I am often in a rush so I dont have the time to address these concerns at the store directly, but the lunch items arent prepared as carefully as they used to be made. There is hardly any chicken on the chicken chipotle pizza, today it was overcooked, and its not even cheese, but seems to be sauce that is cheese flavored. The quality isnt there in my opinion, anymore.
Stil too pricey. Portions too small for what you pay. I only give it 4 stars because the tomato soup is phenomenal. They could fill the soup bowl a little higherDark roast coffee has improved.
Horrible experience. I am not one to really ever leave reviews but 2 hours for 3 soups and 2 sandwiches seems too much considering the location is about 10 minutes away from the office I work at. Placed my order at 11:44 am said estimated delivery was 12:14-12:24pm. The time came and went and nothing. I waited until 1:12 giving them time thinking, okay they may be busy. I decide to call at 1:12 and they tell me the order is out for delivery wait another 20 mins nothing meanwhile I am at work 10-15 mins tops away from this location. Had to call back to cancel. Then I check my emails get a cancel confirmation email and I notice they sent a delivery email too. No delivery was made : (. I gave specific instruction on what door to go through to ring the doorbell and leave at the steps to have a contactless delivery. I am the first office when you enter through the doors.
Every meal I have had here is prepared precisely and is tasty. Nice atmosphere also with plenty of room to sit.
There ample parking in the back. This place is super busy in comparison to all over locations so they are always running out of items.We ordered a sesame bagel to be sliced and toasted. We got a plain not sliced nor toasted. They had run out of sesame bagels, so they were very apologetic, so we got a different one and they brought out our bagel sliced and toasted to our table afterwards.This is one of the only locations were the cream cheese options are extremely limited for individual spreads and shared containers. So if youre ordering a box of bagels Id suggest getting spreads somewhere else.
Online order and pick up is seamless
I was in recently and noticed how clean the place was. The staff was also extra nice. They went above and beyond expectations. I applaud the management in the Garden City location. They are doing an outstanding job!!!
I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are yummy and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a delightful time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
I can never get enough of this food
I love going to this location with my baby as it’s very convenient for me. The meal is always fresh. I normally use the kiosk but once I asked for help at the counter and at first they completely ignored me and kept chatting with each other, I had to get the their attention twice and one of the girl’s just looks at me and ask, “yes?” Not even a hello or nay I help you! I told her that I ordered a drink and it’s missing from my lunch, in return she just pointed towards the small juice tray and says, “take one from the stand” and just went back to talking. It was bad and rude customer service!

Its Panera. Do you really need a review. I love the Green Goddess Salad. Order online or use the kiosk by the entrance and save some time waiting on line to order. Plenty of parking in the rear. Hard to find seats inside during lunch time but dining area and bathroom is clean. Extremely busy during the afternoon but the wait to prepare your food is not too bad. Sign up for their reward card and get free food every once in awhile.
Good quick and fast. Came in for a yogurt w/ fruit and unfortunately they dont separate the granola from the fruit and yogurt so the granola was very mushy. Other than that just as good as all the other Panera chain locations good staff and it was very clean. A little small but thats probably because of the lunch rush hour.
I placed an ordered online and received no call that the delivery was not going to happen since their system was down. Order was placed at 1:37 and I called at 3:15pm. They said all we can do is give you a refund and sorry we so busy we were not able to call you. At least call to let the client know. This is unacceptable.
We were a bit disappointed with this particular Panera Bread. Bathrooms were closed, the menu wasnt as stated, and the coffee was either a bit old or beans were not great quality. Obviously we are in the midst of a pandemic, so our slightly negative experience could be due to that fact. Taking the food and drink out is not the same as inside dining.
First time visiting this location very clean and fast service no long wait the person who gave me my food had a red shirt and glasses dont know his name but very nice and freindly service from him i will definitely come back to this location love it
This location is a little smaller than most Panera Caffes. It takes a little longer here. Coffee tasted like urns needed cleaning to be at their best. I would give the nearby location in Mineola Five (5) Stars.
Good place but music is too loud despite me complaining to staff member. Waited almost 10 minutes to place my order and there was only one person in the cash register.
Great food & service. This location gets VERY busy during lunch time because they are so close to the courts. Even still-not long until I get a table. Staff is very friendly, offers to clear table, asks if meal is ok & passes around free samples.
The portions could be larger and the prices could be a little less - considering its a self-serve restaurant but the food and flavored coffee are very tasty. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing - a good place to stop off for a bite and relax.
I am not a fan of Panera foods. I dont think their food is good, except their chocolate chip cookies and quiche, the 3* is for them. They are over priced and super salty. Too many great restaurants to have lunch in than to waste money at Paneras. And the only reason why I eat here, when I eat here, is when I get a gift card.
Coffee and more. Customers are satisfied with what they are given. The tables are not wiped down after a customer is done. Very slim selection of baked goods at 12 noon on Sunday? If you have a choice, go elsewhere.
BARELY WARM SOUP! My friend ordered French Onion. Brought it to the table and it was tepid at best. She brought it back and got another bowl. Same thing. So she ended up putting it in the microwave.I ordered the 10 vegetable soup. Same thing.The location was Garden City. They close at 9:30 on FRIDAY night! Seriously??? Is that due to a Garden City ordinance? Its strictly commercial over there so staying open until 11 on a Friday or Saturday night should not be an issue.
We have ordered from this venue several times for workshops. There was a discrepancy on a delivery date for a catering order for 30 people. It was inadvertently delivered on the wrong date and the Manager would not make any accommodations. Really poor customer service!!! Would not order from this Panera again. Managers should be taught appropriate customer service.
I must say ,,After such a Minor minor mix up on a order the manager went above and beyond to make our dining experience wonderful ! Amazing food as always and will always be a return customer !

Food is good and place is clean. However, wait time to place an order with counter person is inordinately long. Too often there is only one counter person. Manager needs to monitor line more to direct additional worker to jump on an open register.
Was very pleased with lobster roll & Southwest Chile salad. Challenge comes when concern arises over order. Language communication with staff can become issue. Enjoyed meal immensely.
I dont believe these reviews. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken straight from the nenu. I got lettuce with a teaspoon of chicken layered with croutons. . My vegan sabdwich was nothing like what I received in the past from other panera locations. I will NEVER go there again.
Panera is a good alternative to fast food and its relatively healthy. I always have to check my to-go order because they always seem to miss something. If you order salad I think that a better option is Fairway if its near you.
Im eating a late lunch and ordered the turkey chili. Its really good except I thought I ordered turkey chili NOT Chick Pea chili! I am not a fan of chick peas therefore why are there 37chick peas in my turkey chili. It was more chick peas than turkey meat. Next time I may need to be more specific and say I dont want chick pea chili Nor the vegetarian soup! ( I wish I could upload this pic)
We had a great Girl Scout trip there. Carol, who took us around, was kind and patient and very informative. It was a wonderful experience for our troop.
If you love Panera Bread, then this is a five. It is the ultimate sustainability vibe and total adherence to properness that leaves a bad taste in my life about chains like these. Great food, however, and amazing soups. Staff is friendly and so enterprising that a kid begin trained on his first day patiently figured out how to use the Android Pay which was freshly installed.If you want an urban, and high end pit-stop in suburbia to get excellent sandwiches and more, then this is your place.

Thank you very much for allowing me to sponge off the stores WI-Fi while my 77 year-old mother was in the doctors office next door. I really do appreciate that.Paneras Wi-Fi is adjusted to a condition called Opened UDP Ports. This allowed my laptop to play the *very* old video game Final Fantasy XI Online. Without opened UDP ports, the client software wouldnt be able to communicate with the Square-Enix datacenter in Tokyo.
I purchased dinner in this store and when I got home, I found out they gave me wrong food, and this thing happened SEVERAL TIMES!! Some time they give me wrong soup, some time they forgot give me everything I ordered. Terrible experience in this garden store!!

2022-05-22Worse experience ever! I called to complain that the tuna on my sandwich was not up to par (I have gotten this sandwich on several occasions). On the first call the team member hung up on me while I was explaining to her my situation. I had to call several times and they answered when I used my sister’s phone to call. I spoke to the manager Omar, who was not helpful and mad me even more upset. He told me that he just got in when I told him about my order. He then stated to me that the tuna is portioned out so there’s no way that I did receive the right amount of tuna. I tried to tell him- “how would you know if the team member actually provided the correct portion? Didn’t you just walk in - that’s what he stated to me as soon as I started to tell him about my order. He then tried to tell me that it’s possible that I got more arugula than usual. I then stated to him that I am not talking about the arugula. I have a complaint on the tuna- barely any tuna. Mind you I ordered the same tuna sandwich yesterday and had no problem with it. I also tried to explain that to Omar. I am so angry about this experience and lack of management skills!!

2022-05-22Panera has scrumptiously delicious food that is quite delectable. However, they made an error in one order. But, the transaction was corrected and outcome of the purchase was great. In other words, the error was rectified. Thanks to Charles, Crystal, and the other delivery drivers that worked on my order.😁

2022-06-12Im a regular customer of this location. Things lately seem to being going down hill. Ive received missing sides in orders, salads with slimey lettuce, and a fruit cup that did not pass go but went right into the trash because of funky fruit. I wanted to email them a sample of what I mean but the customer care email doesnt allow you to upload pictures to the Manager. Maybe this will get their attention.

2022-05-18My name is Maria, I just order online and the employees forgot a smoothie that was supposed to come with the rest of the order, I call the store and the manager she said her name was Daphne, she was very rude to me, I told her I want a refund, the reason Inorder online is because I had surgery and she said no we don’t refund you have to come in person, I can’t believe the lock of consideration, she shouldn’t be a manager
