The pizza in this place was horrible back in the days. But now theres new owners and the pizza is amazing. Most say am impresse. I usually just eat pizza from papjohns but now this will be my first to go to.
Horrible, detestable, UNETHICAL service. Waited OVER TWO HOURS for the pizza, all because the guy on the phone kept telling me it was on its way. When I finally decided to cancel it, he refuses to give me my money back and then admits that they didnt even start making the pizza until about 20 minutes ago, that it was now with the delivery, and there was nothing they could do. Delivery guy leaves the pizza in the lobby and takes off with my pre-paid $5.00 credit card tip that he absolutely did NOT earn. Pizza was actually good, but the zeppolis were hard and gross, and the horrible lies and lack of service acumen made everything taste like trash. I will never order from this place again, and you shouldnt either. With all the lack of honesty and ethics around a measly $35 order, I dont expect the rest of their business to offer much taste or integrity.
I haven’t had pizza in a very long time and wow that family special pie was amazing. Buffalo wings wow!! I’ll definitely will be ordering again. The service was awesome too.
Palisades pizza has become a great local spot for a slice. I am a traditionalist and get a cheese slice wherever I go and this one doesnt disappoint. The slice is large, the crust is medium to thin, the sauce is more tomato than herbs and the cheese covers completely. Theres a snap to the bite that is followed by a nice balance of sauce and cheese, I stopped talking long enough for two more bites.
Even though we are sad to see you Frankie go from running the business, we are happy to say that the new owners have done an amazing job taking it over. Their pizza and the food is absolutely delicious . Best pizza in Yonkers! Keep up the great job! It’s a pleasure doing business with you guys !
Two orders in a row we received an order ~ 1hr later than quoted. No update from them, so you are waiting around not knowing what to expect. First, was about after 2 hours of ordering and the original time was quoted at around 40 min and very similar the second time. I understand being busy during a pandemic, but dont be off by an hour of your estimate. Theres no excuse for this especially since it happened twice. Worse yet, when you call to find out the estimated eta, they shrug you off with a generic, Were working on it, response, like you are bothering them. We are never ordering from here again simply because we dont want to structure our night on waiting for a pizza.
Don’t order the Veal. Ordered the Veal Ala Diego...asked if the meat was fresh and they swore it was the freshest. The Veal was thick nasty and tougher than the worst steak I’ve had. It was also egg battered which isn’t in the menu description and in a tomato sauce with huge chunks of tomato...not a brown sauce which is in the menu description . So disappointed in this dish...complete waste of money.
This place has some new owners and there pizza is phenomenal. the whole decor has changed and there kitchen food is very special. my favorite dish is the chicken scarpriello with ziti and scarpriello sauce instead of marinara sauce. If your in Yonkers I would Definetly stop by theres nobody around with that kind of pizza.
Under new management, but same great pizza. While it throws some people, I appreciate the extra salt in the dough. Their Buffalo Chicken slice is the best.
I dont personally eat the pizza, but my son does and he gives it a 4 out of 5. I say the 5 is worth it because the staff are great and provide good customer service.
One of my favorite pizza places. Thin crust cooked perfectly every time Ive been. I ordered delivery recently, fast and super delicious. Zeppolis were ridiculously good, sauces are excellent, I also like their sicilian slices.
If you like pizza thats hard and burned at the bottom, order from here. I called and asked if they could remake it or give me a refund. He did neither and told me thats how he makes all his pizzas so next time order it light. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again.

The individual slices are ok but I ordered a large Hawaiian and it was gross asf. The tall black hair guy in charge had no customer service skills whatsoever , I was so disappointed. Btw this is my very first negative review ever!

Love this place. My husband and I have ordered the pizza, pasta, burgers just to try different things from the menu and we have no complaints. The food is always delicious!
So rude!Rudest owner ever! He said pizzas ready and when we thought it was someone else’s he yelled at a 13 year old girl! And then he asked if she wanted a drink and started yelling again!
First time here myself and I was not impressed. It took about 15 minutes just for the waitress to come over after we sat down then seem to have an attitude when asked what drinks they had. After telling her we werent ready to order it took another 15 minutes to order. After getting our food no one came over to see if we needed more drink or how the food was. The food was subpar. Pasta wasnt seasoned that well and for some reason there was no salt/pepper at the table..While eating the waiter, waitress and chef were all on their phones. I can understand if you need to go on your phone, but go in the back where no one can see you. Common curtosey.

Pizza, garlic knots and penna alla vodka were amazing. My picky eaters gave them 5 stars
The staff are friendly and the food is great. Theres booths when you walk in if you just want to sit down to have a slice and theres also a dining area if you want to have a meal and be served.

2021-07-14I have to start off by addressing the hospitality, it’s A1. it’s a hot day today in Yonkers and Palisade Pizza has crisp air conditioning. i planned on eating in in my car but instantly changed my mind. the pizza chef was pleasantly smiling and welcoming, he joked a little, we laughed alot. i asked him about fountain drinks he said he likes the variety of the refrigerator instead, i understand. the ceiling tiles are painted of the American Flag 🇺🇸. the pizza was a re-heated slice, we either spoke too long or they serve their re-heated slices very crispy. the cheese was layed on thick, the sauce had a taste of home made. the grease built up i to a decent puddle, i love the grease but i had to let some drip off.

2022-06-24Wonderful service at the acoustic guitar center. My father traded in 2 guitars and bought a brand new Taylor. The prices for his guitars were generous and the transaction was handled very well. Would trade and buy from again!!

2022-06-09Never going to order from them ever again. I placed my order through Uber eats at 5:10pm. It is now 6:05pm and the poor delivery man has been waiting there since 5:20pm. I called the restaurant and asked why my pizza was taking so long and they immediately scolded me and then hung up the phone.

2018-12-08The slice will be piping hot with over load of toppings. The bread taste very doughy. Doesnt taste fresh, the slice will be floppy and oily.. Cant even fold the slice properly because it will fall all over the place. You need to use a spoon or fork to finish your slice. I have visited more than 5 times and overall I had a bad experience..
