I just got home after picking up my online order and they’re currently closed so I can’t call them. This is the drink I received. The label looks to be ripped off. This is unacceptable, especially for someone with allergies who reads the nutritional label. Also, I chose bread as my side for the pick 2 and didn’t even receive the bread.

I decided to treat all my staff and placed the order. One of my staff was missing sandwich. Marwin AKA Manager accused me of lying!!!!!!!!!worst Panera in the county.

I just placed a take-out order for a grilled cheese sandwich, with bacon and tomato. Drove 20 minutes from Kings Park to the Hauppauge location, picked up the sandwich, and when I got home it was the most horrible sandwich I’ve ever gotten, from anywhere in my life. The bread wasn’t toasted, the cheese was still cold and could be separated from the bread in a full slice, one slice. The bacon and tomato were missing. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, when Amy got on the phone, she told me that that’s the way the order was placed. Totally not true! And even if I ordered just a grilled cheese sandwich, it should have been grilled and had more than one slice of cheese. This place sucks, I was a regular customer and I will never go back!! Horrible sandwich, horrible customer service!
The food is fresh and consistent. I frequent this place and used to dine in almost every week. But since covid and pickup orders, theyve gotten very bad at getting orders right. Its really gotten worse this winter. Of the last six times I did curbside pickup, they got my order wrong three times. Whether its forgetting to put the chips in the bag or putting the wrong topping on my sandwich, theres usually something wrong.

Cashier got my order wrong. I simple request for soup, and she couldnt get the right soup ordered.
Had an error with the order, mistake made by DoorDash. The Assistant GM, Amy resolved the issue correctly. DoorDash made the mistake, but Panera fixed it. DoorDash needs to take more responsibility and not just give a credit. Thank you to my local Panera team.
Ordered turkey chili and salad with chicken, corn, mexi beans, drink...felt it was overpriced, $16+ and there were many celery ends off lettuce in this salad I had to waste. I could have gone to a better restaurant and got waited on. Now I know why the place was so empty. Turkey chili was hot and good, salad had minimal chicken in it. This is no bargain especially with rewards that expire.
I stopped by the Panera in Hauppauge for breakfast this morning, have to say I was highly disappointed. I purchased the turkey avocado wrap, the avocado was hard as a rock and Im still looking for the turkey. I also purchased the bacon egg and cheese sandwich it was also horrible. The wait time was ridiculous for a fast food place. I felt like I wasted my money. I could have gone to the bagel store instead!!
We came for breakfast. My daughter doesnt eat traditional breakfast food, so she was able to get the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. I had the egg and sausage sandwich. Both were fresh and delicious. Great service. Restaurant was clean. Good experience overall.
While the food is still delicious and the servers very friendly, I see the bowls are smaller, so Im getting a smaller soup and salad for the same cost. Today, it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. It seems they were very short staffed and the woman at the register taking orders also was running around delivering the orders and apologizing for the delays. Panera, please dont skimp on the food or the service or youll start losing loyal customers. Thank you.
One of my favorite places to grab a salad. This is a good location...good customer service and management is always concerned if youre satisfied. I like the Tuna Salad Sandwich and Green Goddess Salad.
The food in Panera is always good. This time I stopped in one in 347. It was the first time I was told to take a seat after I ordered instead of waiting on another line. My food, chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread, was excellent and arrived quickly exactly as ordered by a very courteous young man. It was a wonderful experience.
Delicious and felt like a healthy choice. Last a star for costing $13.
Recently has gone downhill. They are highly focused on other things and the service and quality has gone down. Pretty much like a subway. Originally I loved this place. Well worth the high pricing. I have had them forget items.They even pack the sandwich with a bagel. So now the bagel is pickle flavor. The food isnt as good as it originally was as well. Maybe the supplier changed, but either way always a disappointment as of late.
Pricey for quick, sloppily made, sub-par food
Just got my order and the Madagascar iced coffee literally looks like a cup of milk, Ive had it several times so I definitely know it should have coffee in it.
I wish i could give a zero for the worst work experience i’ve ever had, and that’s coming from someone who’s worked at 3 other fast food places. Management needs to be re-evaluated or changed because the way one of the managers treats their employees is unacceptable. Don’t recommend this at all if it’s your first job.
Love their Cheddar Broccoli soup and tried Turkey Avacado sandwich on Asiago bagel. Sandwich is OK but very disappointed that they discontinued Flatbread Paninis
Pleasant and helpful staff. Fresh baked bread, good sandwich and soup. Even the drink selection is different, but good. Restaurant was large, clean and comfortable. Not cheap, but beats most fast food options hands down.
Just ran in to grab a bagel to go. However there was only one register open and the cashier at that register was busy talking to another patron who had already paid. While I am sympathetic to casual conversation and would happily wait, it was clear that this cashier and the patron had an existing relationship and were spending several minutes indulged in conversation even though a line had began to form. It took another worker who had noticed us other patrons waiting had to nudge the cashier to cease his conversation to help the rest of us. What shouldve been a quick in and out turned out to be a long, unnecessary wait.

Worst Panera location on Long Island. Ordered a rapid pick up, just 1 sandwich it was 10 mins after It was supposed to be ready they were still working on it, then another 10 mins pass and I walk to counter and it’s just sitting on counter never called my name to say it’s ready or put in the rapid pick up shelf. The employees are slow and really just don’t care about the customers. I knew I shouldn’t have come here bc I’ve never had a good experience at this location. If I could give zero starts I would have
Panera is one of my favorite spots! I dont usually have any complaints, but Im disappointed at this location. All the vegetables were extremely wilted in my modern Greek salad. I did not get the extra feta and kale I paid for either. Im okay paying 13$ for a salad when it has everything I want in it. My daughters salad was also wilted and minimal toppings on it. I will stick to my original spot in Farmingdale next time. They are amazing there! Always friendly and food is fresh!
Panera is always good, but at this particular location service was phenomenally slow during lunch time yesterday. One cashier and just 2 or 3 people preparing to food and none of them seemed concern that people are there for short period of time. Over 10 min to wait for the food and around the same to pay....here goes your lunch break.
Good food but super pricey
I want to thank Panera Bread for still serving customers due to the crisis we are all going through at this time. The service was wonderful. All staff were using precautionary measures serving customers.
I placed an order on their app, the screen at the restaurant showing the order is being prepared then updated to ready. Next it disappeared. No one came out with my order. I seek out some help and the person said “oh we don’t have that in stock.” Like really, I had to look for someone to tell me that. She sent me to cashier to ask for an alternative item and the cashier acted like he didn’t know what I’m taking about. The lack of communication and level of customer service is unacceptable. The brownie was stale and tasteless, I almost choked. I will never return to this location.
Yea so I dont oftenly go to Panera bread honestly and it figures the one time I do go and its an hour before closing my sandwich I ordered was cold and not well put together. The cheese wasnt even melted the onions was thrown on the sandwich meanwhile they are suppose to be on the bread and then grilled with the whole sandwich. A fantega chicken sandwich is suppose to be crispy and hot, and this sandwich was soft and cold. So shout out to worker who made my sandwich cause you now just lost your boss a customer for life cause I would rather drive further to another location to get a sandwich made right. Especially for the prices of foods now a days.
Robert and their manager are unprofessional and rude. Placed delivery at 11:10am Said it’ll arrive by 11:55 am. Call to see what’s up Get put on hold for 10 minutes for them to ask how may I help you Robert ( the delivery driver ) claims that he called me a dozen times...didn’t receive not one call. Overall staff needs to be more professional.
This was a nice experience today. Having a bad day, my WONDERFUL Server Mikela and Manager Marvin made it turn around for me. Their kindness went along way. Looking for a pleasant and quiet place to eat Great Food - Panera in Hauppauge Center is where to go!!
My friends and I met at Panera today as we have in the past...we ordered our food( which was delicious) and sat down to eat and knit and crochet.we stayed for about 2 hours . the people who worked there couldn t have been nicer...we occasionally go there with our knit group and just enjoy the food and comraderie.
Great food. Made to order. Awesome desserts. We order several times per week. They deliver quickly and are usually correct with our large orders
This Panera never seems to have updated the availability of their items online. Many times we have ordered online and made adjustments to our orders because items came up unavailable. When we mentioned it to the staff at the store we were told they had no idea why that happened. Yet it seems to happen consistently. Other than that, this is a typical good Panera.
This is now at least the 5th time Ive ordered a bacon turkey bravo and theyve forgotten to put bacon on the sandwich. I mean cmon its the first word in the name..how do you forget it?! Letting go of the fact the sandwich was completely messy with things falling out everywhere...I had ordered 2 meals with chips for both. Instead I got 1 piece of bread...? The girl whos sole responsibility is to check the accuracy of the order at the pickup counter messed that up even after checking off that it had chips inside. I shouldnt have to constantly assume everything is wrong and need to look myself but apparently thats the way it needs to be.
They make the best broccoli cheddar soup. I love Panera Bread, they always keep their stores nice and clean, the food is always fresh, and the staff are always extremely nice.
Not a big panera bread fan, but the family like it. This is the one we go to when we do go. The location has pretty good parking. The staff is friendly and pretty quick at taking your order and bring your food to you.
First time back in a while and I noticed that the prices seem to have risen. Also very disappointed that they dont make any desserts with apples in them e.g. Apple Crunch muffins and the Pastry Ring only has cheese and cherry preserve.
We always find Paneras pick 2 a great deal we get to order 2 separate items from there whole menu to add variety to your meal

The food tastes fresh and the wait is about average compared to other Paneras. The biggest issue is the lack of parking. Its even hard to find a spot during off hours sometimes.

I got my salad to go, so I didnt notice the 2 problems until it was too late. Only 1 small container of dressing for a large salad, and several pieces of corn in a salad that should have no corn.
They are cheap with the amount of food. I paid 18.99 for a lobster roll and look at the picture of the amount

Broccoli Soup Bowl!! My company orders lunch here 2-3x month- so delivery is on time and everyone is happy with sandwich selections.. When you come here- what should take 10 mins or so to place an order- becomes longer - when one register is open.. Unlimited fountain drinks and unlimited WiFI keeps you here....Breakfast requires Bear claws and hot tea .. I dont norm drink coffee here.
The manager is very rude. He told me to sit up straight. The rest of the people who work here are fine. The food is consistent with other paneras.

They take forever to deliver, but today was by far the most ridiculous. They took 2 HOURS to deliver my food. Then have the nerve to charge $4 to deliver and they want an additional $3 as a tip.
Good is fine, we offered by the kiosk no problem and even while waiting we were offeted a beverage to apologize for the wait. It wasnt that long of a wait, but I appreciated the offer.

Formerly known as Yajai, it looks like they rebranded and remodeled with a modern new interior and a lunch special. Love all the natural light and their personalized stamped napkins.
Since they started remodeling/re-doing the store quality and service has gone down hill. They push accuracy but orders are constantly wrong, and they are super slow.
Sandwich had hardly any meat on it plus soup was not hot at all not good service grrrrrrr..... #Wakeup
I like the location of this place, off and on from a major road. The workers are nice and friendly.
Nice and clean and staff is very attentive to quickly take your order and get it correct. The +panera rewards program is great and worth the moment to register.
Food was good as usual, only thing that peeved me was that there are ants somehow in the restaurant and were crawling by me and on my bag.

2022-04-01I like to pretend I’m a judge on master chef. I went crazy and got the two most unhealthiest meals: Mac and cheese and the grilled cheese. Never had either at Panera. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of flavor of the Mac and cheese. Multiple cheeses used and pasta wasn’t over cooked. However, I expected more from the grilled cheese. The bread was too airy and the cheese… American? Panera put American cheese in their grilled cheese?! I couldn’t finish it. American cheese is not real cheese. I just expected a more sophisticated grilled cheese from Panera. Nevertheless, much love for Panera.

2022-02-11What a great Panera. The girl at the register is so warm and friendly. I said as much to the manager. He was also very pleasant. Never had a hard time about my “bare face,” or my children’s on any visit. Very well managed. Tons of regulars saying hello to staff and visa versa by name. I never saw that in the COMMACK one I used to frequent. I will go out of my way to this one from now on.

Also took time to get my points in and and let me know I had a free pastry. She was very knowledgeable and did not rush anyone truly appreciate it. 2022-07-03I visited this Paner today.i had the Fuji apple salad and was very pleased with the quality. I want to thank the cashiers who took time to check several gift cards. My cashiers name was Laura and there was another young lady working with her. Their patience was very appreciated.

2022-02-22I have been a long time Panera patron but since last year, I have been feeling like my rapid pickups are not the quantity they should be for the price. This concerns the bowls, salads, and smoothies. I dont know if the people who eat in-store has a different experience.

2022-03-16I like this place a lot and the food, but my last visit was disappointing a little because I noticed while I was waiting for my order that the young workers behind the counter were chitchatting about personal things, and Im here anxiously waiting with patience to get my food and leave. I wish that they could be more productive and faster in getting orders ready. Thank you

2022-06-22At lunch time I stood on line for almost ten minutes with six people in front of me. The line did not move the person at the register was doing something over the phone with what appeared to maybe be a customer order of some sort. They manager made no attempts to control the line at all. He saw what was going onand did nothing. I along with a few other people left. I only have so much time for lunch.

2022-01-31I’ve been a costumer for many years and have never seen such an unprofessional manager here. She is very immature, cursed a lot in front us and other costumers. The cursing happens between the coworkers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order she is going to ignore you. To add she laughs at people who have an accent. I have witnessed her laugh at a co-worker because of his accent. Her attitude is degrading to all those around her, please check the cameras Panera Bread.
