I live in Colorado now, so I dont really have access to great easy coast Italian food. Came to Long Island for work and stopped here, it was the amazing small family Italian eatery experience I was missing. Great taste, large portions, great staff. Would eat there all the time if I lived in Long Island.
“There’s too much instructions on Grubhub order, and you always have issues. We won’t accept your order anymore.”My order stated that if they use fresh gloves and not cut the pizza as I’m vegetarian. And if they could add more garlic and basil. Later I changed the instructions to just not cut the pizza and use fresh gloves. (I have seen pizza places using same gloves to make vegetarian and meat pizza which is extremely frustrating as I’m vegetarian due to religious reasons). Apparently these guys aren’t friendly to vegetarians. I would love to sue this restaurant for discriminating/harassing me, but it won’t be worth my time. I sure would be filling out BBB review on these guys. I do not recommend this restaurant to those who are vegetarian.
I went in last week and got a regular slice and I don’t know if they have a new pizza maker or what but I could make a better frozen pizza then what they gave me last week you guys should be ashamed of even giving anybody that regular pizza when at one point it was the best. $3.53 for a regular size is Absolutely absurd. Def won’t ever recommend this spot ever again!
Tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered a shrimp parm hero and fried calamari. The food was amazing! Very happy with it. And also the delivery was really fast! Thank you, I’ll be ordering again soon.

Great, fresh food. We had an appetizer that was out of this world. We ordered mussels with marinara sauce, this is the third time Ive ordered this - Ive never been let down. The mussels were perfect, soft not rubbery combined with garlic infused sauce. Superb! Highly recommended. We also had the lunch special . Good portions, baked ziti and stuffed shells. Very satisfying and not saturated with enormous cheese nor salt. Just perfect. Great staff as well.
My parents love this place everytime I visit them I have to stop by here and they are always happy to see me im not sure it’s me who thier happy to see anymore this has become there looking forward to seeing me lol ; they have a very clean and nice Atmosphere I recommend you try anything on the menu it’s all so tasty !

The pizza was very good and their service was good as well. The only thing is I wish the crust was a little bit more crispy. I got the grandma’s pie it had great flavor. I’m sure I’ll go there again just requested to be a little bit more crispy
Wife and I been to numerous take out, sit down, delivery places in area. Our Little Italy is One of THE BEST. Went two days in row just ensure first service and dinner was not a fluke. Awesome server very courteous and attentive! Manager / Owner touched base with us. FOOD Is awesome and very good portions. God Bless
My favorite pizza place in the area. They are consistently amazing, I’ve never had a bad slice. I also really like their pastas. Most of all, they have the best service, all the waitresses are so sweet & the 2 owners are the nicest guys.
First time ordering from here. Power has been out since Tuesday and couldnt order from my regular place as they were closed as well due to the power outage. I ordered a pie, a Greek salad with grilled chicken, Cesar salad with grilled chicken and fried chicken wings. My daughter, husband and myself were amazed how delicious everything really was. My grandaughter who is 3 years old ate 2 slices of pizza and she is a picky eater so that says alot. My husband is a finicky eater who has to have his chicken wings fried right and he couldnt stop raving about them. Its hard to find chicken wings that arent fried in old oil and taste like that. These wings were not only fresh but perfectly seasoned and fried. I have to say I lived in Bay Shore most of my life and tried pizza from many places this pizza by far is the best I have tasted and that is second by my toughest critics, my husband, daughter and granddaughter. Today I was a new customer but from here on in I am a returning customer! Great job 👏

So happy my husband and I just moved less than a mile away from this awesome pizza place. Their Grandma pie is the best weve ever had. Weve ordered one every week since we moved to the area ! Everything else weve tried has been delicious too :)
Not only is the food great... the owner of this place is amazing. We organized a fundraiser for a family affected by Covid. When the owner found out he matched the money we raised because he felt so strongly about helping people in the community. We have been ordering from there ever since.
I started ordering from this place mostly from their delivery service on DoorDash the food is always hot and packaged very well it’s the fastest delivery I’ve ever ordered from. Every Single pasta dish I’ve ever bought never failed to impress me and so much to their portions I always have left overs for lunch the next day. I’m determined to try every single pasta they have on the menu!! Highly recommend
Admittedly I ordered from here by mistake on the door dash. Delivery was so fast I was concerned. I was presently surprised. Food was great. Ordered a meatball hero, chicken tenders and fried ravioli. Everything was excellent.
Probably the best pizza Ive ever had on Long Island. Thats saying a lot considering how many pizza places there are. All I know is this place is legit, and if youre in the area you need to check it out! Cant wait to get back up there so I can try more of their huge selection of slices.
Regular customer, used to think this was the best pizza ever...last two times it was trash. 5 minutes ago my pizza was delivered the entire thing is burnt dry and hard. Gonna eat it anyway because we are hungry but its really bad. Changing pizza places.Update: gave the remaining 7 slices to downstairs neighbor and they threw the entire thing in the trash outside. She said honestly its offensive that they delivered thatAlmost 30 bucks for garbage.
Honestly not impressed. Veggie pizzas crust was so soggy and lacked enough cheese..calamari was also slightly chewy. Chicken Wings were good but nothing to rave about, would not order from again
Off. The. Gotdang. Hook. Been eating this phenomenal food since I found it at Brunellos in West Babylon. Owners transplanted to this location and brought the recipe cache with them. If you like specialty pizza, these guys slay your appetites with options. I made it a point to eat almost everything I could from their delicious menu on principal. From one dish to the next I found myself trying menu items I wouldnt eat anywhere else. Excellent. Top quality all around, family feel, friendly staff. You can expect this place to always be busy around feeding time for good reason. Show them some love!
Great selection! Always have a hard time deciding what to get! Im partial to their buffalo chicken pies! Just the right amount of heat, with BLUE CHEESE, the way it should be! The macaroni pin wheels are outstanding! A must try!
Fantastic food and service by a well trained staff. Obviously John and Jay have a passion for their business because they run a well oiled machine. The Pizza display has a myriad of choices all of which are top notch and entrees like lasagna and shrimp scampi are expertly prepared. A side order of escarole and beans was reminiscent of Grandmas house. Can’t wait to go to Our Little Italy again!

These guys are always pleasant on the phone and had the nicest experience with the delivery man today: didn’t have change so I gave him a bigger tip than I normally would; he took the money but soon returned with change for me. I had food delivered via Uber eats tonight. I received lukewarm chicken soup and a stuffed artichoke that smelled sour, was mushy and lukewarm as well.I reported immediately to Uber eats which then told me they would report it to the restaurant but not issue me a refund. This is disturbing to say the least. 1st impression was definitely a poor one. I will not be ordering from here again.
Local place has upped its game tremendously with decor and special pizzas, quick delivery and a little patio to eat outside. We walk over with the dog. Friendly staff, open late, italian ice bar, not a bad word for them!

Beware of this Little Italy Pizza in West Islip. They are nickle and dimeing their customers to death with hidden fees. The reason you see theoverpriced complaints here is that I also went there, put a simple order in and wondered how the price could be SO high and I asked to examine the receipt which many people do not do. This is how I found out they are adding several $$$ for the use of their credit card machine if you use your debit/credit card! Ive NEVER seen nor heard of ANY establishment doing this but they are passing the cost of using the machine to their customers without telling them! Another HIDDEN example of being secretly overcharged, if you order Tortellini Bolognese, the menu says $15.95 which is already a premium price for a simple pasta dish. Yet gain, almost $3 was added to the price of this dish without my knowledge and when I asked WHY?! they said oh well we add that extra money for using the tortellini pasta WTH!? doesnt say that on the menu anywhere!!! So you end up paying over $6 or more for a small order of food and youd never know it if you didnt question it! A greedy and disgusting practice to do that to your customers! Can you imagine multiplying this by how many people order there and pay by card in a single day how much more money they are raking in without consumer knowledge!? This is NEWS 12 Reporting scandal right here and I may contact them! I work in a very large building nearby and warn EVERYONE I see about this place and advise them to never give them business. They have too much competition around with better food who dont resort to this shady practice. Be WARNED and CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS if you insist on eating there!!
Ordered large pizza chicken and pepperoni with peppers and onions. There were no peppers. They did not give a receipt because of being so overpriced. It waz $38. Last time they get my money.

A few co workers and I just ordered food from Little Italy in West Islip on Union blvd. I was informed after placing the order that there is a $2.00 delivery charge.I assumed the $2.00 delivery charge was for the drivers pocket, helping the driver supplement the (probably) low wages they are receiving from LITTLE ITALY. When the young driver showed up to collect the money I asked, Do you get the 2.00 delivery charge? His response NO!!!!!WHAT....To me, The delivery charge is in POOR TASTE!! these fees are separate and apart from the tip!I find this offensive, distasteful and a bit shady! Little Italy has lost my business!

2022-02-23Ordered $40+ of takeout last night & got home to eat with the Sicilian pizza dough was literally raw. Called and they offered to refund the two slices and give us a gift card…. Big whoop. Manager or owner I spoke to seemed to know it happened, must have had others complain. Wont ever order again.

2021-10-13Im just gonna start by saying that they got by far the best shrimp scampi sauce I have tried in a long long time. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, the was enough sauce and spaghetti to share and mixed my pasta with. The pizza was delicious and the chicken rolls made to order and so so fresh. They gave me a fresh moderately piece of bread to eat with my dinner that came with a little salad as well. Price wise was not bad at all and I was happy with the overall experience and taste of the food they sell and serve. I am looking forward to order again from them very soon.

2022-02-16**** BEWARE -I been ordering from them for awhile now, i tried to order baked ziti and garlic bread and the owner told me it is 29.90. For pasta, sauce, cheese and bread nearly 30.00. Then he explained how there is containers which we both know are pennies on the dollar he pays and then of course 2.00 delivery charge which in speaking with the drivers goes to the restaurant and not the driver. This guy is gouging with his prices. Total rip off, probably needs the money to pay for his top of the line Mercedes Benz he drives. Try Gino s in Babylon, they deliver to West Islip and i got the same food for 18.23 and no delivery charge. BEWARE ^^^^

2021-12-26The food here is great! But I was really surprised and disapointed when today, I saw an employee coughing and wiping his running nose with his bare hand and not wearing a mask. The employee then continued working with the food without washing his hands.
