A typical Panera Bread with pretty good friendly service, but unfortunately it does does not have the variety of options that the Riverhead one does. I also think their lattes are too sweet/rich, mine always tastes like they put half and half instead of regular milk. Not sure what to think about this Panera Bread.
Olny disappointing thing is portion size . IT can get pricey for a fast food chain. Quality is there and this location always has a well trained and warm staff. Healthy option and a comfortable place to wind down or study. Price to portion size is a joke. Priced like a sit down not a chain.
And employee met us at the door, opened it for us, went behind the counter to take our order and then rushed to make our smoothies - which were great!
Arrogant Latino workers. Went Christmas Eve. 620 pm. People still eating. Arrogant Latino asks me do you need something of course I do, Im standing in line. I reply can I have a green goddess salad the arrogant little Latino seemed to enjoy saying sorry, were closed. I didnt bother to say theres people still eating, its only 620, even though its Christmas Eve, didnt say anything. Just blank stared at him. Im also of Spanish descent so I think I can say he was an arrogant little Latino who enjoyed NOT serving food to someone who was hungry Christmas Eve. Horrible service. Stop hiring immigrants who have a bad attitude towards Americans. Check the video. 620 pm. Christmas Eve.
The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We absolutely liked the ambience of this restaurant. First-rate restaurant to take the family out for lunch.
This would be 5 stars today IF the counter person would respond the thank you with anything other than uh-hu. Please train the staff about hospitality portaion.Ms. Davia (my cashier) was the first impression. I was little nervous about the rest of the staff whether they were happy working there. Gladly, the lady who served the sandwich was very sincere.
Food was very good & the ordering & preparation was quite fast. My wife had half a turkey sandwich with avacado dressing & I had a large bowl of chicken noodle soup
The management team and staff of the Bridgehampton location are exceptional! They always go above and beyond in every way, They have become like family to us over the years

I get a Ham & egg over easy with Cheddar cheese on fresh baked whole wheat bread for breakfast at least 3 times a week and it always tastes great
Man this place takes mad long to get your food from. Get an hour for lunch driving a tow truck and barley made it back to the yard in time. If you have something planned for the day not the right place to visit.

2022-02-24Terrible service, overpriced for mediocre foodMy kids love this place, but I dont see why the food is just ok nothing special for the price........ I am done with this place after today I took my son there so could have lunch together the casher was very confusing and rude....... she kept calling my son a girl maybe it because he had a mask on so I will give her a pass but charging me $19 for my sons pick to meal, and not clearly expressing to me why made me not even want to order lunch for myself or even want to be there anymore but the line was huge, and she wasnt making sense I didnt want to hold up the line. you I just paid asked for the food to go and left. That will be the last dollar I ever spend at this store as the price I was charge is unacceptable.

2021-04-25Could be better in that layout has one walking the length of the long narrow store and staff seems disconnected from their customers. They seem so locked into some policy which makes getting payment the most important aspect of your visit as opposed to customer satisfaction.

2019-01-25Panera always has a great variety of excellent menu selections. The service is terrific, prompt and attentive. Plenty of comfortable seating at all times make visits a pleasure. Everything is clean and accommodating, from the free water cups to the well maintained restroom. They really know what keeps people coming back for more... And they have Great bread too!

2020-11-25Painfully inefficient service. I waited over 25 mins for a soup to-go while sandwiches and flatbreads ordered after mine were coming out seemingly in no particular order. The staff was unfazed by the wait time and rather than even attempt to apologize, the woman told me “there’s a lot of orders” which I was not oblivious to. I’d avoid this location if you can, there’s a bakery inside King Kullen which is in the same shopping plaza.

2018-03-30I like the soup and sandwich deals. Good coffee, nice place to sit with your computer. I often go there to have lunch and catch up on paperwork. Usually not crowded. Staff is friendly. Manager is friendly also. Very clean place.

2019-05-15Decent Panera in the Bridgehampton Commons, nice, clean, pleasant staff. I usually get my Steak and Arugula which is very good. Love the Lobster Roll. They will be getting them at the end of May for the season.
