This place is a nightmare. The owner and management look for every reason under the sun to try and squeeze fees or of people, they harass tenants, trespass, invade your privacy, discriminate against people with kids. They think their rules are above the law when it comes to tenant rights. All of this behavior is of course the actions of a devout Christian. Hell be sure to push that on you any chance he gets.

You call and forget about any questions answered about rentals. The guy was very rude. Asking how much we make monthly and assuming we didnt own a lawn mower. Then asked if we drove and if not how would we get to and from work. They are very discriminatory and I wouldnt offer anyone to live here.

Called to get some details and the guy on the phone was a total jerk, Starting asking me every question under the sun. All i wanted to know is what were the lot rents, etc. Needless to say i do have a good job and wont be moving my family into this park. There loss

Very spacious. Decent. A tad to the trashy side of the spectrum. May not be bad to live in, but by appearance...

What a mismanaged hell hole. Dont even think about getting out to the main roads after a snowstorm either.
