The only complaint I have is the trash cans need to be taken care of more frequently, I have noticed if there not emptied that the trash is blowing all over the parking lots. The company that owns the property is I do believe is WideWaters, the ones that own the property down in Syracuse, if I am wrong I apologise for the mistake.I am happy they fixed the pot holes in the parking lot. That one hole on the Westside coming off of East Albany St. You could of lost the hole car in that hole. Thanks

2021-03-27The store has revamped some of the merchandise and lay out. I went into purchase some office supplies. There used to be a whole isle of office supplies. There is now just a small section of a shelf with a very limited supply of these items and they didnt have what I was looking for. Ended up at the Dollar Stores next door and found what I needed.

2021-07-03Parking lot can be dangerous due to large pot holes. They did fix some of the holes but others remain. On a positive note there are plenty of parking available.

2021-08-04I broke down and decided to purchase new jeans that I saw last week and started looking at rows and and rows of 70% off sales . I fell in love with clothes shopping all over again and walked away with my join new school clothes at 350. Worth for 120. And JC Penneys was just a Joy to be in clean friendly and just few enough people to be comfortable per space. Thanks Community and JC Penneys and associates for the best sidewalksale shopping haul ever!

2021-05-10This plaza was built in the 1950s. And even tho JC penny closed, it still has other places to shop at. Including a dollar store. A liquor store. A subway. Im not sure of all the stores. Plenty of convience..

2021-08-21Speaking on behalf of the plaza, and not the stores in it.The pavement is extremely cracked for what it is, and out of everything, its used more as a road between Albany Road and 104, so the traffic there can be ridiculous.
