THE OWNER HAS NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING WHATSOEVER. HE IS A KID WHO HAS INHERITED THE BUSINESS FROM HIS DAD. HE HAS NO MANAGERIAL SKILLS, DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO PRIORITIZE THE JOBS HE GETS EVERY DAY. HE HIRES WORKERS OFF THE STREET WITH NO EXPERIENCE. MY LEASING COMPANY HAD HIM AS ONE OF THE OPTIONS AS A MAINTENANCE SHOP, THAT’S WHY I WENT THERE. THE WORKERS MESS AND JOKE AOURND IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY. THEY DENTED THE SHOULDER OF MY CAR BC THEY JUST WANTED TO LOAD THE SHOPE WITH CARS AND DROVE MY CAR UNDER THE LIFT AND JAMMED IT. THE IDIOT WORKER WAS JOKING AROUND WHILE HE WAS DRIVING MY CAR AND WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION. THEN THE STUPID OWNER COMES AROUND AND HIS WORKERS TELLS HIM THAT THEY MESSED UP MY CAR, HE STILLS ASKS ME IF I WAS SURE IT HAPPENED THERE. VERY AMATEUR BEHAVIOR. IT COST ME HOURS AND MONEY. EVEN THE VERY BASIC MAINTENANCE WORK, OIL CHANGE, HIS WORKERS DON’T KNOW HOW TO MEASURE THE OIL. THEY PUT EXTRA OIL IN MY CAR TO A POINT WHERE THE CAR WAS ROCKING WHEN I WAS DRIVNG IT. THEY DON’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AVALON AND CAMRY PARTS. MY LEASING COMPANY WILL DROP THEM SOON. THE SMUCK OWNER FIGHTS WITH EVERYBODY.NEVER GO THERE.

2019-01-03I stumbled across this place mins after my accident the other day. Good guys, real considerate and thorough. Had to replace the entire axle. Took a bit of time but some things just take time. Youll live. Definitely my go to shop now. Should be yours too.
