There’s a lean, white guy who I think is the manager who has an exceptional sense of service. Always super kind, always goes out of his way to make the experience better. He’s why I go out of my way to this location.

Rude manager. Seems this store is focused on keeping customers’ money and skip good service. I recommend Adidas look at the service models of other stores (like Zara, H&M) and improve how to treat customers when returning goods. I am very disappointed with Adidas and how they coach their managers to communicate with customers. Never buying another pair a shoes from Adidas!
Me and my friends came to this store and after multiple time of trying to call the store , we show up and get told that we made the wrong reservation. No one was helpful at all and very rude. Instead of just helping and explaining they were threatening to kick us out even though we weren’t being an issue at all. They said that our reservation was to get in the store but some of our friends who didn’t have reservations entered the store just fine. Some of us were actually shopping in other areas rather than the ivy park section and we were told that we were congregating. There’s 6 of us, it’s a small store, and we were all talking about what we were gonna do from there. We were told to stop congregating in that area and after being embarrassed was told that we were going to be kicked out. Very disrespectful, very rude and embarrassing.
Truly a baffling experience. I went there specifically to get shoes and left feeling frustrated and overlooked. I have had okay experiences pre-pandemic at this store, but the staff now were either understaffed or undertrained. Staff barked at each other, and had difficulty even getting sizes for the two pairs of shoes I wanted to try on. No one had anything to even say about the shoes themselves, and I really felt like the Adidas flagship store should have staff who are at minimum excited about the product. I left feeling like I would prefer to shop with other brands, which was a surprising way to feel after being very excited and specifically going to the store to buy shoes that day.
The staff here is amazing. Answering questions left and right on my complicated choice of sneaker. Juli and PJ helped me even though I was definitely difficult. Highly recommend this store to tourist !

Love this location def seems like a best kept secret as most people go to the 5th ave store which I hate even though it is bigger. This location has good customer service and also I can come the day after a new release and still able to get my product (ivy park, yeezy)
Went for the ivy park launch and the staff and security were so friendly and helpful. The personalized experience was worth the trip. Ill definitely visit this location again
Cool selection of items not available at the 5th ave location. One sales associate, I think his name was Ricky, provided some of the best costumer service I have experienced. Not a fan of the Jules guy that works there.
From the Management to the newest staff member everyone is just nice very helpful and pleasant all the way around and they play some good music as well. If u like Adidas this is your store right here
Picked up my yeezy from this store and I must say that the employees treated me with kindness, respect and well knowledgeable on any other questions that you might have about an item in the store.
Such a small location with limited supply. Flagship should be taken out of the name seeing how they only carry their lifestyle line, and almost each thing I asked for that was on display they said they were out of stock of. Very overcrowded on a Monday afternoon. Could barely move around and couldnt find a place to sit to try the one pair of shoes I wanted that they had in stock on because it was packed of tourists families just sitting down. At least the staff was attentive and friendly and doing the best they could with what limited resources they had. I felt more comfortable in the bigger two floor location just a few blocks away.
Defo worth a visit!They had some exclusive items including formal looking Adidas trousers/ chino which were very good but only came in a light stone colour.A very big selection of clothing and good selection of trainers.Defo a visit if you’re passing though Soho.There is also a changing room available to try on your outfits which is very helpful!
Store has a great vibe to it. There are two changing rooms available. If something isnt available in the size you need, they will check for you to see if they have it in the store a few blocks down. Staff is very friendly and down-to-earth. Music is a bit loud but I guess accepted for the type of store.
Lots of tourists coming in and out. As a local, the shopping experience is not very peaceful. Theres not alot of options. It is better to buy online than going here. Give credit to the staff - friendly people.
Staff was so helpful and chill. You could tell they take pride in their jobs, my girlfriend admits she can sometimes be indecisive but they dude that helped us was patient and even offered suggestions in the vein of what she was looking for. Needless to say she ended up getting a mens shoe in her size and loves what she settled on. Store looks great and had awesome vibes.
Dudes working here are weird. Dunno if it’s their policy but they tried to look TOO cool in the weirdest way possible.I was at the store about a month ago and a female employee threw a shoe from a box to a male employee which was about 15 ft away as if they were playing in the store. The dude didn’t catch it then the shoe got dirty on the floor but was the last pair so I had no choice but to just get it.And another male employee at the register unnecessarily kept talking how amazing the jacket I was purchasing is from the store and dropped a big spit from his mouth, by accident, on the jacket. It was nasty. I didnt buy it for obvious reason. It was the last piece so I just stepped out w the pair of shoes they were playing around.Seriously, just re-educate them. Tell them calm down at the store. They don’t have to try to look cool. Just tell them do nothing but be nice to customers. That’s all they need to do.ps. True story. I don’t work for any of their competitors.

Although their shoes attracted me to the store, their customer service give me second thoughts. The employees were incredibly rude and condescending. One employee in particular wouldnt stop whining about how I shouldnt have worn the shoes on display, even though no one in the store hadnt told me otherwise. They could definitely try to be at least friendly to their customers. They ruin the great adidas experience for many customers.

They had some decent shoes here. The prices are a fare, nothing special at all. The shoes kinda all look the same. The staff are really nice though, theyre friendly folks here.

This store is pretty awesome. Alot of my soccer player friends tend to go there to buy their sweatpants. Its pretty cool and the staff is pretty nice to me. I like this store because to a true adidas fan the variety of items is endless for both men and women.
Tried on a pair of shoes today and 30 seconds later was asked to take them off because the floor was mad dirty and I was making them dirty (by standing in the mirror checking out the shoes) she proceeded to ask me if I planned on buying them multiple times, if not that I should take them off immediately. Said I was undecided and took them off, she came by and picked them up and showed me the bottom see look, nobody will ever buy these now and threw them in the box and closed it. I wasnt aware shoes werent for wearing! I ended up buying the shoes because I liked them but was honestly so turned off by that exchange that Im slightly mad I did. Edwin though was very helpful.
This store is cool, trendy and not your average shoe store. Best time to visit is mid morning on weekdays. Has all the latest lines and the service is good. Beware of visiting at weekends, evenings and on launch days.
Worst store ever. Really.Store seller was singing and laughing with a Friend instead of saying hello to customers.15 minutes after us coming in I decided to try a shoe by myself, one exposed in the shop.Then the seller did show up and said we had to ask him for smth. Ok. I asked for my size. And I’m still waiting for it...He came back to his friend and started laughing at us with his workmate (a girl) same as him, unprofessional and snooty.We have been patient & polite nevertheless.What a shame for a brand like Adidas to be represented by such people.
I love their products, always exciting, authentic, and even (wearable) Avant-Garde. I love coming to the Originals store because you always find amazing, surprising products that can totally take your outfit to the next level. Theres something for (almost) all tastes and they have a pretty decent variety of women products. Love this store, their collections, attitude and, of course the iconic brand.
This location is only useful if you need to shop for adidas Originals shoes. For apparel (and better customer service) go to the big Flagship on Fifth Ave in Midtown.
Really bad customer service. A lot of staff but next to nobody seems bothered to help. Asked one guy if they had a shoe in my size, he said I‘d have to wait for 2 minutes, so I did. He kept dancing instead of working and after 10 minutes a colleague of him asked what I was waiting for and the said that they didn‘t have the shoe in my size... 2nd star just for this guy

The manager Elvis is very unprofessional, when it comes to the hiring process; he is very inconsistent with any information. Lack of communication. Virtual video may be one of the worse interview to have with him.
Avoid this place. Bunch of cool guys that do everything, but provide service. Waited 20 minutes for the pair I was interested in...they never came...the sales guy didnt even know, they are terribly organized...complete disaster.Dont lose your time with this. Overated, crowed Soho place ready to give you a bad experience.
Awesome Adidas shop. Had a great time there! Amazingly friendly clerks working there, treating you more like a person than just another customer. Will definitely be coming back, and that says alot when Im living in Denmark xD
The only place to go if youre looking for Adidas sneakers and apparel. If the store does not have what youre looking for in stock, they have tablets available where you can place your order right there in the store to be delivered to you at home. A great store for the best sneakers made.
Always love this Originals store in SoHo. Its moved around a few times but this is a great location. Not the largest shop so does get crowded at peak times so be warned. Also had some customisation people there the day I went so it was extra busy but it was good to see them on their little sewing machines!
This Adidas store is one of the coolest stores Ive visited so far. Very clean and spacious. And provide excellent customer service. SA worked with me until I got the right pair.

Went to Adidas Originals today for some kicks. The store is located in Soho which is always nice because there is so much amazing shopping there. They have the usual clothes and sneakers you may expect from Adidas and then they have some items you may not easily find anywhere else. One thing I really like about this store is that when the weather is nice the entire front of the store is open. Literally there is no door. You can just walk in. Its awesome.
The Adidas samba is like a good pair of jeans. It does not grow old, it never goes out of style and it goes well with everything. My dad is also a big Adidas fan and I remember he used to have 3 pairs of Adidas superstars and a couple track jackets, everything we got from here. I think my fascination with this brand has proven its worth. My mates always tell me that my shoes always look nice. I like to have that semi worn out look but I always make it a point to remove mud on the suede of my Adidas. The store always has afresh look, staff are great, it doesnt get any better than this.
The manager, Honda, has a GREAT attitude towards customers. The store is at a good location, so there is no need to worry about not getting enough customers. Sure! Good luck with that.
The staff helps you when you ask them but they never approach to you to ask if you need any help. Ive been there more than 10 times and only once a guy from staff asked me if I need something. So, service isnt the best.People complain about prices, but theyre way lower if you compare them to Adidas Originals in other countries. It is Adi Originals, dont expect t-shirts to be $10-15 and shoes be lower than $45-50.The choice of clothing is huge! They even have kids section.If you like adidas and know the standard pricing for Originals - totally the best store to go to.If they improve their service, I would give them 5 ^~^
Nice selection. But it literally took 15 minutes to get shoes from the basement to the floor to try the kicks on...really? Im sorry, but that staff level is poor for location and traffic, at least on the day I visited.
This place uses a retail trick that drives me crazy. In a gigantic flashy space, take a small number of products, display them in a bunch of different ways to make it look like there is an infinite variety of choice. There isnt. If you like Adidas, you can get this stuff anywhere without fighting with a million tourists for space.
The flagship store is the best store where you could find the latest from Adidas. I make sure that I visit this store every time I am in New York. Prices are the same but you would enjoy differentiated products that you wont find in other stores. Highly recommended.
The new store is smaller than the original one on Wooster street. You get in the store and have that sense that everything is on top of each other. The Wooster store was way much better and more organized. Also, it seems the amount of mens apparel is smaller now.
Dont go here thinking because its the largest store in new york theyll have a great selection of shoes. Two floors of store and they have one crappy wall of shoes. Total waste of time. Buy online instead.
They have a decent selection, they didnt what I was looking for. I did get a cool pair, nice little runner up I think. It was at a decent price, so it worked out.
Terribly disappointing shop I had such high hopes for going in. The selection of Adidas original gear is amazing but the prices are beyond outrageous. Just because they rent space in SoHo doesnt mean they need to charge double for clothing you can buy just down the street for much much less. The store staff is also rude and un-accommodating which makes the whole experience off-putting. Keep your wallet in your pocket and enjoy browsing unless you enjoy overpaying.
Doorman is dope, kind and also helped me out with directions. Workers brought shoes out very quickly and were helpful with sizes. Only thing is their selection isn’t the biggest.
Worst customer service ever!! A tattoo guy was extremely rude. He yelled at me that I cant try on those pair of nmd shoes like i am his daughter!! Come on man.. Im a customer!! Fast and friendly service. If youre planning on visiting best to be early before it fills up, that way you are able to get what you want, buy, and leave efficiently. Otherwise youll have a crowd in there with you, especially later on the day.
Decent store, alright setup. Bad experience with a security guard. I was trying on a pair a shoes, so I set my phone down next to me on the bench. All of a sudden, this large man wearing a dark security jacket comes up and menacingly says “where is your phone?” I look around, and it’s not where I put it. He asks the same question a few more times. Probably at least a minute later, after I was trying to remember if I somehow misplaced it, the man takes MY phone out of HIS pocket and hands it to me, and says something like “keep an eye on your phone, buddy.” Unnecessary of him to do. I left the store without purchasing anything
Would choose Adidas before anything else. To be honest, Nike might be more comfortable, but in terms of beauty, Adidas keep it simple, and keep it gorgeous! They have styles that I thought can only be found online, the problem is that they don’t have all sizes, so even if you find something you like, you still need to be lucky.

If you like old school Adidas design I dont think there is place in the world you would want to visit more than this store. Originals line at its best. Store is pretty big and choice is great. From simple Firebird jackets or Superstar shoes to designer colabs, youll find it here. Store design is really attractive starting with garage doors which open all the way on a nice day over to product placement and wall decors. Staff is decent and really attentive. Store is pricey though, so be warned.
Understaffed and overhyped. Yes, they have the exclusives youre looking for but its a battle to get help. Its packed all the time but theyve got the NMD and the 350 v2 drops. Definitely a flex store.

I was looking around SoHo for a couple of Superstar, and while there are lots of stores selling Adidas shoes in SoHo, this one had the nicest display, the funniest, most knowledgeable and friendliest staff of all the ones I was in, which was quite a few. I highly recommend a visit!
If your into sneakers and apparel for all types of things then I definitely recommend going to this Adidas store because they have a lot of everything and just the experience is really nice because they have a lot of employees walking around the store waiting to answer your questions at any moment.

Screw this place, staff gave away chits for NMD release to insiders and if they didnt know you would not even confirm until after the opening g on the release date. People in line and ourselves had been checking in at the store the week before the release and given false information on when chits would be given. At least 3 people in the line had been there the day before after all the chits were given out and lied to and told to line up to be there at 0500.
Good selection but do not count on anyone there to help you. Staff is busy looking at their phones and being cool and is unable to provide technical advice.

I went to the store but the employee was not so helpful and she charged me twice for one product...Then i have to go back to the store.

2022-07-12The building itself is fun and they seem to keep everything pretty well stocked at this location. The staff was a little stand-offish, but not outright unpleasant. If you like Adidas its worth shopping at.

2022-06-14The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The cashier didn’t even look at me or speak to me when she was serving me, huffed and puffed when she was asked to serve me even though she was already behind the till and chatted to her colleague as if I wasn’t even there. I went specifically to this store to buy a momento of my trip to NYC and wish I hadn’t bothered. I have never encountered such rude customer service especially not in America.

2019-12-06Black Friday shopping tour, first time try. Got 40% off all items and extra 10% off for be members. Very good shopping experience, got one parka I really like. BTW, it’s beautiful at night walking in the SOHO.

2019-01-13I dont know why Adidas bother with the big store on Broadway when they have this really cool Adidas originals store I love it in here the staff are extremely helpful and funny you always get the very latest releases coming out first and it is a very chilled out atmosphere no matter how busy it gets. The stores interior design is extremely classy and appropriate for the area all in all a fantastic experience and a must visit if you are going to New York dont waste your time with the other sneaker shops.

2018-05-26Beautiful design inside with 4 floors. They have a track and treadmill to test out shoes, along with areas to test out cleats before purchasing. Everything is very well organized. Fun to visit even if you don’t plan on buying shoes.

2021-12-28Bomb service! They welcomed me with big arms when I mentioned I was a employee! Dell went above and beyond bringin out shoes, the lady in apparel grabbed a bag for us and Collin and Adonis were fire as well. Def my best experience in a nyc Adidas store 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
