I am assuming at this point that this company is a scam or some fraudulent scheme. My paid August 2019 orthotics order was already late when I began contacting Active Arch by email and telephone on 10-21-19. Almost 2 weeks later now, I not only have not received my order, but have not even received a reply to my emails or a return call. Beware of this company!UPDATE: I updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I did eventually receive my orthotics. They do seem professionally made but, so far, they are not working as well as orthotics I have used in the past. Also, despite my multiple phone calls and emails, the company, to present, still has not reached out to me to discuss what happened in this case. Not really sure what to make of this company at this point. My best guess is that it is a 1-man (I spoke with a male prior to my order) operation and the owner gets overwhelmed at times and does not have time to deal with both this company and his (presumed) practice.

Ive been wearing my new orthotics for a week now! They make walking in my high heels so comfortable...thought I would never be able to wear heels again. So glad I ordered...and cant beat the price!
