OWL academy has offered an personal and professional lab for my daughters needs. The owners are exceptional and go above and beyond to assist their families.
In March 2020 an Intake person called to collect information and set up appointment for my nephew’s initial evaluation. Covid hit. No word from them for months. Fast forward to June. I get a call saying they switched to a new system and somehow we got lost in the transition. Fine. But even now, in late July, no one has called me back to set up an actual appointment to evaluate my nephew. Disappointing.Update: I received friendly communication from Jasmine at OWL to rectify this so I upgraded the stars to 3 from 1. I don’t think it’s professional to respond to my google review with my family’s personal information. In 4.5 months and no movement, I would hardly call that doing everything you could. I only received a call after I left a review. My nephew never had another service provider (at least not set up by me). It’s sad that after my sister passed in January I was tasked with stabilizing his life and I trusted your facility to hold up your end of the bargain based on a recommendation. Some people want to agree to help but it seems more like they want to follow the storyline. 😭🙏🏼 Your offer to call (with me) a number you can not call yourself isn’t needed. First you said you didn’t reach out because of a system glitch than said you didn’t reach out because you thought I didn’t want to go with OwL because of my personal relationship with your friend. Than you changed to I have another provider for my nephew. I’m confused. Anyway the contact you gave me had a website that said her business was permanently closed and a web link that was broken. I didn’t feel confident any longer in continuing further.
O.W.L. Academy provides excellent training. The staff is great and displays patience with both the children and those willing to join their team. Thank you again.
O.W.L Academy is amazing!!! My three children have gained so much developmental skills from OWL. I will always be grateful!
After 2 days and a total of 4 hours, my son caught Covid!. I dont know what they are not doing right because its located in the same building as a doctors office. I expected better.
Terrible agency, I had to call them every day for them to get my child evaluation done, after talking with supervisor and said i was going to change agency it got done.I get a lovely Therapist for my child but after she got sick and wasnt able to continue, Agency didnt get anyone else, they didnt want to deal with it because my son only had 2 months left for services, they continued to lie and never offer a other therapist
My little one had the best of her time in the academy, the staff are wonderful and helpful im so thankful for the time.
Weve been coming here for about a month already. My little one loves it. I was afraid that it would take him a while to get used to a new environment. He has surprised me so much with his enthusiasm to get up & go. Everybody here has been so amazing. Thank you!!
This place was build with magic when I drop my son inside it like he forget I am there and wait for the teacher to get him he walk in like a big boy and learned a lot from his teachers I love the staff and the school and the peoples who take care these kids are doing amazing also my son is learning a lot in this school and he have not been here that long I got to say whatever they doing make the kids happy and excited to be there I see all the love there in the building they treat my baby and the rest of the babies like family I can’t stop saying how amazing this place is if you go in you will see amazing education right here and love mixed in go owl 🦉

I love this place and my son too and if I recommend this place from my own experience because my son has just changed 3 months and he has changed a lot and has made a breakthrough I feel very happy in the decision I made and Miss Ruthie a sweetness she is very attentive and very affectionate with children I also thank Miss Vicky because thanks to her my son has an amazing eye contact thing that he never had before
I am very happy of owl academy, my son was one of the first of this little school, he is already going for a year about to graduate and move on to his next stage and they have done great things with my little James, the his school every day in the morning leaves happy and returns to the house to sing his songs, thanks for the care they provide my son I recommend to all OWL Academy

2022-06-20I can’t recommend this center enough. My son absolutely loves coming in every morning and we have had a great experience from day one. It’s full of loving people that truly treat your child like their own. I’m constantly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the administration and staff and they are always available to answer questions or address concerns whether via email, phone or in person. I highly recommend OWL Academy!

2022-08-03OWL is the Best Early Intervention program in Brooklyn!!! Trust me!!! They genuinely love, teach, & care for all of the children. My son has made extraordinary progress even his daycare is impressed. At first, I was uncertain because my 18 month old son would have to travel between Brooklyn and Queens. Of course, I was scared. I bought an apple tag and held on to faith. I watched my child improve each day. OWL continued to teach him and build his skill sets. It was truly amazing. Looking back, I made the very BEST decision. They are truly the BEST!!!!

2022-06-15Every morning, my daughter gets a big greeting from the staff at the door. They assisted me with keeping on track with her potty training schedule seamlessly. She made so much improvement in a short improvement even my family members have complemented my daughter on her vocabulary skills. The staff promptly respond to questions and concerns and are very accessible by email. I highly recommend this center they will help your child reach milestones.

2021-09-08Owl Academy is an amazing school with teachers that all really care and take their time to communicate. My son showed great progress in requesting, working well with other children, waiting and so much more while working one on one with the therapists and staff. 2020-08-14My company is located in the same building in Williamsburg as OWL Academy. I witness first hand on a daily basis how dedicated, compassionate, and professional the staff treats all the children under their care with parents present or without. The amount and speed of progress that children attending OWL Academy make is truly commendable. If you have a child with special needs and need a program that will get you results and treat your child like their own, search no further and enroll them in OWL Academy.

2019-04-01Not only do I love OWL Academy and their amazing and dedicated staff but most importantly my 2 yr old daughter absolutely adores it! She wakes up in the morning and grabs her bookbag and cant wait to go. She is making so many strides because of her therapists and shes only been going for a few weeks now, and I know there are so many more amazing achievements to come! I highly recommend to everyone with an autistic child to enroll, my good friend just enrolled her son and I am so excited for them. This place is magical! Thank you OWL for all your hard work!!

2020-12-11This school is truly amazing.. they have an amazing staff that actually care for you and your child.. super friendly too.. I had my first son go to OWL and now my 2nd too.. they both really would get excited to go to school. Everyone at OWL truly work with you and your child and make you feel safe knowing you child is in good hands.. They are also quick to respond to any questions you may have. My oldest came out with soo much more knowledge and speaks alot because of them. 2nd son has picked up alot so far since he started. Cant wait to see his progress when he leaves the school.. I really appreciate everyone there. Clean and safe environment. Would recommend this place👌 👍
