This place is awesome and the people that work there are great. They have a variety of stock and if they dont have what you are looking for they can order it. Wanted to start doing business with them . Been there four times to start bringing my motorcycles and four wheeler to be service. No one would even walk up to you and as if they could help you. What the hell kind of service are you going to expect from them. And I traveled 75 miles each way. I sorry to say this but it is what it is.

The worst experience I have ever had. Last week I put a deposit down on a trailer and said I would be in on Monday to pick up. The sales guy said no problem. I had a pre-approval code from another dealer but really wanted a Big Tex. The sales guy assured they would be able to swap over the dealer info into the application. I drove the 3 hours to here. I arrived here at 2pm. I was told that I would be helped right away. After 1.5 hours of waiting and 3 other customers cut in front of me, I told someone at the desk I wanted my money back from the deposit and I was leaving. A manager then appeared from the back to assist me. He called Sheffield to swap the dealer info on the application. Well that turned into a 25 minute hold which lead to me having to reapply because they cant move over dealer info. After completing the application had to wait another 30 minutes to get the approval. Finally around 530pm I was ready to leave. I purchased a new $300 hitch system there to help with the angle of the trailer. Hooked the hitch up to the truck and tried to get the trailer on the ball. Well that didnt work. So the trailer mechanic guy came out and started to grind down the coupler on my brand new trailer. Mind you the coupler worked fine on my old hitch and I told them that. So I now have a loaner hitch that I have to pay shipping back to here because they cant get their act together. I was offered nothing by the manager to help offset the horrible time I had here. I will never come back here.
This morning I walked into Outdoor Motorsports & Trailer Sales as a stranger and left this afternoon as a life long customer. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and was treated as if I had already been a customer there for years. This is something that unfortunately goes unnoticed. Every single sales person was running the whole time I was there and they still made sure everyone in the showroom was getting there questions answered and what they wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Quill and he did everything he could to make sure I left the parking lot with the four wheeler I had come to look at. Thank you Mike Quill and everyone at Outdoor for all your hard work. It certainly didn’t go unnoticed!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new CF Moto atv. Frankie, Michael and the rest of the friendly team helped guide me to the perfect machine for my needs. Everything was done in a timely manner and they even got me lined up with a great bank for the loan.I would 100% recommend Outdoor for any of your recreational vehicle or trailer needs!
Price was fair and competitive, especially with the current prices of everything in the industry right now.Own a landscape company in Clifton Park and had an axle break on our trailer. Currently on 4 weeks backorder. Needed a trailer that night, not debatable. Called Brad up, drove an hr, waited an hr and left with a 7x16 sure trac, registered w/plates and ready to get back to work. Life savers

We just purchased a used Yamaha breeze for my son for a early birthday present. As many may know used kids atvs are hard to come by and they treated me excellent. They did a full service and I can tell that they looked it over fully. Not only that but they gave me a excellent price. I can tell that this used machine was worth the wait and the price. It’s a awesome feeling to see my son enjoying it and I think it will make a excellent hand me down for his sister. Thank you again Michael quill you treated me and my family exceptionally good. Absolutely amazing staff and customer service!! Gwyn was great from start to finish,could not ask for better service!! And the price of my trailer I bought was totally unbeatable!! I drove over a hour and a half just to get it from here and wild do it thousand times over!! Will def be back to do business again at some point!! Ty gwyn and the rest of the staff!!
Clean store, not a lot of power sports inventory due to Covid but they try an make the store front look full. Seemed to have a descent selection of clothing, and gloves. The have the most in stock on helmets in the area. Frank Stefic was a great help.
I purchased a dump trailer from Mike and I can’t stress enough how incredibly motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable he was. The prices blew anybody in the country out of the water. The whole process was surprisingly simple and quick! 10/10 I’ll buy from here again!
They will not honor a trailer price posted to their website even though they confirmed availability. I understand prices are changing, but this is bait and switch. They could have offered to split the difference or make some other arrangement but dont seem willing to do that. I have a screenshot of the item in question with description and price.
This place is one hell of a store.. Frank,Scott,andJason are some great people. The know what they are doing and take the time to help you with anything. I would send anyone in a 60 miles from them to try them out.
The service department was quicker than expected, I brought it in on a Tuesday for a Friday morning appointment and I got a call on Wednesday with the cost estimate and that the part would be in the following week, I then received a call Monday morning that the wheeler was fixed and I could pick it up anytime. I asked the sales man a few questions about some models on the showroom floor and he was very friendly and took the time to explain everything.
Gotta say Ive gotten an artic cat 90cc for my son and recently a 2020raptor 700r for myself. Mike will go above and beyond and fight with the banks to get you the best deal possible. I highly recommend dealing with this place for any of your off road needs. Should be 10 stars in my eyes. Thank you so much for two great machines.

Had the worst experience with salesman Brad yesterday. Brad was very rude!! I am not the only one who had bad experiences with this store!! Nobody returns phone calls. We were there to buy 2 things, a side by side and ATV. They lost a good sale because of Brad!! We were there on Saturday and talked to another salesman and as we were looking around Brad jumps in trying to steal the other mans customer. Worst experience ever!!!! We found what we wanted at an even better price somewhere else!!! Their loss!!!!
Made the trip from North Utica to purchase an ATV trailer from here and the employees went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Especially Gwen. Not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly. Weather was nasty and raining and she still was out with me making sure the trailer fit my needs. Will definitely be my place to go for my ATV needs.
Excellent staff. Expert mechanics. Yamahas are the best. After a year of me attempting trial and error to find an elecrical problem on my 12 yr old atv, they found it in 30 min. Fix was cheap (a regulator).Purchased a new 2020 atv there. 5 stars

Went to outdoor motor sports purchased a new 2021 cfmoto cforce 600 touring my sales person was Gwyn and she was outstanding to deal with very friendly as was the staff.wouldnt hesitate to go there again.
You cant always trust reviews, but if somebody has a bad one you should probably take it into account.Im sure the owner will respond and I hope he does because we are not happy and will NEVER take our sleds to get serviced there again. So its a buyer beware and hopefully this review can help some people stay away from this place since they are rip off artists.First off they tried to take advantage of a female, my wife and told her that their full service for the sleds to get ready for the season was $250 per sled! Ridiculous! So I called and explained that I just needed the chain case oil and coolant flushed and filled. He told me that for $250 what was included. I explained that I didnt need spark plugs changed or the chassis greased because I had just done it this past season. I also explained that I was quoted $150 last year for the chain case and coolant service. He said hold on and let me check, so after a minute on hold he stated that the price was last year and it had gone up $25. I explained that we were on a budget and wanted to keep the price close to what they quoted us last year. He said no problem.Well, this is where the problem started. I was told that I could drop the sleds off Wednesday and pick them up Friday to have them ready for the weekend, great I thought! I dropped the sleds off Wednesday like they said to, and when the service guy asked the name, he said oh your early. I was told Wednesday. Dropped off with no other issue. Friday came and no call. So at 515pm I called to ask about the sleds being ready and the first guy had no clue. Then someone else came on and said yeah your sleds are not ready yet, but I believe the mechanic is just finishing up. At 535pm I received a call that the sleds were done and that we could pick them up on Saturday. Thanks, so much for getting them to us Friday so we can ride the weekend, again thanks alot.This is where it gets the shittiest, get ready. So when we get there Saturday morning to pick the sleds up at least they were ready. BUT, when I went to pay for them the bill came to $460!!!! I said what?? And then the guy explained it to me, the $175 was for the service I requested, but not the coolant or chain case oil, coolant was $26.99!!! Each!! And then chain case oil was $18 and my diamond drive oil was $13.99!!!! ALL CHARGED SEPARATELY FROM ORIGINAL PRICE OF $175 which we were mislead. So my sled was about $220 and my wifes was about $230 because hers took more chain case oil. $460 with tax. Of course I paid it because I just wanted the sleds back. So since I didnt go with their suggested service, they made me pay through the nose. $40 more and I could have had all that other stuff done that I didnt need for a total of $500. I feel like I got charged A la carte because I didnt go with their special.***There is an easy way to fix this shady deal gone wrong, do the right thing and refund me the difference that I was originally quoted on which was $150 a sled, total if $300. So you overcharged me $160!! I doubt you will, thats why Im posting this so that everyone can see how you took advantage of a hard working middle class family. SHAME ON YOU!**Update 01-23-18. I talked to Frank the Manager and Scott the Service Manager. They were very nice and deeply apologetic for the miscommunication and the fact I was unhappy. They refunded $86 back to our credit card and also stated they were sending a gift card to their store as well. They also were very sincere when they heard the passing of my Uncle and offered their condolences. So in review, they didnt have to do any of that, and the fact that they heard about my Uncle and said that, well that actually says something about them as people, and that I wasnt just a number.
I’ve bought multiple machines from here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase something. The salesmen there are awesome, the parts department is great. it’s overall a Beautiful establishment! might have to buy a trailer soon 👍🏾 10/10 would recommend
I am a very unhappy consumer. After looking high and low for a bike to fit my wants/needs I thought I found the deal of a lifetime with a bike that only had 160 miles on it. I felt from the beginning like I had just hit the jackpot, little did I know that my luck was about to turn fairly quick. I bought the motorcycle along with a helmet off of the display rack (bad idea). Less than 300 miles later (only a few days after the sale) I was riding down the Northway and the shift lever actually fell off on my foot and I was stranded until another guy came to grab me and my bike off the side of the road. A few days later I came in to return the helmet I had bought because it didn’t fit right, I had called the same day I bought the bike asking if I could return the helmet knowing it didn’t fit right after the first run around my driveway when it started giving me a massive headache, just like our other phone calls I was told that would not be an issue and Brad was very nice about the helmet and the bike issue. Fast forward three days later (because it’s a 2 hour drive from me to the shop) I walk in with the helmet only to be refused a refund because I wore the helmet. Mind you, I had called AND even asked them when they sold it to me if a return was possible. I have never been more displeased with a company, especially being a business owner I have always gone above and beyond to make the customer happy and they could care less.
Totally unprofessional customer service given from Gwynn in regards to a trailer I was inquiring about (7x16). Stopped in on a (Saturday); after negotiating, she stated she will called me back with a response on the offer given, didnt hear anything so I decided to give her a call to check up on it (Wednesday) she stated Im sorry I didnt forget, the manager was just so busy I couldnt get to him, I will call you back with a response. She FINALLY ended up calling me back to state they couldnt move $200.00 on price. Prices are set in stone she state. WILL NOT RECOMMEND, she obviously had no clue what she was doing. I cant speak in regards to the whole staff, but as for me and the communication and customer service through her it was definitely for the best for me not to do business with them. If $200 is worth losing a potential customer, something is seriously wrong.
I recently visited the store to purchase a motorcycle. The bike I wanted, they did not have the color I wanted in stock. They placed the order for the color I wanted and Brad stayed in touch with me from the time it was ordered until I picked the bike up. Everyone was very helpful and professional from sales to service to management.This is the 4th purchase I have made from outdoor Motorsports and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would highly recommend outdoor Motorsports.
I ship motorcycles for a living, I dont like picking up a dealerships because they will not help you load the motorcycle. This team of salesmen and mechanic were very kind and down-to-earth people and all together help me load the bike so it can be safely transported. Big A Plus in my book for a motorcycle dealership
I went with my son to buy a trailer we got there had to wait a few minutes because of being busy .the sales Lady was very nice and had all the paperwork ready to go every one who worked there spoke to you as they walked by .the sales Lady even come out and helped us hook up the trailer and made sure we were good to go before we left .over all we had a very good experience for being there for the first time and probably would will go back there again .we drove an hour and a half to get there

Wont go back again, went and dropped off my motorcycle tire and rim to get balanced, very poor work when I went to pick it up they didnt fix the rim,just put the new weights on, ask them why didnt fix the rim for balancing said it wasnt there job, I asked them if I fixed the rim myself would it offset the balance of the rim he said absolutely not, naturally it definitely did!!!!
I have purchased multiple units from Frank since they took over. Parts, service and sales staff is second to none. The only place I want to spend my money in the powersports market is here.
My family has 2 Cf-Moto machines and going in for a 3rd for my son. Never had any issues and always friendly, helpful service from them all.

Terrible sales. Told me to by 2 trailers and sell them one from ADK trailer sales where I can get it cheaper. Yup triton trailer compared to triton trailer same apples. And no I wont be trying you ever again, you have to earn my business and you failed.

2022-04-09I’ve bought a trailer and 2 ATVs from OMS, largely because of their service. Brad, in particular, is a wonderful asset. He provides honest information and great advice that makes a big difference - whether to register the ATV, what size & type trailer will suit my needs both now and going forward, things to be careful of as a new ATV and trailer owner, etc etc. And his service in finalizing got the sale is impeccable. I could not be more pleased.

So went later and same thing , to busy to talk to me i guess . Ill take my bike and 10 grand somewhere else . So sad.

2021-03-26Purchased a Sure trac from them last year 16 utility.bought it new so I wouldnt have any problems. on the way home, the jack came loose from the trailer, fell off. I called and was offered no help. figured it was a one off. they were having issues. Bought another jack to replace it and sent in the invoice with no response. May 7th after about a week of owning this trailer, I had a second heart attack trying to replace a brand new flat tire...another $125. Was forced to sell all of my equipment...couldnt do the landscaping I planned for. I figured Id give these guys a second chance since the sales guy was very helpful during the sale. Left a FB message, a text message, I called and left a physical message and no response. Was going to be that guy and make another purchase with them. So , I recommend Sure trac but not this company. they did shoddy work putting the trailer together and offered no support directly after the sale nor 2 weeks later. now they wont even contact me back to make anther purchase. Im giving one star because I leave 0 stars

2019-07-02This has got to be my favorite local motorcycle dealership. I purchased a new 2018 Honda CBR300R as my first bike from Gywn, and it was a wonderful experience. My brother has also purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealership, and says that what makes him keep coming back is the knowledgeable and helpful staff. I come here for inspections, service, gloves, and motorcycle accessories myself. They also give you a great value on your trade in if you’re looking for an upgrade or something new. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.
