This restaurant absolutely slaps. I recently moved out of Sullivan County and I’m realizing that I took this place for granted. The wings are decent as hell and reasonably priced. Pair that with a cheeseburger deluxe with fries and you have an absolutely banging meal for like $16. God I miss this place. Staff is super friendly, too.
If you want great food, I definitely recommend Panchos pizza. The food is amazing and pancho and his family are amazing as well. If youve never tried their food, youre definitely missing out.
We ordered a large cheese pizza to go and just ate a slice. If you want NY style pizza, this is the place. So good!
Their pizza crust is delicious, but the prices now are outrageous.Im sad because I was excited to have finally found a decent New York-style pizza place in Sullivan County but all of a sudden the prices went sky high. I was stopping a couple times a week to get 3 slices and a 20-oz drink for lunch for myself and a coworker. Used to cost me $9 which I thought was reasonable. Then it was $11. Still doable. Last time I went, it went up to $13 and some change...closer to $14. Nuts!Similarly, I just ordered 2 large pies with just extra cheese and picked them up and the price at the register was $40.45!!!!!*gulp*The best thing I can say about it now is that the super nice, short, hispanic girl with the high pony tail is very friendly and efficient. Everyone else there should be working for her.

My family are regular customers there and the food has always been good but now I place an order by phone for a large pie extra sauce and half extra pepperoni, 2 orders of cheese fries with mozzarella, and a medium calzone with pepperoni. Got home and found the Calzone was burnt, and the fries had a side of nacho cheese sauce. I called to let them know about the burnt calzone and about the cheese fries and the woman I spoke with said I didnt order mozzarella cheese because it is not the ticket, when I ordered on the phone she read the order back and said mozzarella. We went back an forth a couple of times about the cheese then I stated that I will take my business elsewhere from now on and she stated OK . She did not even care about the burnt food, and pretty much made sure we were at fault for not ordering the correct food, WHICH I did order the correct food.
Placed a simple order for delivery on 9/29/18 at 628pm. At 810 pm I called asked where our food was. Panchos stated they had to call delivery driver. They called me back and said he would be there any minute. Delivery driver arrived 10 minutes later. Food was cold as it had been sitting for a long time. I called Panchos and they stated that the delivery driver couldnt find our house and had to get someone else to bring our food, something that was not mentioned the first time I called. We were never called stating the deliver drivet is lost. My feeling is delivery driver wasnt lost but screwing around. Will not order from this place again!! Was never offered discount or price reduction.

Was very fond with people and food.....at first. Ever since they moved to the new location, the service is terrible. They forgot an order of mozzarella sticks on our last order. When we called to inform them, the owner himself called us liars. Very disappointed. Guess well just fight for parking for the origanal classic (piassanos). Main st liberty.
Done with this place. Terrible experience almost 2 years ago. Figured Id give it another try during everything going on and try to support local. Got off the highway to stop in after checking the hours on their site. Open sign on the door, lit up open sign in the window. Get halfway in and told theyre closed. Guess they dont want the business.
I tried to get my pizza delivered to me at SUNY Sullivan and my pizza took over an hour and the delivery guy was very disrespectful. Usually the pizza gets delivered to the lobby of the dormitory, the delivery guy told me that he was not meeting me in the lobby and that I would have to meet him by the door downstairs where we were told not to go through by our security guy. I spoke to management and they of course they took his side instead of saying Im sorry about that can you meet him half way by the sidewalk. He left and when I spoke to him he hung up the phone on me when I asked for a manager and told me he was one. This was very bad service. The Chinese restaurant delivered to me after and had no problem walking to meet me in the lobby. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Food is decent. Since theyve moved locations the quality of their service has declined. I dont like to go there anymore unless I call and order ahead of time and order my food to go.

The sandwiches are. Cheaply made hardly anything in them for the price they charge& they charge for everything! You want it on side? You will get charged for it.anything you want to put on your self from butter to mayo on side you will get charged add.l fee you get less for more money
I was told they don’t deliver because I am 9 minutes away and not 5. Then they changed their minds and first said I need a minimum of $20 and once I said okay what can I get to get passed 20 they said oh actually it’s a minimum of 50....

This place has roaches, went there to buy a slice and saw a roach. Told them about it and they said they have a small roach problem. Do not buy anything there. Now I know why the prices are high, pizza comes with roaches....

2022-04-08Ive eaten pizza all around the area. Panchos is the best. Best crust. Best flavor. Chicken wings are big and juicy. Good variety of sauces, medium wings are tangy and vinegar forward with good spice level. Get here.

2022-04-10A great value, two slices with pepperoni for $6.50, however, this is the type of place reminds me of diners who would literally eat anything. The crust on my Neapolitan pizza was overcooked, completely burnt, and stone cold. The dining room is a huge waste of space. Perhaps Gordan Ramsey could teach the owner a few things about running a kitchen. A huge menu, 5 tables and pizza that was sitting on the counter for hours. I say DONT BOTHER.

2018-08-09Panchos has moved from Mill Street to Sullivan Avenue where the old Chinese buffet used to be located. It is the weirdest place someone put an Italian pizzeria in a Chinese buffet. The space is way to big the decor is from the old restaurant and it is just odd. I went in the restroom and there were water stains in the toilets stains on the toilet paper dispensers. Other than a coat of paint (over a paper No Smoking sign) no one even took the time to sweep before opening the doors. The food was just OK not good enough to bring me back though. The one highlight was the waitress. She was very bubbly and welcoming.

2021-12-23Bought a stromboli and calzone. Their stromboli is not a stromboli...no cheese, no ham, no salami barely any pepperoni. Lots of peppers, onions and mushrooms. Did I mention it wasnt cooked all the way. Chunks of uncooked dough. So gross! I buy pizza from them often and never would I ever think that this was going to be a disaster

2021-10-15Their food was disgusting it was so bad and Im going to say when they first opened and they were over by Beer World in Liberty they did great wants to know. Over by Burger King the place went down the sitter I ordered a pizza from them about 6 months ago and it must have been one of the pizzas that were sitting out for you to get by the slice in the daytime Miss hard as a rock and you can tell it was old and then I was told that the guy has a really bad drinking problem hes not alcoholic so that doesnt help matters any but I wont go there over again and I used to be one of their number one customers so I dont know what went wrong

2021-06-22I used to go here all of the time food was always good. And always friendly staff. Up until a few months ago. I went in with an 80 dollar order one night and they forgot my wings all of my salads and the chicken parm I ordered was burnt to a crisp. I called the owner the next day due to me not getting home until late, (note this place is 45 minutes away from where I live). The owners response to my problem was “Why didn’t you come back so we could fix it?” Not a oh wow I’m sorry we will refund it for you. A “why didn’t you come back”. Quite an age rating experience. Maybe I just picked a bad morning to call. I may return maybe not.

2020-10-24We ordered two large salads and only revived one when we picked up dinner but they were nice enough to give us the second salad for free the next day. The garlic knots were took dry and tough to eat and to much garlic on them. We ordered buffalo wings and the sauce was to sweet and not Hot at all. The only good thing about our meal was the pizza that was good.
