I have ordered here dozens of times over the last couple years. The food is always consistently good in my opinion. Also, most of the time they come to me in less than 20 minutes. Just the customer service is so so at times.
The food is yummy my husband and i love it we drive out of our way to eat there instead of the one by my house. We usually order rib tips rice shrimp and broccoli or chicken wings. None of those items disappoint.
They have been serving ENY people, for years! You can enjoy watching them prepare your food, nothing hidden. The atmosphere is great, and they recieved a A on the door. I have eaten there for years with no problem. If you have a problem rest assure they will fix it! Enjoy people....mawh!
They are slow and the wait is too long at times. The food is made fresh, that is if you can get enough to eat lol! They are cheap with portions!
The food is good , and the person who answer the phone is nice , but please becareful with the deliveryman, he be saying the order cost more and plus he takes out the delivery tip! Make sure when you call to tell the lady to write down the total of what you perchase in a reciept, and make sure he gives you the total amount and then give him a tip! If he deserves it! Plus yes they need bbq sauce!
Theyre fine people, but today i found a fly on my chicken wing and french fry order. That one little incident right there makes me not eat there anymore. Disgusting, highly disappointed.
They give you old chicken, & nasty, old shrimp, in your shrimp fried rice. I hate when businesses think they can come to black neighborhoods & sell us GARBAGE! They will not be getting my business anymore. If youre thinking about going here, please reconsider. This business should be shut down, or at the very least, paid a visit by the Health department.
I waited an OVER a hour to recieve food from a store literally 6 minutes away by walking ( the excuse was that they didnt have my address even though I called twice). My food wasnt hot and it was soggy. The delivery man instinctively tried to keep my change and didnt give me full change for my order when he finally did give me change.
PANDA is the worse Chinese restaurant I have ever had. The food is not good and they are RUDE RUDE RUDE! They got my order wrong, one of my kids had No meal, and when we called the hung up on us twice. Then said they would bring the food; not that I wanted it after that, but they lied and I had to get my daughter something else. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. Dont waste your time or money. Go anywhere but Here!
Excellent food and fast courteous service. I am allergic to MSG and a lot of Chinese restaurants claim that they dont use it in their dishes but this is not so. This restaurant definite does NOT USE MSG...
First time and last time!!!!!!! They gave me DIRTY SHRIMP in my egg foo young. How disgusting!!!! And the food was horrible tasting anyway.
These people are so rude over the phone I will never order anything from them again. My food took 45 min and I live 5 min away or less depending on traffic. I call to find out where is my food and the guy told me I am very busy it is coming than hang up the phone on me. Rude ass Chinese people never me again.

2021-07-27Don’t get me wrong I like Panda’s food as long as it is a pickup order. Anytime I order through delivery or uber eats the quality of the food is not up to par. Two days in a row I ordered 1/2 chicken and lo mein both days they sent me old dry almost inedible chicken. I called and they tried to tell me all of their chicken was fresh as if I don’t know the difference. Don’t insult my intelligence I spend to much money with them to receive that quality of food. If you must have Panda I don’t recommend delivery of any sort.Edit: I must be a glutton for punishment. I ordered half chicken again and got the same results and had the nerve to tell me that all of their chicken is fresh. Does this look fresh to you? Get it together Panda this is unacceptable you can’t serve people food like this.

2021-03-01Ordered Singapore mei fun, which comes with pork, chicken, shrimp and vegetables; small thin noodles my fav. 🤤 ( was very skeptical because, i dont like it from everywhere). And chicken wings with garlic sauce. Everything tasted good. $17. They are right down the block from me which is a +. Not too mention the noodles were enough for 3 meals; i ate it twice with still some left. (Not a light eater).Thats the leftover pic. The wings and when I first got it. Lots of shrimp. 🤤

2022-02-04The food is quite decent here, much better than places closer to me. Portions are good, and the wonton soup has some nice pieces of pork added like one would get in the old days. Dumplings arent the greatest (doughy) but thats typical for these places. Singapore Rice Noodle Chow Mei Fun is always yummy.

2020-10-25The delivery man was nice but as far as my order... horrible. They didn’t get anything right but the chicken wings. The customer service needs to be improved and the delivery time as well. I will not be calling them anymore. (I ordered Tofu with mixed veggies no mushroom and no celery; had both of them)(I ordered veggie rice noodles no mushroom no celery and same thing; all up through there)

2021-05-05The food was decent but the driver was so rude. My mom went downstairs did not see him. He called me and told me to come on hurry up we are busy. Which is not my mom fault she did not know who was the driver since he stood in his car. Very bad customer service.

2021-03-14Its just ok and the worker behind the counter with the black glasses is really rude. She got my order wrong I asked her to fix it and started tossing the food that was done across the counter and talking trash to the others. Will not go back in there ever. And the hot sauce is really watered down.

2021-07-01Came once to deliver to my house, food was ok. Called back the next week and they refuse to deliver to me. I am only 1.3 miles away and they said that was too far. Awful customer service, very rude. Do not give them ur business

2018-08-11The food is delicious, Im not even gonna front, but the person that takes the orders and the deliverymen are something else. First, the lady either cant hear or understand you for nothing and then cant pronounce the prices properly. The deliverymen add $2 to your total when they come to the door as if you werent told the price over the phone or its not written on the menu they send. Theyre my peoples, but Im boycotting their delivery service after too many late deliveries and thieving prices at the door.
