I tried to register a trailer today and luck wasnt on my side, because I got Melissa. Every other word out of her mouth was the F word. She kept swearing, complaining and making a scene. (And this was at 9:10 in the morning...she was literally working for 10 minutes) Real classy Missy.....you might want to give up the meth or quit huffing paint. Just a suggestion and I hope they fire your A$$.
My license had been expired, I’ve called them 3 days in a row and nobody answered the phone, everytime I’ve gone to this place which is dozens of times only 1 of the ladies is respectful and now none of them are answering the phone. This place is literally ridiculous.
Horrible service .. some of the workers are okay .. just horrible place .. if ur not the first 5 In line dont waste ur time . Never enough help to help speed up time . I try not to have to go to the DMV if I dont have to
I deal with Fulton DMV on a regular basis for buisness. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a hello from all. They treat everyone with respect and kindness that treat them the same way... So if you have a bad attitude then bet your going to get the same in return... These ladies deal with alot of bad attitudes every day yet they still are able to say hello with a smile.... so before you write a bad review of these fine people just think of how you treated them as i am sure you where rude because you had a long line to wait in and think of all the other bad attitudes before you.... The staff could work on their customer service skills. It’s hit or miss. I’ve left frustrated more than once and have opted to drive 15 minutes further to avoid future frustrations
This DMV which is conveniently located across the street from Mimis Diner is a model of efficiency and pro-active staff involvement. Not only do the 3 or 4 staff at the windows provide the usual DMV services but they answer phones at the same too, with easy-going, cool-headed attitudes. That affects the customers who in turn act the same way. When the line gets long, like more than 6 or 7 people, the lady at the desk in back comes out to help. Take your DMV business here, Syracuse and Onondaga County residents, the time you spend driving to Fulton is far less than the time you spend waiting in line at the Syr/NYS offices. And, the Syr/NYS offices operate on a priority sequence, i.e., a plate return is a less priority than paying a fine, so you get booted back to the end of the line if someone wants to pay $$. At Fulton, they operate on first-in, first-out so regardless of what you are doing the line moves in your favor. Basic logic which the State offices seem to not understand, but the Oswego County offices have never lost. Thank you Fulton DMV ladies.
Its been over 2 weeks since I put my paperwork in the dropbox and not a peep. They absolutely refuse to pick up the phone!!

No one answers the phone. 3 weeks waiting for title and registration. Dont believe the 5 star reviews. Those are dealers who slip cash to get their paperwork to the front of the line.

DMV personnel helped me get an enhanced license today. Everything went smoothly. There was a surprise random audit and another representative had to review the paperwork which was completed timely. All good.

2021-11-10Fulton drivers services are straight trash, failing people multiple times without identifying/ telling the person why they have failed, they will get right in your car and insult you. Discriminate you on your family or just what you look like. Say your car is dirty when it really is not! I do not recommend what so ever. Highly disappointed in their services

2020-07-20Dropped of paperwork for title and registration 2 weeks ago. I understand things must be extremely busy regarding current circumstances, however I find it extremely frustrating as to not even being able to get in contact with anyone at this office. I have called twice a day for the past 2 weeks to ask a few general questions, left numerous voice-mails. Have heard absolutely nothing back. I hope everything is going as smooth as possible for the employees here but still believe tis a complete lack of communication to those just waiting around to hear about their paper work needing to be filed, like myself. I have been with out a car for awhile now, just recently purchased one and have no idea as to how much longer I will be without a car since I cannot get in touch with anyone.

2020-06-02Very very slow. Took almost a month to process the paperwork for title and registration. We understand we are in unprecedented time but this is not an excuse to take that much of time to process the paperwork compared to other dmv offices in Madison and Broome county which takes on average 3-5 days to issue plates.

2019-09-28Its the DMV... I dont know why these people have their expectations set so high. A quick Google search can answer most of your questions prior to showing up to the DMV. Make sure you have all your documents ready. The more prepared you are, the faster the process will be. However, they do not have clear posted directions on where to grab certain documents depending on what you need to get done there. So you end up having to ask one of the employees and waste everyone elses time when they could be processing other applicants. Overall, its just a obsolete setup. Not horrible but not efficient either.

2017-11-17Plan your visit accordingly, be FULLY prepared ahead of time, conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner, and you will be met by a team of knowledgeable, competent, efficient staff who know their jobs and will help and guide you as needed. The most frustrating aspect of a visit to the DMV is waiting in the inevitable line only to be turned away at the window due to lack of preparedness, so thorough review online of all requirements for your transaction is the best way to ensure a pleasant outcome. As far as DMV offices go, this is my preferred location in CNY due to the really wonderful and efficient staff.

2016-07-05Every time I am at this dmv for business I am met with the rudest women I have ever encountered. I travel to Pulaski or even Oswego a lot just to deal with normal, nice people. Its been this way as far back as I can remember too!I am guessing the positive reviews are from the workers because everyone I know has the same opinion. Time for a change in this corporate culture, time for a serious staffing overhaul.
