We bought Mac and cheese dinner for our two year old and the spoon shattered in many pieces in her mouth. I advised the manager and took pictures of the spoon supply box so as to notify our doctor out here in the parking lot. The manager did not offer any sort of refund or follow up. Hopefully my daughter doesnt get hurt over this.
Never ever had a bad meal. The BEST broccoli cheddar soup in the world, bar none.

I just had my food delivered. A turkey sandwich was given 2 slices of turkey and it was missing tomatoes. Not worth it for the price.

This was my 1st time eating at Panera Bread. I had a whole bacon turkey bravo sandwich. It was really good! Not only did it taste good but there was care in making the sandwich as well. It wasnt hastily put together. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I also had the prickly pear hibiscus fresca. That was very refreshing! I havent been to Panera bread before because I had heard it was expensive. And it is. But I have learned that it is worth every penny! I would highly recommend and will be going back.
Pricey! But the food tastes good... Please clean the table. The person in register is so nice and helpful… You need a self-service when you want to take out your left over
We ordered from the take two menu. The chicken salad in my sandwich was quite skimpy, as was the tuna salad in hubbys sandwich, more tomatoes, lettuce, and onions than meat filling. The bread was tasty. The corn chowder was good, but hubby said his chicken and rice soup tasted like it came out of a can. Over priced sandwiches, very disappointed ☹️

Went to the Panera in Cicero. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. Ordered the pepperoni Flatbread pizza with a French onion soup. Both were excellent.
Absolutely love Panera and what they offer, greats salads and sandwiches. Try the desserts too they amazing
The deli turkey sandwich was very good. The French onion soup was a disappointment. It had a tomato taste which I was neither expecting or liking.

I pretty much always have a good experience at Panera. The food is good, fresh, and served quickly. Its not my favorite coffee. I think its a little weak but like I said I go for the food. The only negative I have is after their new remodel they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Seems a little early in my opinion.
Our family stopped here for a quick lunch. We typically eat the Mediterranean diet, and this restaurant offers many options. We had the new Mediterranean grain bowls and they were fantastic. Quick, easy, and healthy (mostly). Great option for a quick meal.
Stopped in for diner with a group of 12 youth. The staff was kind, and efficient. We got all of our multiple orders in a surprisingly fast amount of time! Pleasant family atmosphere. Clean, cute décor. Great stop while on a youth trip! We all ate for under 140.00!
Love this place. I have never eaten at a Panera Bread that was not an absolute enjoyable meal. I like to order a bread bowl with soup. Ill usually get french onion but sometimes I mix it up because they have really good soups. We take my 8 year old and 2 year old, and they both love it. 2 year old gets the macaroni and cheese, so good. My son loves to get a grilled cheese and soup. Great food, always fresh, always clean. Love it here.
I visited this particular Panera a few times circa 2012-2015 to meet different people who work in my field.Panera is moderate quality sit down fast food restaurant. The food is predictable and is ready fairly quickly.I think it is overpriced for what I got.However it is a good place for a quick lunch with a colleague especially one who works at a different location as Panera locations are usually easy to find.This particular restaurant had lots of tables.
Went there today to have a great lunch, I unfortunately the manager Carlotta has a problem with getting extra dressing. Her demeanor was rude and took everything in me to fire my tongue. But Carlotta if you’re reading this, change your demeanor. It’s how you say things that make a difference. The loss of two stars is because of you. Quality service goes hand in hand with great food. If you have a problem serving then change your profession.The cashier was great, smiley and pleasant plus food was great. The 3 stars are for that.
We came here to celebrate a friends birthday. The portions are smaller than before the pandemic, but the prices are the same or higher. The broccoli cheddar soup is still excellent,but our friends werent happy with their selections, hence only 3 stars
I usually enjoy Panera, and this location looks and seems to operate as good as any. Unfortunately, myself and my friend experienced stomach issues after this visit. We both ordered the BBQ chicken Mac n Cheese. We both have had Mac n Cheese from other Panera locations many times in the past, so the result was unique to this location and visit. I can only hope there are not widespread food safety issues at this location.
My order of a whole Greek salad, looked like it had been half eaten. The bread was literally just a small piece of the heel. I am still hungry! I don’t think I will be getting anymore food from Panera.

I love this restaurant, I think is a little expensive, but it worth. The tuna sandwich is healthy and awesome, awesome. One of the drinks, I think is the Frozen Mocha Cold Brew, I taste it the last week is from heaven, jajaja. I love it. Wow
I like the food. I do not like how the menu/pricing options are done. They do not have meals with drinks included. Soft drinks are $2.79 extra. Also the 2 for combo meals and subs portion sizes are not big and will not fill up a grown man. Quality food just not great portions imo.
Im a big fan of this Panera. Staff is always super pleasant and accommodating. Never any issues finding seating either, which can be a problem at some locations. Food is fresh, comes fast, and WiFi always works. What more could you need?

I havent had anything Bad there I really enjoy their Salads ( My personal favorite is the Chicken with Poppy Seed dressing and with the lots of Fruit also. Sandwiches are also Great. I cant say anything Bad about The Coffee & Pastries either 💜💜💜

I had never been to Panera Bread before last week. I went there for breakfast on the way to work and I was totally blown away! The food is AMAZING! The coffee was some of the best Ive ever had and it was a reasonable price! I am hooked on Panera now!
My daughter-in-law took me and my grandson there and we had hardly sat down when our little buzzer went off and they went and got the food. The food is always fantastic there very well run establishment which I would highly recommend
They get a one star for the fact alone that they serve moldy food... I went there for a delivery and the what I thought was display food looked good I went over and ordered an item and the lady went to grab it from the open display I changed my mind quick when I see. Mold growing on some of the muffins and the fruit flies ewwyyy no thanks
This is one of my favorite Panera Bread locations. The restaurant is always very clean and the location is bright and open. The staff are extremely professional and will assist you with any issues that may arise. I got the wrong side once and they were quick to correct it.
The staff here is always pleasant, efficient, and attentive. We like Paneras food and this is an excellent Panera. Would be five stars but our favorite breakfast item, the baked egg souffles, are often out and they dont like to say when theyll be available next (Ill assume they were burned when an estimate went way over).
The coffee subscription is awesome! I eggnog all the rewards you get from time to time. Panera is good food, fast!
As with any Panera Bread, this location is a nice place to come for a meal and to hang out to chat with friends or to take advantage of the wifi to get some work done. I have never been disappointed with my food here, its always prepared the way I ordered it, and with fresh ingredients.
Food is decent but over priced. Service is good but slow. Cleanliness is usually pretty good but just dont like them sweeping underneath my table when Im sitting there eating. Usually swamped - controlled chaos at its best.
Inconsistent food for a chain - often portioned incorrectly. Panera is already overpriced so getting less for the same price is ridiculous.Also the last few times Ive been there the whole place has smelled like wet dog mixed with burnt beans, and is filled with obnoxious parents showing off their children and clusters of old men oblivious of how much space theyre taking up. The customers are equally to blame for how awful this location is.
This is a great place for meetings and lunch or supper. Have been many times for meetings and works great with a clean and cozy atmosphere. Washrooms are always clean and food is good and reasonably priced. Please keep up the great work.
This Panera is nice, clean, and the crew is friendly. Im only giving three stars, due to my opinion that their menu is overpriced. For those who like this chain, this is a good representative.
They forgot our chips and their food has gotten way too expensive. Its just about the same price to get Thai food, or go to a real restaurant. $28 bucks for a salad, a half soup and half salad and a drink? Thats ridiculous.
Every time I order a Greek Salad w/o Chicken at this Panera, I get some other kind of salad or I get the Greek Salad w/Chicken. It doesnt matter if I order online or in person or if I eat in or take out. And when I bring it up that this is the wrong salad, I just get stared at like: I dont understand the problem you ordered a salad and you have a salad.

Slower service and it was by no means busy. Went around 1:30 in afternoon and there was no line really but took longer than usual to order. Food came fairly quickly.
Been coming here for years,with a occasion slip up. Overall great place staff is friendly. My rating would have higher but today this was the second vist in a row where they forgot my chicken with my ceasar salad. Good thing I checked my order before I left

To be fair I didnt even eat their food- called to check if they deliver to an address because the app was behaving strangely. Automated system said you can place an order to go through over the phone- apparently not. Woman answered the phone very rudely, no real greeting, when I asked she promptly said I was wrong and offered no solution. I then said okay thank you and she hung up. Very rude, will not ever order from here purely because of this poor customer service. I didnt even call in during a busy hour for them. Very disappointed as I am from out of town where my panera is very nice and helpful.

My husband just came home with our Panera.. opened up our bags to find the wrong bagel for the $5.09 breakfast sandwich (pricey already).. the tiniest egg and skimpiest slab of meat.. Should have went to McDonalds for theirs.. my cinnamon crunch bagel was literally butchered and sliced into pieces.. looks like Fred Kruger got ahold of it... NO CREAM CHEESE which we ordered and I was seriously looking forward to.. Another bagel almost black... dont know how to use the settings on your toaster? I mean come on. This food is expensive. It better be a DECENT quality. Never stepping foot in this Panera. Unreal. Panera is my absolute fav and Im pretty disappointed. Wish I could give NO stars.
Worst experience tonight... They were out of baguettes at 8pm. The women behind the counter across from rapid pick up was VERY rude to me. I was not offered a substitution that they offered other customers and I was over charged. Terrible service tonight.

2022-07-06I usually love Panera, but I’ve gotten curbside pickup three times and all three times it’s taken 10+ minutes for me to just decide to go in myself and get it. Nobody has ever actually brought it out to us. Which wouldn’t be a big deal, but when you have kids in the car, came for breakfast in your PJs, etc. Ifs a bit frustrating. Don’t offer the service if it cannot be done.

2022-05-01Bought the family meal that supposedly is enough food for 4-6 people... its a lie... the salad was enough for two of us and the soup was BARELY enough for two small cups they give you.. definitely not ordering that again.. was better off just ordering two sandwiches for a third of the price

Im glad I got her a whole. Mine was a bit better. Definitely not close enough to the picture in the menu. Steak & White Cheddar.

2019-03-10Food was yummy, service was great, but I was freezing. Luckily I didnt have to wait too long to score a comfy seat in front of the fireplace. It was a miserable, snowy day out :0(As soon as I left, another woman jumped in my cozy comfy seat. I think Panera needs more cozy comfy seats in front of fireplaces.
