Try the new sourbread bowl. Vegetarians - Panera bread substitute brocolli chicken soup with Autum Squash/Corn soup in the sourbread bowl. Amazing taste and texture.

Zero stars - I will never step foot inside this establishment solely because of the way they abuse parking in the CITY OWNED parking lot next door - Panera drivers double parking up to 9 cars at a time and preventing patrons of other LOCALLY owned businesses (and their own Panera customers as well!) from using the lot. They don’t own this lot and for them to put up signs that say “Panera customers only” and double park other cars is absurd and disgusting.
Food was not bad but SERVICE!!!! Didnt great us when we came in, then while I was waiting for my food. Alexa asked me if I needed something, I replied just watching while I wait. She said, Maam I cant have you stand here like that. Not our first trip at all and the only time I was asked to not wait for my food on the counter. Hope she didnt do anything to my food, why else can I not be here?
The food at this Panera was subpar compared to the one I go to in Hamburg, NY. I usually love the Cobb salad. My lettuce was wet and wilted and my friends salad was too.I couldnt even tell if there was dressing on it. I would have taken it back biut we didnt have a lot of time for lunch. One of the workers grabbed my plate while I was still eating; my fork was in the bowl. The bread was great as was my drink. The silver lining was that everyone was really nice.
I am a meeting planner and placed a catering order on behalf of a client. The order was over 25 minutes late which is a major setback when you have a full day meeting agenda planned. When I called to ask about the status, the person on the phone did check where the driver was but wasnt friendly and didnt apologize. Overall, even though Paneras food is good, I cant recommend if delivery isnt even close to timely.
Great salads..soup and bagels! Get the reward card. They have the best rewards! My favorites are the kitchen sink cookie, the toasted asaigo bagel with butter, the Greek salad with Cesar dressing..french onion soup. They have great baguette bread and use great butter. The have a coffee subscription that is Free for 3 months and seems to be free after that to! They keep extending it! I always get 2.00 off rewards and free bagels for a month! And now I they have a promo for 3.00 off an entree like a full salad..pizza and or bowl of soup etc. You can combine it with a reward too! Really good deals...!! I had a free half salad, free bagel and free cookie the other day. Check it out!
Hello World, I have been to Panera Bread several times with the family. The staff is wonderful, the food is a but expensive for certain dishes, but if they gave a little more quantity the cost would be okay.I do wish and hope that the management think about adding more food choices for vegans and soon. I have been a vegan for 10 years and its difficult dinging out. Think about it Owners have a beautiful day.
I tried to place a catering order and the person taking my order tried their best to make it very difficult, as if I was putting them out so I walked away. This is the problem when national chains overrun charming neighborhoods, their customer service lacks because you are only a number to them and they dont care if you dont come back...and I wont.

Been to Panera multiple times, food all the same but I had placed an order through the Panera app, ordered a chicken sandwich on a toasted croissant and a bagel toasted with cream cheese & asked for the cream cheese to be put on the bagel since this was togo.Sandwich came on bread not a croissant and bagel came not toasted and not even cut with cream cheese on the side, no knife, I grabbed one good thing.They clearly didn’t read the notes on how we wanted the food… who orders one bagel whole not toasted with a side of cream cheese?Very disappointed and this is not the first time this Panera has gotten my order wrong, they never put the cream cheese on the bagel no matter how many times I ask or place a knife in the Togo bag… but this is the first time they did not toast or even cut the bagel.Do better Panera
I frequent this location often and the food is always good. I really want to like panera bread coffee (especially when it was free) but its never made correctly. I ordered a Caramel cappuccino and when I finished my drink, all the Caramel was at the bottom as if they didnt stir it. I wondered why it tasted kind of unsweetened as I was drinking it. Panera is known for their bread not for their coffee/baristas so Ill just keep that in mind going forward!
Placed a pickup order but they messed it up. 2 stars because the sandwich was delicious, but the coffees were terrible. We ordered a vanilla latte and a caramel one both regular size. We got 2 different sizes and neither of them tasted like vanilla or caramel. Plus they were terrible. I don’t think the guy working there knew how to make them. Also, waited an extra 20 minutes past the pickup time they gave me.
Dont ever get a salad to go. They load it up with old, wilted, rotting greens. Yuck. And at what you pay for it, youd think youd be able to eat it. Mac and cheese was good though.
I really like piranha breakfast somethings enough for other things I dont get too often because I think its very expensive and Im on my and Im on a budget

I understand why people love this bougie place. I ordered soup that was tasty and bug free. The grilled cheese was made by hand too! Delish! Im giving it only four stars because figuring out how to order complicated things.
First time ordering there and they get my order wrong. I ordered a grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup. And the sandwich I got was a little of everything in the kitchen and cheese. Smh. It was still good. But NOT what I ordered.
Nice cozy place in the heart of the town. Parking was available. Food was tasty and arrived fast. It gave us energy to proceed on our journey with full and happy bellies. Panera keeps it standards high and we like it.
Was it good sure it was they are all consistent and very good. However dont bother showing up after 5pm because they have nothing left as far as baked goods. No selection and what they had they had very little about of. Maybe they changed their mind about keeping fully stocked until close. So much for the after work crowd wanting to bring home some bagels.
Everyone is always incredibly friendly and helpful here! The parking lot is always packed during peak hours so maybe try to go a little before or after breakfast and lunch times especially
Nice place for a quiet coffee or lunch. Parking is a problem because they share the lot with Spot coffee and Agave. Look for places on Elmwood or side streets and walk a bit. Their delivery cars should have a designated place. They block parking frequently.

Waited 10 minutes in curbside pick up, finally go in and see my bag is just sitting in curbside with all the employees just laughing and talking in the corner.... Horrible horrible horrible customer service every time I go there and the last time before that they gave my order to someone else and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake it! Service is poor, the food is thrown together. Purchased a grain bowl 8/27/20 made with the arugula on top. Everytime I have a order delivered something is wrong. Will not order anything else from this location. Manager lies about sending a meal replacement coupon, takes your information and never sends it in the mail
Twice I have been in. .and NOT close to closing and there has been a very limited supply/choice of coffee. They are willing to make it but that entails quite a wait! The food orders are often incorrect as well. They need to pay closer attention to detail and customer service.
My girlfriend and I have been really wanting to try this place. we walked in very hungry but also Really having to use the restroom....heres the thing you cant use the restroom unless you wait in line then buy food then get a four digit PIN off of your receipt to open the bathroom door. We didnt know what we wanted to eat yet and were going to look at the menu so we left because I could not hold it long enough. This is financial discrimination. Went elsewhere and will not be going back.....💩👎👎🏿👎🏻👎🏼👎🏽👎🏾
Food is always excellent!!!! I gave this location a 3 star rating because of the parking. I come here every now and again with my boyfriend and I can NEVER find a spot. There have been a couple of times I got so frustrated that I left, which means the restaurant is loosing out on my money just because of parking issues. Another incident was when the delivery guy took the last parking spot in the parking lot, in order to keep business the delivery guys should have another designated parking spot besides the customer parking lot because you are loosing buisness. Today I actually got hit by another car who had parked illegally just to get a chance to be able to go into the restaurant. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP or you’re going to keep loosing business!

The Panera Bread is almost like a self serve Kiosk. Ordering is quick and receive a pager to tell you when your order is ready to pick up. Like any mainstream national chain the food is generic and what you expect considering where you are. The Caramel Shake was fantastic!
I always get my lunch from here on my busy weekdays. They have a wide variety of salads and sandwiches! Will order again.
Great food! But really rip you off on the portions. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and it was literally half full, so basically they have me a cup-wish I hadnt tipped-especially with the nasty attitude the Puerto Rican girl gave me when I brought it up! Learn respect AND customer service plz!!

From what I remember this used to be a block buster. Which says nothing about the quality of the food and drink here. But more of the layout of the place. Its super awkward and kind of claustrophobic. I mean, the color scheme is similar to what youre used to seeing at other Panera Breads but it feels constricting. When its busy you might be stuck sitting in the booths near food pick-up which can get really annoying really quickly.The service is great, the food is whats expected, the space is weird. Its not a deal breaker, and if youre looking for Panera, this is the place. But if youre looking for a place to relax or a quick snack there are local alternatives, literally, walking distance away.
Friendly staff and good variety of options. The pick two allows you to choose from salads, sandwiches, mac & cheese and soups. Everything tastes fresh and orders come up quickly. You can also order ahead and pick up.
High quality food and breads but fairly pricey. I go there a few times a year when I am a-hunkering for a large loaf of Asiago bread with a dozen bagels and have extra money in my pocket to spend on those delicious carbs.
This location have two types of area an opened and a semi private back. Which makes it even better.
Papers bread has the best salads and the Elmwood location has one woman who is the sunshine of the entire place. The atmosphere is great for a business meeting g and studying. The food is good and taste great.

I sadly had to cancel my “Unlimited coffee subscription” it was more of a hassle to get the coffee. Order was NEVER on the Rapid Pick Up shelf.
Great location, however sometimes (especially during the week) the place is overrun with students (Nardin and Canisius are within walking distance, so thats understandable). Otherwise, its a great Panera. Be sure to ask for a restroom code since the bathrooms are code-protected.

2022-04-03Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests & the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I dont drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and thats included, YAY!Oh you gotta try the pick 2 - BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the Citrus Salad with Chicken, OMG so so good. I do add the freezy onions (which is free of charge) it is simply the best. Of course, add the cinnamon roll (get the one with the most frosting lol which is my weakness for only $0.99 because I also have the unlimited coffee. ;)Lastly, the area up front with the glass windows makes for perfect people watching. The only downfall I would say the glass area gets shut down early & customers have to eat in the back area. But make no mistake, I love this place & 100% recommend it! :)

2022-03-12Worst Panera Bread, EVER. Too bad it is the closest to my house. Twice a week I ask for my breakfast wrap with extra egg white. Usually they REPLACE the regular egg or do NOT ADD the extra I payed for. Today was specially awful with cold scrapes of whatever it is they call “eggs”.

2021-02-16I went here with my 2 oldest kids for a quick lunch and we all enjoyed our food very much! I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup but I ended up getting the creamy chicken with white and wild rice this time. My oldest got the mac and cheese which is definitely made with the broccoli cheddar soup and its very good and then my second oldest got the broccoli cheddar soup. We got some baked goods to take home. The chocolate filled croissants are to die for. So delectable! The pumpkin muffin was also VERY good. Overall Im very impressed with everything we got. My oldest loves coming here and honestly I cant complain. I always get something good to snack on here.

2022-01-26Veges were not fresh cut, pastries were so dried and when I had a bite it became a powder. Also I was there late lunch time and it wasnt that crowded but manager looking guy sat next to my table started having a meeting with loud voice wearing no mask!!I will never go back to this place!!

2021-06-14I like Panera very much. This review is only about the pizza. I have favorite menu items, but decided to try the pizza. Oh, dear! It has a saltine-cracker crust like a frozen thin crust pizza, and the chefs dont spread the ingredients to even 1 and 1/2 inches from the edge. People in Buffalo know good pizza. Perhaps this is Los Angeles pizza? Airport Sbarro pizza?

2021-12-03This morning at 8 am, the girl in a yellow mask who was toasting my bagel (because that’s all they have to do, they don’t even spread anything on it) was incredibly rude to me telling me I couldn’t stand next to the counter waiting for my food, I can’t think of a more idiotic thing to say and it was so unnecessary to speak to a paying customer that way and I tipped them. I’m never going here again. You have to make your own coffee and your own bagel, it makes no sense why they need to feel like they need to be rude to customers who are doing their work for them. Not to mention I got a flat tire in their parking lot, called to tell them and they didn’t even care.

2017-08-22As I stand here this is by far the worst Panera Bread Ive been to in the city. Dirty tables. Dirty Floors. Dirty Walls. SLOWWWWW SERVICE. Horrible. Management walks around relaxed like there arent 6 people waiting on orders while the rest of the staff looks stressed. If you want quick service DO NOT come here. If you want to eat in a clean setting dont eat here. Even the prep area looked junky as hell. People who ordered online for pick up had to wait for their orders as well. When the customer asked why the Service was slow she responded because we are busy with an attitude the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Panera bread in my life I will never come back to this location ever again, I will never send family or friends here, its a horrible dingy, dirty, greasy spoon atmosphere the people in there dont take pride in what they do at all!!!!! I blame management!!! They dont care and had no sense of urgency. The poor girl was left to do all the orders by herself NO TEAMWORK. This place really ruined my lunch break. And to top it off my salad has rotten avocado in it!!!! The food is too expensive for piss poor performance. McDonalds does better than this location!!! STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
