middletown ny period but other wise great cheap prices at these stores in thiss plaza.
Love this place! If you want aluminum pans they have all sizes w. Covers. Lots there for the house... bathroom, contsiners, cleaning products. Gift bags. Lots for party, pinnic, glassware. Lots and lots of stuff.
I needed to return a item. The line was so long& slow, after 15 min on line I left. There was only 2 registers open. Dont they have a manager on duty? If so she was not supervising what was going on in the store. Why couldnt she open a register & help the customers out? I was not the only one that walked out. I saw people put down their items, once they saw the line!!
Plenty of stores to choose from for all your shopping needs from groceries to clothes and makeup. There are also many restaurants to choose from in this plaza from seafood to KFC and many others. All stores have fair prices and friendly service.
The Non Dairy smoothies, are a +++ .
The only store I can comment on is Kohls. Please prepare yourself before going to customer service for returns, questions or just for directions. I do most of my shopping online therefore I am not familiar with the layouts of their stores. Getting a little help took over 35 minutes only to discover the impatient employee sent me to the wrong department anyway. OK, another 22 minutes in line, another employee & again wrong department. Finally ended up asking a shopper. She not only knew where I wanted to go but walked me to the department. Bless you lady, I was really about to start screaming Is there one employee here that knows what planet theyre on??? I have since shredded my Kohls card, I can find what I may need in many other stores that will appreciate my business. Jj
Orange plaza has really gone down hill. Garbage everywhere and the parking lot is horrible. Pot holes everywhere and the landscaping is sub par. I use to maintain the parking lot and landscaping. We use to get screamed at about the garbage and filth. We go out of our way to go to ellenville walmart or fishkill.
Just stopped by Kohls in the plaza. Got a great deal on sneakers. Socks....stick to Wal-Mart. They are ridiculously overpriced at Kohls.only complaint. Otherwise staff was helpful and nice. Store was exceptionally clean.

Its a joke! Walmart here sucks! A bunch of registers and only one cashier.... Meanwhile you go to other Walmart stores around the same time (after 10pm) and you actually find more than one cashier working and the self check out actually works..... The one in Middletown is a nightmare. One should only go there to feel good about yourself.
Every one is very very nice the new store XL for big & tall men nice place to shop & they are very helpful exspecially if not sure on what sizes etc. The young lady who helped me was so very sweet & helpful & she created me w/a smile when I walked thru the door each & every time I came to shop there.
The weekend with the boys going to the plaza I enjoy going there meet people there you have a good time there and the boys love it when they go shopping I just enjoy The View its wonderful in the summer Ive never been there in the winter but I hope this winter I get to go you guys should try you might like it thank you
Huge choice of stores to choose from. The parking is not laid out well and causes congestion. It really can be one stop to take care of all your shopping needs in one place.
There is a lot of shopping stores and food but not a lot of merchandise. Usually by the time you get here everything is already gone and it takes them sometimes weeks to refill the shelves. Good Luck
Nice outdoor mall that has been updated since the original Orange Plaza Mall. Its a nice alternative to the Galleria because the stores are much more accessible. You can park near the entrance to the store you want to go to. Walmart, Kohls, Staples, Starbucks are just a few of the tenants.
They cook good. Theyre very nice there. Reasonably priced.
Can never go wrong at Franks. Pizza is good but the veal parm-forgeddaboudit.
Only visited one store in front facing 211. Very busy due to Starbucks, Ulta, Panera, Payless, Verizon and Ruby Tuesdays all bunched together in one corner so access is congested from Dunning Rd. and due to several stop signs immediately upon entering from that direction the confusion is irritating, whether its because people are selfish and in a hurry or just have no clue as to who has the right of way because they dont remember what it states in their Learners Permit booklet. I also found parking was farther away than normal because of the popularity of those stores in such close proximity to each other.
All is excellent except the fried wings and chicken. Im a twice a month customer at the least.
I went to a couple of places or I should say Applebees and Walmart while I was at Orange plaza today and while I was not that happy with Applebees I am never disappointed with Walmart because I went in to buy one item and came out with 25 but thats okay the store was clean even though its busy we dont have to wait too long online it was a pleasure
It is a decent two story mall. Plenty of regular stores to shop. Seems well kept. Probably the best Boscovs I have seen even though I do not shop there.
Great outside shopping plaza with tons of stores. Literally a one stop shop with out the mall traffic. WalMart, Kohls, Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples and Hime Depot are the anchor stores with Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory and Party City filling in the mix. Starbucks and Panera are opened early with Ruby Tuesday and Applebees open late. Great fun for all!!

Grew up when this was a indoor mall, watched it expand underground with subway themed shops. 1990s brought the Galleria which caused the old orange plaza to wither and die. Now the galleria is slowing down while the big box stores like Walmart and target thrive. So now orange plaza comes back to life as a outdoor shopping center with stronger tenants, weakening the galleria, cycle of retail life I guess.
Theres a nice selection of shopping choices and plenty of parking. Clean and well maintained.
We found the exact light pink shirts for the churchs Womens Empowerment Breakfast Seminar for the men who could not find any at a very pleasant prices.
Love the home depot but to get help in these stores is still a joke all the employees that walk around these stores and no one knows where anything is
A very large square with many stores has walmart supercenter that always has low prices large parking lot and many food stores around us we visit walmart and everything well organized and clean
I find this location and the mix of stores very convenient. I am able to get most of my honey do list done in a short time.
Convenient and lots of good stores in the surrounding area from Kohls, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, AC Moore, Toys R Us, Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart and lots more. Its a good one-stop shopping area to get a lot done.
Love this place...always find EVERYTHING I need...and it was open during our lock down for corona virus,found alot of lysol products here,when the supermarkets were empty!!!
This place is better then the mall next door. While that mall dies off slowly this place has just begun. They have walmart, hoopla, toys r us, homegoods making this place amazing to shop at.

Its a great place you can find a lot of stuff from alot of different kinds of stores they have lots of parking but it can be a pain to find decent spot considering I dont want to walk a crazy long distance just to get inside

I needed a new charger. I was helped by Ramirfr. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.I would like to have his help whenever I have to go to the Verizon store. I recommend him highly.

Orange Plaza, had shopping opportunities, from home goods to Ollies, but the closed stores, toys r us, babies r us, and a few others,is like the beginning of the end, either fill the stores, or tear them down to make way for a better orange plaze
Good Italian condiments for fair price. Mozzarella Cheese usually on sale. No more Arthur avenue bread locals dont know good bread.

The front side of Orange plaza includes Panera, Chipotle, Starbucks, Burlington Coat Factory, Casual Male XL, Verizon Wireless, Aspen Dental, Red Lobster, TD Bank, Taco Bell, KFC, and Wal-Mart.This plaza sometimes seems to have more life than the mall. The Chinese food place is usually open holidays. Its the only Old Navy around, along with Staples.
Definitely busy on weekends. Parking routes have many potholes, in my opinion.
Has a lot of different stores. If you drive around back, there are more stores. Parking lot can get crazy sometimes, so be calm .

Its an upgraded mall. Used to be quite old and outdated. However owners have upgraded it and is on better shape. Unfortunately due to online shopping, this mall is also reduced to gaming and entertainment purpose only.
Its like a strip mall on steroids. Walmart, Kohls, Chipotle, Panera Bread, and some others facing the parking lot. No common indoor areas. I usually only come here too go to Walmart. The rest of the stores seem too expensive for the goods they sell, but not special enough that they are exclusive.
This is more of a strip mall with lots of stores. The main store us Walmart. IT also contains Panera, Kohls, payless, Staples, Chipotle, Burlington Coat Factory, Bed bath & beyond, staples, a pizzeria, Old Navy & Marshalls to name a few.

Never disappointed...Stores are always stocked with sale items, AMC movie theater, Billy Beez, Round 1 are all great entertainment for the family...
This shopping area is cool for things you need to get. Walmart Super Center is key, great buys on both food and household items, including plants, kinda one-stop shopping. You have a Burlington Coat Factory, and a Kohls beside each other. One of the cool design features of Kohls is that towards the back of the store you have an escalator that leads to another plaza in the back! Marshalls, Hoopla (frozen yogurt) a great place to chill with your date or kids.You also have Ulta, where you can spend a good hour or two just browsing and trying new products. Panera is great for a cozy meal, although I find them a lil pricey, and sometimes you leave there smelling like food, lol. All in all, this plaza is my go to for errands and necessary shopping. If you need a decent outfit, Im sure you can scour Kohls and Burlington and find something that will work. If youre looking for a more cosmopolitan look, you need to go elsewhere.
Orange plaza is one of the nicer shopping plazas in the Middletown area. This has multiple stores ranging from clothing, shoes, resturaunts, bed and bath, and office supplies. Easily acessable and ample parking.

Awful that a town would allow such awful development with no benefit to the community... There is not even a sidewalk to it. I watched people trying to go to work there and Im surprised more people dont get run over.
Freaking awesome area! Very chills atmosphere! I never feel stalked by any workers.. never any shady looks. The area is very welcoming.

I like the accessibility to Walmart Burlington fast food Payless extra large mens clothing and Kohls theres more there but those are my favorite

Found what I needed quickly in advertised store.
Shopping in Middletown is very stressful and none of the stores ever have what I need. As much as I would like to support local business Id rather shop on the internet than deal with the rude people in Middletown
I went there to pick up a few Christmas items. It was great.
Very good food service was excellent
Burlington coat factory is terrible, it looks like they are going out of business.

They need to do something with Walmart all their shopping carts are taking valuable parking spaces and theyre always banging into cars.

2022-06-01Basically everything I need to buy is at a location here. Good prices, good selection, good people. The Home Depot employees have been exceptionally kind to me. The prices at this mall location dont exsanguinate my wallet, and the quality of the products as well as the people working are very high, and that should be commended. I singled out Home Depot because I had three or four managers in a single trip help me tremendously with a project, gave me advice, pointed me to the brands they knew that were reliable and cost effective, all the while engaging in friendly conversation with me. Good employees are what keep a company doing well, and most of the stores here understand that. Well done.

2022-05-22WALMART if you end up walking around really check the Yellow price tags. I picked up this Samsung sound bar with subwoofer 290 watts. 199$ normally (found some on Amazon for 150$) check out that deal I think it came out to 81$ total. And if you like bass and clean sound. Samsung 290w IS AWESOME.

2022-03-19Great pizza, tons of shopping and party supplies. Connected to all of the lots giving you cash when you need it, supplies when you need them and food to feed everyone thats hungry. A quick walk or drive from anywhere in Middletown, Wallkill, Scotchtown and surrounding areas.

2020-10-04A lot of stores. A lot of parking. I liked how spacious the parking spaces are, no need to worry your car can be hit by the opening of the door of the car next to yours.

2022-01-08Quick and Timely Service. Although it did bother me that they forgot my straws and had a attitude giving me some, I can understand that it was a late night and their patience for their job was running thin. I appreciate what theyre doing and I hope more people enjoy their service.

2022-01-27While wal mart is one of our regular stops for shopping this locations check out was sadly a challenge. My wife since covid rarely goes shopping anymore and so it is primarily my opportunity to help at home. This time however my wife shopped while I did hardware shopping close by. When she went to the check out she was rudely met by the check out young lady. My wife was very disappointed by the rudeness. She didnt offer to help bag with our bags we brought in and was rudely waiting while my wife was trying to pack as fast as she could. Well we could go on but wal mart needs to spend quality the and effort on customer service.

2022-02-02Basically anything that you want or need can be found in Orange Plaza!!! They basically have most of the stores that one would shop at in one place! Home Depot, Walmart, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Ulta, Red Lobster, Joannes Fabric, Michaels Crafts, Staples and the list goes on and on!!
