Horrible service....We ordered a product online, received a confirmation of payment and shipping but nothing was sent. Not an email or the product. After reaching out to them they informed us that they canceled the order due to human error. When the stock of the product remained on the site.A flat out lie.... The stock was available but they changed the price. And on top of that they didnt even refund the full amount charged.....Stay away from this online store...........PS - check your email from March 3rd at 11.27 GMT

2022-02-24K Swiss runs a tad big so I selected a 1/2 size smaller than my typical tennis shoe size. The fit was just as expected. The shoe tread was exactly as depicted. There was a little yellowing on both shoes at the lower portion of the shoe string reinforcement area which I dont believe was mentioned. However, the price of the shoe warranted that concession. (Pointing out any flaw is always best practice in my book so that there isnt any buyers remorse...just a thought). Shipping was very timely. Happy customer.

2022-06-20I needed to have my 3 tennis rackets restrung. After the rackets were restrung, I went to hit around with a friend the strings suddenly became loose on 2 of the 3 rackets only after playing for an hour. This seemed very odd to me, so I went back to Paddle Pro to show them the rackets. Ben was very receptive, took my rackets and restrung them again. He went above and beyond by providing better strings and regripped all 3 rackets for no additional charges. This is awesome service and I definitely appreciate the efforts to ensure the customer is satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend paddlepro for your racket needs.

2021-05-17Love this place that is local and I can get a variety of pickleball items from paddles, balls and nets. It is like a candy store in here. They also have demo paddles so you can try them before deciding which paddle to buy which is important. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pickleball stuff and more. And Bob the owner is very helpful with giving you guidance if you need it. Plus they are well stocked so you can buy whatever you need right away without having to wait for shipping.

All positives- They have by far the best selection of platform tennis paddles, and everything else paddle related.- Their prices are as good or better than anywhere.- Free shipping. It doesn’t take a large order to get free shipping. They have shipped my items the day I ordered, too.- The best feature is their service and knowledge.
