This place needs to prepare more food. Every time I go visit there pans are empty. They claim they only put out a small amount at a time. The problem is, when I go there I have to substitute for something else or wait until they have time to make cook my choice. This is so frustrating. I will avoid this particular store. Im not please by their business attitude.
PLACING ONLINE ORDER HERE MEANS ANOTHER 20 MINS BY THE COUNTER, AND THE WHOLE LINE OF WALK INS GETTING FOOD BEFORE YOU. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Yes it is overpriced, yes its a chain and yes its as Chinese as General Tso chicken is, but compared to most Chinese food you get in Brooklyn (everything always tastes like garlic) PE is great. Good flavours, good portions, but yeah a bit too pricey. Still Ill have this over other Chinese food in the area.
I always buy the shrimp plate from there almost every week and it always comes up to $11. 25 something like that . I know they charge a dollars 25 cents extra for shrimps for the PLATE . And today I went to eat as usually and the girl wanted to double charge me for the plate that I always pay 11 something for ! And she said you totale is 13,84 !!!!!!!!!!! Doesn’t she know that the extra charge is for the plate not for the amount of the shrimps ????? I would never go back there again a very horrible service they don’t know anything about the prices .and they try make you spend more money for nothing . A very very very badservice . She even tried to tell me I was lying when I told her I always pay the same price !
The food is good. i went for dinner and there wasnt too much options out, but they were willing to make whatever I wanted. they let me taste a few things before choosing what to eat. its a good addition to the block. i will be back for the supper greens. very tasty.

Look its ready to eat no wait, but the blandest Chinese food that should be in a food court in a decaying mall in Long island. They rarely update their menu with new tastes and the majority of the combinations plates is rice or noodles with a tiny bit of the dish u ordered. But its not busy. Good for a quick bite.
Not very good. Dont waste your money. I ordered at 5:30 pm on a Sunday & the food tasted stale, cold & awful. The chow mein was obviously sitting there all day. I got the bottom of the serving. I asked for rice or veggies because the chow mein was not edible, the woman was nice but she gave more chow mein after I told her it didnt taste good. Makes no sense. At that point, I just left. I just threw $13 away.
I placed my order with the server, and part of my order was cheese Rangoon. As there were none in the showcase tray I had to wait for a batch to be cooked. After waiting several minutes, a tray of Rangoons were brought out and they were burnt. One of the cooking staff in the kitchen told the server that they burned and gave them to her to put in the case. I told the server I did not want burnt food and she asked the manager Rhona about them and she instructed her to put the burnt Rangoons in the showcase. I refused them. Panda Express needs to educate Rhona as a manager that if she cant supervise the quality of food thats being cooked in your kitchen and being served to your customers the restaurant will lose customers .I am a foodie and eat out at least 5X a week and I must tell you I am not going there again. Not only because of the audacity of the manager not willing to making another batch for the showcase but instructing her server to put them out so other customers buy the burnt ones. I also want to add that the angus beef was rubbery and the orange chicken I found a lot of small pieces of fried orange batter with no chicken in my order. Im paying for chicken not fried batter. As a newer restaurant and a restaurant in the area, I would expect only the best food preparation, customer service and quality.
First time going, the workers had an attitude as if they didnt want to serve the customers! Very rude and unprofessional...I decided to give it a shot, so i ordered a big plate .. the chow mein wasnt freshly prepared and tasted as if it had been stting out..the chicken teriyaki boneless thigh was not thoroughly cooked , it was still pink..i was grossed out and returned the food back! Will not be eating here again..
Clean resturant, very pleasant staff! Unfortunately, there is a small selection of food choices and much smaller portions even in purchasing their two or three selection plate for the price. The food however is good and fresh!
Always greeted and the employees are kind. Location is always clean - even through COVID. Service both in shop and delivery are FAST.
Rice not cooked enough and is hard
The customer service at this Panda Express is horrible! I am hoping PE follows McDonalds and Taco Bell and implement self-ordering screens, so that customers do not have to tolerate the trend of employee attitudes, biases, laziness and flat out lack of customer service skills in the fast food industry today. Limit the contact to just an exchange of order numbers. Do away with the servers/cashiers at the front.

First time being to a Panda Express. I love how all of choices are light yet filling. Most restaurants Ive been to foods has been very oily or gives you the feeling of eating too unhealthy.
The place was great. Good customer service and clean place. It was slow cause of the snowstorm but I would come back again. If I could I would work for company and location as assistant manager because it looks like they have a great manager.

Chinese fastfood restaurant. Delicious, a lot of food for your money. A great choice if you enjoy something else then a burger with fries. We enjoyed the sweetfire chicken.

So Im redoing my review because of the fact when they first open the food was fantastic Ive been back there several times afterwards and the food quality is extremely poor food is usually cold overcooked or undercooked as well as Ive had stale food several times first impressions are great with this place but after that its all downhill

2022-04-28Burnt chicken, and so called “premium” angus steak is literally a chewing gum when it comes to eating. Also they scam you with wok fired shrimps sending tempura shrimps instead for delivery. It’s sad but this place is getting much worse for the last year and simply sucks. I’ve been a customer for more than 3 years.

2022-04-22This location is very clean, friendly staff and has a pretty cute size seating area. They have an upstairs but it wasnt open when we were there. I would definitely go back again. My son enjoyed the chicken and i had the shrimp. Price wise it was ok.

2018-03-01It was pretty decent, not so many choices to choose from, really liked their chicken string beans and the orange chicken. The rice was really good and the chow mein was a little cold and dry. Price value for the dishes wasn’t bad. They also give you samples to try so don’t be afraid to ask. The sever was really nice and guided me through the options

2019-05-08This was UBER EATS for me, so details on the store wont be forthcoming. The photos online does match up with the actual presentation, but the portions is small if your greedy like me. I have better Chinese food for less $$$$$ with better quality for quantity. I wont be going back 😔😞😔☹️ because I must have more for my money or could pack lunch for much less. Particular, when it comes to the preparation. It wasnt up to my standards. It wasnt good or bad, Im just torn to indifferent.

2021-11-25TLDR: Always a delicious, fast, modern, and clean experience.As expected, very good food laid out in buffet fashion in front of you. Reasonable prices given the freshness and taste of everything on the menu. Friendly staff, open to small talk. I love the concept of the glass-walled kitchen so you can look inside and observe the careful measurement of ingredients and cooking of said ingredients. Restaurant is very clean and modern; well designed.

2019-05-04I was here late for dinner and almost everything was over. I asked for kung pao chicken and they said it would a long wait, so I got the orange chicken and fried rice. I think for the quantity served the food is overprice. Its not steaming hot. But it is delicious, the honey walnut shrimp is amazing!

2020-01-05I made an order of broccoli with meat and the only thing that served was broccoli. I go to the box and ask if that was Broccoli with meat and all he knew was that they had no more and could give me some meat. Then the other person who attended told me that you could not give me more meat. Pay so much for a lot of broccoli.
