Went to get my fiance a nice ring as a christmas gift. She fell in love with it. What can I say jewelry are a females best friend. The workers stayed after closing just so I could come into the store. I did call before time and told them what area Im from. They stayed an extra 15 mins and were greatful to help me.
Usually staff at pandora are very friendly, I used to go here a lot before. Recently I was passing by the area and wanted to go see what new collections they had and the lady in the front told me that I’m not allow to look through the store unless I’m purchasing something, which was not only rude but very odd because like I said I have purchased here before. Very disappointed. Not coming back.
I went already knowing what i wanted to buy , the associate that helped me (didnt ask for her name but the receipt says Bella) was very nice and attentive , she took her time with me and even educated me on what size i should buy my bracelet since i was exchanging mine and it was too big. Overall i really like this store and will be going back soon!
They hardly had charms, New bracelets, or cleaned items.They charged for a recycled bag, that was dirty, looked used and wasnt presentable to give as a gift. Wasnt pleased with this location at all. My attendant was new, in a rush, and had no knowledge about his work. Wasnt pleased at this location.
The Pandora employees were very inviting and helpful and stayed with us the entire time during our visit. They had a great selection and was able to show us what was available for the upcoming season.One negative experience about the visit was that although we did take a little longer than most customers, (I assume), the employee that was helping us was very patient expect for the momentary frustration that was visibly shown on their face and I happened to have caught when I looked up.
Ms. Luz Diana Perez is a great sales associate. I visited the store on 29 March 2019, a young man was helping me who was in training, Ms. Perez assisted in the sale by helping me select other charms and placing the new charms on my daughters bracelet. The sale was going to the new employee; however, Ms. Perez assistance and professionalism was outstanding. I spent approximately $600 due to the hard work and customer care provided by Ms. Perez. Great customer service Ms. Perez, thank you!!!!
I went here to buy a gift for my sister & the sales rep I dealt with that day had an attitude, a slight attitude. I guess it was because I kinda looked a bit bumbish in my style of dress cuz I just got off work, but let me tell u, I noticed they treat u off appearance. Not good at all. But when I pulled out my black card, she asked if I wanted anything else & kept asking me to get this charm & such. Lol. Never going back!
I walked in a 4 employees standing around and did not say a word to me. Another associate comes out from the back and greets me. A couple walks in and they sre immediately greeted. They refused to acknowledge me. Never going back there. They cater to a certain type of people. Extremely disproportionated by their behavior.
Terrible! Speak as I find, wanted to buy several charms and was summarily ignored by everyone in the store, manager included! Maybe you guys enjoy throwing money away, but I for one will not be back! Also, I watched you roll your eyes at us after we left! Disgusting way to treat customers!
Customer service is horrible. The sales person showed no interest in servicing us, she was cleaning someone else bracelet and when I asked her how much was the charm Mickey and Minnie she told me 50 then when I told her that I wanted the charm all of sudden the price when up to 85, she didn’t offer to clean the bracelet once I told her that I wanted the charm put on. She takes the charms off to balance it and put my charm in the same box with the person bracelet that she was cleaning. When I asked why the price changed she said when she looked in the book it was 85. Instead of throwing a price out there she should have checked first she never apologize. Never going back there
Walked into the store to look at the New York charms to buy myself a souvenir of our holiday. Was told by the sales assistant that I could not come into the store to look. Seems we could only be there if we already knew what we wanted to buy. Unfortunately I like to look at what Im going to buy before I decide to buy it, so we had to leave. The couple who came in after us were allowed to stay and look though. Perhaps the fact we were in jeans and shirts and they were in fancier clothes helped the sales assistant decide who could stay and who had to go? Lost my business now though, Ill buy my souvenirs elsewhere.
I visited Pandora Times Square December 3, 2016. We were greeted at the door and waited just a few moments for an available sales associate. The store itself was welcoming and conducive to a pleasant shopping experience, then we met Paige. She was amazing. Professional, courteous, patient and SO helpful. It took me a while to choose the ring I wanted as it was to be a gift. Paige took the time to show me a variety of rings in the type and size I needed, then tried each one on as she was the same size so I could see how it would look. I happily made my purchase. Thank-you, Paige. Pandora is lucky to have you and I was lucky to be your customer that day.
I wrote a detailed review about my awful experience in this lets say Pandora Store...But the service i got here not even deserve to be called Pandora at ALL, I have visited several Pandora Stores in several countries, since im a collector everytime I travel i visit pandora to get a Charm for my traveler bracelet...I came to this store in 2 different occasions to give a second chance to this store BUT the second experience was even worse than the 1st...the personal treated me like I was there begging for charms...hell no I was not...when I asked the employer to wrap a gift, he stucked a small bag in the bigger bag I had and told me they didnt wrap at pandora which is NOT true since I been buying on Pandora stores since 2008 and they do wrap, but he didnt want to. Notice that I spended more than 100 usd on my short visit...and definitely didnt buy more because of the bad attitude of the employees here. And after my detailed review with pictures and proofs somehow my review was not longer available Instead of doing something to upgrade their service they deleted my review....shame! And Now I see other clients write on their reviews this store needs new management and i will add employers that like to work there, because the attitude i got the two times i visited this store it seems they are not even paid to be there. If you need pandora go to other store.
So me and my mother came it last week (16th April). I had loads of spending money left over so thought I would treat myself. Baring in mind this was our last day in NYC and had a 12hr journey later that day to get home me and my mother were dressed in leggings, comfy top, trainers... basically totally opposite to smart. You may ask why this is important. Well the woman standing at the door immediatly looked down at us. Slowly came over to greet us. When asking how much some charms were basically said some are more expensive than others, some are 55 some are 75 it varies.... believe it or not ive got pandora charms, i know they vary but i wanted specific prices. Apparently a hard question to answer.Anyway another customer entered the store, she was well dressed, looked more well off. My mum said it was similar to the scene in pretty woman where the shop assistants wont serve because she didnt look like she could afford anything... yeah, that. The sales assistant rushed off to serve the other customer leaving us....Luckily the day was saved by another woman, who was lovely. Went above and beyond to help us. I bought two charms, as I cant get them in the UK. Mum however did not. Totally spoilt her experience. Maybe some staff should learn not to judge someone by what they are wearing.
Good morning. I am Brazilian and last week my friends and I bought some charms and bracelets at Pandora Times Square ( we spent more than 400 US dollars ) Specially , We bought four charms New York medal to remember our trip. I used my bracelet two times and unfortunately my medal was lost because the link opened. I was really sad and disappointed with the quality the product. It would must be more safe, maybe it would must be solder to avoid to open. I would like to let you know my indignation because I really love Pandora products and it would must to be revised to improve the quality the products. Thanks a lot.

2022-06-14I visited Pandora today to pick out a gift for a friend thats relocating. I really liked the store. The young lady (Monae) that showed me the bracelet was very helpful and nice. Now I want to get another bracelet for myself.

2022-07-16Sales people are rude, long wait time. Checking charms out to add to my bracelet the sales person moves my bracket around when I’m trying to decide which to get. She did it 5 times more or less and it got so annoying. She counted the charms I was looking at every 10th of a sec. So annoying and ruins my shopping mood. Was so not necessary. I would have went to a different shop and spend the money there if it wasn’t for the trouble and time. Seriously rude and disrespectful. The female sales person before done with me went and help someone else. I hope the sales person who put his name under my purchase doesn’t get the credit or points for selling something out. He did not put in any effort in selling the items to me. His name is Brandon. He don’t deserve to claim the credit on my purchase. The female sales person’s name I don’t know.
