Pam is a veri dedicated real estate agent. She sat down with us, answered any questions during the process. If there was any hiccups during our home buying process. Pam took the time and got the answers very quickly making the process as stress less as possible!

Where to start? My family arrived in upstate New York ready to close on a house we had not yet seen due to Covid-19. Our previous agent (NOT Pam) and inspector had us convinced the house needed a little updating but was otherwise charming and ready for move-in. It was a disaster; everything that wasnt dilapidated was broken and filthy. We were now homeless 1700 miles from family in a new strange area. We immediately cast a wide net for properties in all of upstate New York as we were not tied down to a specific locale.In comes Pam. She was immediately responsive, sympathetic to our desperate situation, and within a couple hours we had some home search results in her area and an HD video walkthru of a specific house we inquired about. She showed the area coming up to the house, the exterior, every room inside, spotted flaws, smelled the water, scratched at water stains, noted old (but not smelly!) carpet, identified and vouched for the electrician who wired the place... I was shocked. Most real estate agents Ive worked with are there to let you into houses you picked out yourself and collect commission on the paperwork. Pam answered all the questions I would have asked even though I wasnt there to ask them. She wasnt shy about identifying flaws with the house. She knew the area. She was extremely kind and gracious to work with.We ultimately chose a house closer to us geographically and didnt buy through Pam. I genuinely feel bad about that as she is one of the best agents Ive ever worked with, so I hope some of you read this and choose to work with her. Shes worth it!

I do not regret using Pam Pariso as my realtor one bit! She is very knowledgeable, always available when I had a question, and in my personal opinion she went above & beyond her job requirements for my wife and I. I promise you will not regret using her. I tryed more than 7 realtors in New York and Pennsylvania. Pamela is the BEST by far!!! WhenI contacted her she sent me a very professional video presentation. 2022-06-04Pam is a wonderful Realtor she made my husband and myself feel so at easy through the whole process. We lived out of the area and she was always available when we were in the area to show us houses we were interested in. She even offered to do virtual showings for us. 2022-03-15Pam proved to be an effective agent from the day we met her on a property visit to the day we closed on the deal. She did not spare her energy in following up on our business transaction and co-ordinating with all parties involved in the deal. After closing, we could not move on the property immediately but Pam agreed to keep an eye on the property and also liaised with service providers to make sure services were restored prior to our arrival. We recommend her to anyone who wants to get things done!

2022-04-06I contacted Pamela for help with selling my home in suburban area of Horseheads. She was quite condescending and rude! I was so shocked after I was so kind and unknowlegeable about selling my house.She even commented on how old my cell phone was! Not sure how she knew the 3 year age of my cell, but it serves my needs and apparently Pam only has respect for people who have a brand new and very expensive phone?Ive never been about money when I choose friends and she seems to be a low life who has latched onto a man for the money! Just saying and she was so very hurtful in what she did to me recently..I do have messages and text to confirm this.I was just so shocked when she called me!!
