Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge. I was given the wrong part which I attempted to install and came back to return just to get attitude from a worker named (ALICE) she was a old short lady and was utterly rude and unapologetic for their mistake. I will never buy from this company or recommend anyone to do business with this company again. Do yourself the favor and take the mile drive down grant ave to advanced auto they’re much nicer people and they actually have a brain cell or two to simply look up the correct part on a computer.
I would rate a 0 if I could, there was a older woman I believe her name was Alice or Alicia. She was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I figured I’d go there because I needed a part for my van, and I would give them a shot. I asked a simple question for some advice and she seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. I understand you guys aren’t mechanics, but making customers feel like they are bothering you when coming in for parts is just unacceptable customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This place is a fine establishment, with excellent service. Alice helped me find a part I had been looking for without any success at the other establishments in auburn. I’m so happy we finally have a real parts store here in auburn, I definitely will be returning!!!!

2022-01-04First time in this store. (Auburn NY)Went in for a set of windshield wipers. Destiny was awesome!She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me find everything I needed, as well as provide her recommendation for which wipers I should go with.Store was clean, bright, well organized.I was also impressed with their covid-19 policies posted on their front doors.They take the safety of their customers and employees seriously, which is important to me. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

2022-01-05I just love it there so much! I love that theres girls that work there and they actually know what the hell theyre talking about! I love that Destiny came out to my car and helped me do something that I couldnt figure out how to do! If the manager is reading this Destiny deserves employee of the month!!!

2020-11-17I needed my battery replaced immediately in my 05 Mercury Mountaineer, so I called OReilly while I had the engine running because once I shut it off, it wasnt going to start again. They had the battery i needed in stock, so i drove straight there, bought the battery, and they even installed it for me. The associate that replaced it for me was very professional and knew his stuff when it came to vehicles. I was very happy with the service as i had my children in the truck with me.

2020-06-02If I could give less than a one star I would. I went in today to get parts for my vehicle and had to come back three different times from about 15 minutes away. I had both of my young kids with me and what an inconvenience. The third time my mechanic finally looked up the part numbers himself to give to the associates there to make sure I was able to get the correct part. Two different employees got the parts wrong. Glen knows exactly what he’s talking about. Glen is awesome, has great customer service skills, as well as actual knowledge of vehicles so he knows right away when something isn’t correct. If he didn’t work there, I would honestly never go back there again. It would make sense for the person in charge to be someone who actually knows cars. I could work for O’Reilly but would be zero help to the customers. What purpose does that actually serve? Please train your employees so that they can get it right the first time! Not three times later.
