Panda Kitchen in other cities:
Terrible. Ordered, had food delivered. Food over 20 minutes late. I live about a mile away from shop. Order was confirmed over the phone correct, we were given Chicken Gizzards instead of Orange Chicken. Called in and rude woman said we confirmed Chicken Gizzards. WRONG. After which she states that the Orange Chicken is $2.50 more. I said thats ridiculous, you gave us the wrong food all we want is a substitution for what we ordered. Refused. I said youre over 20 minutes late as well. She said were very busy. That means absolutely nothing. Said we could bring the food back and shed give us money back. Unreal. Poor service. Any legit food establishment would replace the order. Middling food at best anyway, but will never patronize again.
Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I ordered 6 dinners on 4/9/2018 and 4 of us got sick. The Orange Chicken you get at Save A Lot taste better then what you get at this place. The General Tso Chicken was soggy and the fried rice was more like Uncle Bens microwaeable chicken flavored rice. And when I asked for extra Broccoli I was told they dont serve it with their dinners. I wouldnt let my dog eat here so I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I suggest you order from the place at Delaware and Hertel.
Dont know where those other folk were--I found friendly people (Yes, they do speak little English, but I always go in to place my order) and decent food. Their steamed dumplings are magnificent. Inside they have printed menus--circle the item, and whoevers manning the counter yells it back to the cooks in Chinese. Ive never had a problem with an order. And if I have a large order, someone always gets the door for me. The fact that their English is limited does mean that if you call, you should speak slowly when ordering over the phone.
We love Panda Kitchen and eat there once a week. They have delivery but we pick up our take out. They say 10 minutes and its almost always right. CASH ONLY! I love the lo mein and my husband always orders pepper steak with white rice. Really good fried rice too. Kids like the wonton soup. Egg rolls are meh but the crab rangoons are delish! Good prices.
Only place in buffalo where chicken wings and fried rice is 18 bucks first said 8 99 then 11 for vegetable rice then a guy got on after telling me chicken went up hung up on my face I know price went up but naw yall can keep that, they can go to hell, Chinese restaurant in university only 11 bucks for same thing
It was good at first then we became regulars n started finding things in our food mostly paper tissue then went to complain n the manager kept saying no no no so after all that he said come pick up a order for free if u want because he wouldn’t refund me or delivered so I said I just want no tissue in my food then he hung up on me
This place is disgusting never eat here . Saw a rat run to the back of the kitchen never come here ever , I’m warning you the most disgusting place ever , needs to get shut down immediately, if your currently ordering something from here cancel it asap....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2022-04-03This place is horrible to say the least. So dirty inside. Very cold, I dont think they can afford heat. Shrimp fried rice, horrible. Shrimp egg foo young.. I believer they used dried potatoes to fill them and the egg rolls were so greasy. First, our order was sent out the door to someone else, they told me it wasnt touched. After paying $40.00 I felt robbed. Got home, they called to say they forgot to give us the chicken wings we ordered. I cant eat this food, I am going to have it inspected.

2022-03-29Very good Chinese food the lo mien and generals chicken was very good however I found the sauce missing a little kick....would be 5 stars but the restaurant was not heated and it was quite uncomfortably cold in thier store

2019-09-15I sincerely wish I could give this place less than one star. The pictures provided are my quart of Kung Po chicken, which had less than 8 gross little flabby pieces of meat, about the size of a quarter. The crab rangoons I ordered were smaller than my fortune cookie (which was also stale), and had very little, and sometimes no filling, that was ice cold. Please please please, if you see this review turn away, Ive lived in this city for 20 years and have never had worse food than this. Anything you order from anywhere would be better than this.

2020-08-30I dont see what all these 1-star reviews are complaining about. This is a pretty typical Chinese takeout joint, not PF Changs. The flavors are supposed to be mild so you can add condiments to your taste. The decor is going to be outdated and the kitchen is going to be messy. The workers arent buttering you up like youre local royalty. Youre paying

2019-04-03I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I spent $40 on 2 meals and it was a waste of money. I ordered 2 egg foo young and got one quart of rice, the gravy was more on a sweeter than savory side. I was given the run around when I called and asked for my 2nd quart. The crab rangoons were oily and had 1/4 of a teaspoon of filling if at most, the egg rolls were just as oily. Never again!

2020-08-01Food was terrable! The woman cook came in from outside and didnt ever wash her hands then went strait to prepairing food. Many times of her handling money and food she not once washed her hands. I waiting 40 minutes for my food and it was over cooked and dry. Part of my combo was cold like it was fridgerated and preheated, it was awefully gross. Kitchen is very dirty as well as the floors and doors. I will never eat at this chinese place ever again. They should be shut down!

2021-09-03We werent impressed to be honest with you. Veggies were limp and overcooked. They skimped on the meat. Reminded me of Chinese food youd get out of a can in the 1960s or 1970s. Might give it another chance and try food suggested by other reviewers.
