The best furniture store out there!!! They have the best furniture ever. I shop there almost everyday! I always end up buying lots of things! The workers and the owner are very helpful and kind, they are the best!! Totally recommend to get all your furniture from there and nowhere else!! :)

This place is amazing. They have indoor furniture outdoor furniture all kinds of different accessories. The customer service is second to none. They really know how to make you feel like family. If youre ever in the area stop in and you can always find unusual things.

This is a furniture place like no other. Yes their prices can be hard to take in, BUT as they say you get what you pay for. The owner is the nicest guy and his staff can help to match any room to any color, very attentive. Just go!!! Take a look!!! They are NOT pushy in anyway, their stock sells itself

Great experience. Selection was good. I had been in there a few times, debating a particular rocking chair and they were very patient with me! Finally ordered the chair and it was delivered as promised. Fair price, excellent service, lovely sales staff.

Great service !! Had a problem with Chase credit card following Home Depot purchase ... Manager drive us to Chase and waited while we had a new card issued. And delivered to the FI FREIGHT FERRY 2 days after purchase. Theyve been around for 9 years for a reason...traditional though, not modern/design.

This place has beautiful, high quality custom furniture. When you go, speak with Hussain. Hes an extremely talented interior designer. Hes not pushy but he knows whats best when it comes to designing furniture, rugs and decorations for all rooms. Weve used Out of the Box for most of the rooms of our house. Well never go back to Raymour Flanigan or any large furniture stores again! Thanks for everything Hussain!

The customer service was terrible. I called before i went asking if they had reclining sofas by flexsteel. The woman told me they were a flexsteel gallery and had plenty. They have 2 reclining sofas on display and catalogs. When i asked about one i was interested in he told me he wouldnt tell me a price because it was made in china and i should buy the american made one. If you represent a company as a gallery i think you should sell the product regardless. the guy was unbearable and could barely speak english. i had to tell him the name of the collection 3 times. Not to mention his breath was terrible. Stay away unless you like over paying and pushed into something you dont want
