The worst manager, and service. These people dont care about customers. They are not responsible and customers are always wrong. I really felt discriminated and disrespected. They will not take a no for an answer when they do a mistake. I was trying to simplify the order for them and all they do is lie. I will never recommend this area. This food is not a 5 stars. I saw all reviews and I respect everyone opinion.
It’s decent Thai food. Not crazy spicy. Delivery was timely. I wouldn’t go way out of my way exactly to have it again, but certainly acceptable.I had a flat noodle dish and it was pretty much your standard fair—spiced down for American taste. If you want Thai food and are someone who really prefers the food to be muted on the traditional spice level it’s somewhere you might consider.I like highly spicy dishes when it comes to Thai food, so that was really my only disappointment here—expecting/hoping for it to be spicier than it came prepared—but it was still good, and otherwise the food was fresh and hot as well as delivered within the given delivery window and the delivery guy brought it directly to my door with no hassle or trouble.
My favorite Harlem Thai food. I went here when this place first opened and it was terrible, bland and greasy. But I was bored one day in quarantine and I decided to give it another shot. Im so glad that I did. I dont know if they got a better chef or better ingredients or just a better system but its a thousand percent better. So delicious and so flavorful.
Went with the chicken pad thai and thought it was a safe bet. Unfortunately was very disappointed. This did not taste like that delicious familiar pad thai flavor Im used to. The freshness is fine that is not the issue. There us a unique flavor good pad thai has. And in my opinion this did not have it and I would not order it again. Maybe they have other items that are good. We shall see.
The $9.99 lunch special was a good price for the quality of food. The soup was delicious and so were the spring rolls. The pad thai was a little sweet for my liking but I would return. I eat with my eyes 1st and the food looked beautiful when served. The restaurant is small but charming. Fyi: byob restaurant,$10 corking fee per bottle.
Really solid Thai spot in West Harlem! The place never looks crowded, but dont let it throw you..the staff is super friendly and welcoming and food was really good and affordable.4 of us split a couple of appetizers and each ordered something different from Massaman curry, to fried rice and pad thai and it was all really good. Will be my go-to for Thai in the area for now.
I tried the food here 3x before I rated it. I live close by, so it was kind of by default. The food is bland and subpart compared to other Thai Restaurants. On my last visit I ordered pineapple fried rice, but they should name it cabbage fried rice because there was more cabbage than pineapples and cashews.
Gave this place a couple of tries.. Food is often late and cold. This time it arrived 30 min late with the pad see ew spilled out of the container. The restaurant was also super rude when when I spoke to them on the phone about the situation. It’s covid, and restaurants are having a hard time but this is not the way to do business. Won’t be ordering from here ever again
This place is amazing. The Thai food is the best Ive had outside of Thailand. You have to try the vegetable dumplings. The food is so legit. People who gave it bad ratings probably dont like legit Thai food. (Though I havent tried the sushi yet). The price is so much better than the places downtown, too.
Delicious Green Curry (with chicken). Ordered it “medium spicy” which for me was minimally spicy (after being warned that their “spicy” it really hot). Chicken Pad Thai was awesome. Perfect sauce and portion. A touch sweeter than standard NYC Pad Thai.Friendly staff. DEFINITELY coming back or ordering takeout.
The atmosphere, food, and staff were all wonderful and the bill was way less than I expected. I felt bad for the staff when this obnoxious group of racist came in and started being discriminatory towards asians and were just loud, which actually spoiled my time, a little. Id have stayed longer if it werent for that group. Overall, Im definitely going back here! Highly recommend this restaurant.
I never take the time to write reviews but Im doing this so theyll do well because I never want them to go away!! First thing I ordered for delivery was their grilled shish kebaba. Came with salad, rice and amazing roasted peppers. I ordered the same for delivery the very next day. Im ordering it again now. Nice to have you guys, welcome to the neighborhood!!!
Worst service ever rearely meets worst food ever, but in this place they did the impossible! I ordered the duck tamarind through Seamless and after it was marked as delivered i still hadn’t received it in 10 minutes, i called them and apparently they were “very busy” so ok, i waited another 40 minutes until i ran out of patience and called again (contemplating calling Seamless). The phone line was busy indeed. After finally getting a hold of the person on the other end, my order finally arrived. But after unboxing it, my eyes could barely believe what they saw. To cut it short, the food was cold, ridiculously drowned in duck sauce and most of it were bones. Could not force myself through even half of it. Stay away from this place!
Worst Pad Thai and Shrimp Tempura I’ve ever tasted. The noodles were watery and hard, the chicken inside the Pad Thai was rubbery and had a weird taste. The shrimp tempura was so fried, it was actually burnt. The food made me nauseas I couldn’t get pass the first two bites.
Pad Thai @ harlem just opened.Nice and simple decorLunch special @ $9.954 dining & pick up(12:00 pm-3:00pm)Reasonable price with awesome taste..BYOB .. no charge.Delivery service is available (minimum is $15)I enjoyed thats why I’m writing this reviewCome to Pad Thai to enjoy great cuisine!
We tried falafel, shakshuka and Chicken Tagine with couscous. The chicken was moist and subtly flavored; the falafel were pressed thin, coated in sesame and had a nice coarse texture. Shakshuka is a difficult dish for take-out; it had less tomato sauce than is common. Overall the food was fresh and satisfying. Although we ordered for pick up, there is a wine menu for dining in and the ambience is simple yet warm. Prices are average for sit-down restaurants in the area.

2022-06-07Probably the worst Thai food I’ve had in America. Shockingly bad. Disgusting. Hardly any meat in the massman curry. The pad Thai was flavorless and 3 pieces of chicken, and the spring rolls sickening, all this for nearly $40. What a joke. AVOID.

2022-02-25I just ordered fried calamari and it was super greecy and taste disgusting. Just look at the bottom of the container smh. I felt like I was eating Greece. In the past I had order pineapple rice from them and even that wasnt as good as other Thai cCuisine Resturants Ive been too. They really need to work on thier skill set when it comes to the kitchen. Just the appearance of the place also speaks volumes.

2021-10-06BEWARE! ROACH in FOOD!!! Ordered food from them previously and it’s been decent. This time I ordered and was putting the Panang curry on my rice and a roach was in the Panang curry!!! Disgusting!!! I called the restaurant and they offered to send another order and I said absolutely not, I want a refund!!! The manager called me back and asked if they could get the food back and they would refund me. No apology or anything. Terrible experience!!!

2022-04-15Ive ordered the whole red snapper with jasmine rice 2 times before but it was from a Thai restaurant in queens, I was so happy to see that this restaurant had the same dish but for 2 orders at the price of $65.22 it was the worst Ive ever tasted. For one the fish wasnt seasoned and it tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil, the sauce for the fish wasnt spicy all I could taste was this sweetness. Definitely wasnt worth the price.

2022-03-27Food was not bad. For the entree I got Pad Kee Mao drunken noodles with beef & chili sauce and it was savory, noodles were soft, & the chili sauce gave it a tiny kick with each bite. My husband got the Pad Se Ew. Their vegetables in this dish was bitter and tasted odd. I initially thought he was just being a picky eater, but then I tried one and had to spit it back out and was like whoa something is going on with those veggies. Also got their Mango Sticky Rice for dessert and again, it was okay. Mango wasnt as fresh or tasty. Their thai ice tea was pretty good and creamy, and loved it initially, but got too sweet towards the end. Overall food was okay, but not the best Thai food Ive had. Their prices are a tad less than nearby Thai food restaurants so thats a plus.

2022-05-17Vegetable pad thai,Spring rolls and tom yum soup were good. Tom yum is especially full of flavor, creamy and filling; ive had it at least 4 times and always enjoy it😊

2019-05-29Loved all the live plants on the table. The homemade chilli sauce was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy & sour. The lightly battered, perfectly fried calamari had no salt and the batter wasnt seasoned; however the dipping sauce made up for it. My green curry was delicious and the eggplant and melange of vegetables were perfectly cooked in the sauce. My dates pad thai was more on the sweet side but the chilli paste they brought to the table gave it the spice it needed. I would definitely go back.

2018-08-10Visited during the time that the lunch special was in full swing. Reasonably price menu and an atmosphere of quaint and peaceful dining. From the moment you walk though the door the ambiance is welcoming. Food delivery is timely. Fair is well seasoned, tasty. They deliver. Accessible entry (ADA).

2021-01-07Thoroughly satisfied! The menu is minimal and highlights traditional classics making selection easy. Was able to see my order progress and it came exactly between the estimated delivery time. The food still looked great even though it is packed. Sometimes this can lead to food presentation disaster, but we even got the food on plates and made it look like it was served at the restaurant. I have been to Thailand and surrounding countries and everything from Papa Thai was delicious. 100% positive ratings is hard for even a robot, but Thank you for the good experience! 5 stars from me and my friends. (Ordered through GrubHub and got 25% off)

2019-07-06DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to die or be dissatisfied. Ordered from seamless and took only a couple of bites of my noodles before biting into pure eggshells. The entire dish tainted. When I demanded a refund not ONLY was seamless USELESS (why even go through a third-party site if they cant provide customer service) but the owner only decided to give back about $5 of a $30 meal, WHICH I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE. Trash 👎🏾. Never ordering here again and making sure my friends don’t either.
