From the moment we set foot on Owls Hoot Barn, we were blown away by the attention to detail and beauty of the space. Kerri, the owner, has thought of absolutely everything and every inch of the venue is carefully and thoughtfully decorated. The barn is stunningly gorgeous and though it feels and looks rustic, it’s perfectly outfitted for a wedding dinner and party. The various outdoor ceremony spaces are gorgeous and are surrounded by wildflowers and trees. The covered cocktail hour area is the perfect space for passed apps and drinks outside (and it’s an excellent back up area for the ceremony should it rain) and the bonfire that OHB takes care of was an amazing end to our wedding. Best of all, there is a lovely cabin we had access to starting on the Wednesday before our wedding and our whole family and bridal party was able to stay in the gorgeous farmhouse and the two Airbnb’s that are part of the property starting on the Thursday before. Because of this, we were able to kick off of our wedding days in advance with our loved ones.Kerri helps to make planning seamless. She has a dedicated list of vendors she recommends, but is welcoming to anyone new you bring on. She’s ALWAYS available if you have questions and is endlessly helpful and friendly. She has a storage area filled with decor (mason jars, burlap runners, milk crates, lights, lanterns, signage, etc) that you are welcome to use. It saved us hundreds of dollars and everything we borrowed looked fabulous. She also has all of the chairs, tables, plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, etc. you’ll need so you don’t have to outsource anything except a caterer, photographer, and DJ. If you are the type of bride (like me) who did not want to pick out napkins but still enjoys a little DIY set up, this is a great space for you.This is really a special place and I feel so lucky that I got married at OHB. I am eternally grateful to Kerri for helping to make our day so magical. I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing.
Great venue for weddings, family gatherings, corporate trainings.
We hosted a family function here and it was beautiful. Our kids had fun playing in the creek and the teens set up volleyball and badminton games on the grounds the nightly bonfires were a huge hit. the on-site accommodations made it the perfect family reunion space !
Stunning...if you have the $$ spend it on a wedding here. Barn is just beyond words gorgeous. It gets warm in the summer but what can you expect from a reclaimed barn. Love it here!

2021-10-23Everything about Owls Hoot, Kerri, and Molly is truly incredible. This was the one and only venue that my husband and I looked at because of how blown away we were. From booking to planning to execution (all in the midst of the pandemic) everything was seamless. We hired Kerri as our day-of planner and Molly as our floral coordinator and we couldn’t have been more satisfied.The venue is gorgeous beyond words. While there are endless options for adding your own personal touches, the grounds are already beautiful and require almost no “extras” if you prefer to keep things minimal.Having beautiful on-site accommodation options was an added bonus. Every house was unique, well-equipped, and endlessly charming.Our guests have continued to rant and rave about our wedding weekend. Owls Hoot now feels like a second home to us and we can’t wait to go back for visits. If you’re considering booking - do it!

The main farmhouse became a revolving door of our favorite people ready to help decorate, cook, etc. and we would not have wanted it any other way! To us, thats what sets OHB apart from all other venues.We booked our date (8/28/21) in February 2020 and found Kerri and Molly to be very responsive and flexible during COVID. It was (is) stressful to plan a wedding these days, but they were always willing to find a solution that worked for us and our vendors.After a year and a half of planning, all we wanted was a sunny day and healthy guests. Thankfully, no one got sick but the skies opened up for a good five hours! Molly moved the ceremony inside for us which ended up feeling very intimate for our guests.As other brides mentioned, the list of recommended vendors was helpful. Youll notice on their website or Instagram that its the kind of venue that lends itself to all different styles, vibes, and of course - BUDGETS 😉. If youre looking for a venue thats beyond the norm, we recommend visiting OHB and meeting with Kerri and Molly!

2022-01-13I got married at owls hoot barn October 2021. LOOK NO FURTHER .. This place in MAGICAL. Our wedding was a “destination” wedding as we were traveling from Long Island with 175 people for a long weekend here. Molly (who I couldn’t say enough good things about.. HIRE HER, she’ll make your wedding dreams a reality) and Kerri (who is as talented as they come) made sure that our wedding was everything we ever wanted. I had some wild ideas.. like hanging basket lights above the dance floor and turning the pavilion into a a magical space with hanging lights on all three walls .. and Molly and Kerri made it happen.I cannot say enough good things about this venue and wish I could relive our wedding weekend over and over. I STILL have people raving about the weekend and how gorgeous the property is.If you want to have a dream barn wedding that is different than those standard run of the mill “barn weddings”, this is your place.And really… hire Molly.

2022-01-09Owls Hoot Barn was the first and only wedding venue my husband and I checked out because we immediately fell in love. We had our hearts set on a rustic fall wedding and what better backdrop could we ask for than the rich fall foliage and romantic barn on Kerri’s property? Kerri has so much knowledge of the surrounding area and an extensive vendor list, which was so helpful while planning. The property was perfect for us because we wanted somewhere we could have both our ceremony and our reception to limit travel and maximize time enjoying the day. Even better still that the venue has Air BnB’s on-site and nearby, which we rented out so that we could spend the days leading up to our wedding building our excitement for our big day while setting up with the venue’s many decorations and enjoying quality time with our families. There were so many options for our ceremony location, both outdoors and indoors, as the entire property is so beautiful and unique. You literally cannot take a bad picture there. Kerri was so flexible and responsive when we changed our minds last minute about our ceremony spot. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the property and barn were. Kerri was so kind, helpful, and personable that it felt more like working with a friend than a venue owner, which made the experience much more relaxed. Owls Hoot Barn is the absolute perfect place for your dream barn wedding and we could not recommend it more!

2019-06-12(May 18th Wedding): There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible our wedding experience was at Owls Hoot Barn. This venue is honestly the most special, intimate, and unique place we couldve ever imagined. Firstly, what drew us in and really sets this venue apart right off the bat from other barn venues is the fact that you get the opportunity to stay right on the property from Wednesday-Sunday of your wedding weekend. This was huge for us, as it really turned into a full weekend experience that we got to really enjoy (versus feeling like 1 day that was over in the blink of an eye). This gave us time in the days leading up to really decide on how we wanted to utilize and decorate the spaces, etc. which made the day-of so much smoother and more relaxed. The possibilites are endless here, and you have access to TONS of decor and furniture items. There are multiple other gorgeous homes in addition to the bridal cabin (Owls Nest), that I recommend having family/bridal parties stay in. It was a lot of fun having our family all right there with us, and not worrying about transportation, not to mention the accomodations are so dreamy and comfortable. You really have so many options on the property to really make your wedding unique and your own. We lucked out with amazing weather, but should it rain, the pavilion/backup rain plan is still gorgeous, and no need to worry about renting any tents or anything! I dont even know where to start with the venue owner, Kerri. SHE IS A GEM. Honestly, she is a true force. She is SO friendly, organized, and helpful if all of your planning needs. She also goes above and beyond not only with recommendations for vendors, but in following up and working closely with them to get things done. Kerri is very detail-oriented, and will make sure no stone is left unturned. I knew Id have a great wedding day, but I really had no clue just how absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations everything would turn out. Our guests absolutely RAVED about how much they loved the property and the barn, and are even still talking about it weeks later. What an experience of a lifetime. Endless amounts of gratitude from the Joyces to Kerri and the entire Owls Hoot team! All of you made this the best wedding we couldve ever dreamt of. THANK YOU!

2018-08-13Owls Hoots Barn was the first venue my husband and I had seen together (I went to see one or two on my own) and we instantly fell in love. We knew all of our friends and family would have a great time and be truly impressed. The property is spacious enough for everyone to roam around and not be confined to the four walls of a traditional wedding venue. The barn and property have so much charm there is no need to go crazy with decor or florals. Kerri has every single decoration you could ever think of, and I didnt have to break the bank with florals because this venue is gorgeous without them!Kerri Corrigan is amazing to work with! Everything at Owls Hoots Barn runs seamlessly and you know she loves what she does and knows how to do it. Planning a wedding 3 hours away (we live in Brooklyn NY) can be a little nerve wracking but Kerri explains and helps you with everything thoroughly, via email, texting, phone calls etc. Her day of staff is also amazing and I received so many compliments from guests on how friendly and welcoming they were.I really cant say enough good things about Kerri & Owls Hoot. If you are thinking about booking this venue, go for it, you wont find anything like this especially with a venue owner who cares as much as Kerri does!! Thank you again for our WONDERFUL day!

2019-09-25It was my first time officiating a ceremony at Owls Hoot and I found it to be a wonderful experience. The owner/planner was hands on, experienced, organized, prepared, helpful and at the same time she was making sure everyone had what they wanted and needed. Great at her job! The grounds are pretty and there are many options for ceremony sites. I loved working with all of the staff. The food was catered so that is appropriate for another review

2020-08-12My husband and I got married at Owls Hoot Barn last October- and might I say I STILL have people telling me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, largely due to Kerri-owner and operator of venue! I have already written a review about the dreamy and magical venue, along with Kerris kindness, and amazing helpfulness during the whole weekend... todays review is a follow up on the invaluable Kerri.She reached out to me, almost a year after we got married there.. to tell me a few wedding cards were left at the venue. One of the cards even had lots of cash in it... she texted me pictures of what was left behind and then kindly mailed everything to my current address. This act of honesty and kindness is worth much more than a 5+ star review.. but I just had to share this story.So not only is the venue magical and perfect in every way.. much more importantly your host, Kerri Coorigan is worth so much more in character, quality, and sweetness! She will make your special day perfect!

2020-11-29The efforts that the ladies put into this event are awesome!!! You can see they worked very hard on it. I thought the donations were very nice and I didnt expect so many.
