Been ordering take out food here for the past 3 years. Decent Chinese food. Not authentic but good food. They also deliver.I just live on Argyle road a few blocks away. This is my go to late night food spot.
Have been ordering from Panda House for quite a while. However, today was our last time. The food here is pretty good if you actually receive it. Customer service is horrific. You can expect a 50/50 chance items will be missing from your order.Today we ordered from Panda House for a New Years Eve get together. It was a 45 minute wait for delivery, which was fine and exactly what they quoted.Unfortunately, 4 items were missing from our order, 3 of them being appetizers. Called Panda House and was quoted 25 minutes for the missing items. After complaining, they said 15 to 20 minutes.Sure enough, it was in fact another 45 minute wait for our missing items. Since we were done with dinner by the time the missing items arrived, I told the driver I didnt want the food and to just give me my money back. The driver then proceeded to try to make a deal with me, offering me the food and half my money back. I demanded and received the full money back for the missing food, and the driver left with it.Panda House should have given us our money back and the missing food for free, at the very least.To be clear missing food is a common occurence at Panda House, and quite honestly it seems the staff could care less. Complete incompetance for something so simple. I am done putting up with their nonsense for the sake of decent Chinese takeout.If you are thinking of ordering from Panda House, ask yourself if you are feeling lucky...
I never leave reviews but I had to with this one. Found a roach in my soup, enough said. To top it off, they wouldnt give me my refund back and told me to call customer service of Seamless. Seamless then put me on hold and called them (again) to get my refund.

2021-05-01Pleasantly surprised! The food here is priced low and the portion size is large. The quality is good, and theyre pretty quick with getting the orders to you.The only complaint I had was with the rice. Ive felt their rice is a little dry, but still flavorful. A very small complaint to an overall good experience.Highly recommended if youre in the east meadow area.

2022-02-06Panda House has always been our go-to Chinese take out. Very good dishes, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. I never had an issue with my order. I use them even though there are 3 other places that are closer to where I live. Would recommend!

2020-01-23We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we came to this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely time there with excellent dishes and a professional stuff and a great cuisine. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall definitely come back very soon. Highly recommended.

2019-12-31I do not understand what has happened to Panda in the last few weeks.. but, I’ve never been so disappointed. We’ve been ordering from here for 3 years, the food is always delicious.. but these last few times they just keep messing up our order.. forgetting sauces...we have called back for our sauces, ordered food to make it less of a hassle, and they STILL forgot our sauces. We gave it one more try, made it very stern not to forget anything... and what happens? They forgot the sauce which is advertised with there meal... again, for the third time. Thank you Panda for being delicious, but until you can double check your order before paying.. don’t bother. Also- they walked through our backyard to our door (which is fine) but left the gate wide open.. and we have pets... i don’t like that :/
