Ordering online is convenient. Pizza is what you would expect from this type of chain. Delivery is available within a certain radius of the store.
The entire staff was simply amazing. Even suggesting I use online ordering to find a supper meal coupon that would best serve my family. The instore atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food hot and clearly made with passion and care. THANK YOU!

After reading all of the horrible reviews, I had to see for myself. I placed my order for carryout (as Im was staying across the street) via the Papa Johns website on a snowy Tuesday night without issue. I arrived to pick up my order about fifteen minutes later, and it was just coming out of the oven. I asked the only staff member onsite if he was more busy than a normal Tuesday night and he said very much so. Apparently, Dominos and Pizza Hut halted deliveries in the area, and Papa Johns was the only place still delivering. He was still very polite, and explained it was a great decision to order carryout as deliveries were a forecast wait of over an hour. He was understandably a little rushed, and multitasking while assisting me. Through it all, he did get my order correct and was professional.Sometimes there is more going on than just your pizza, and Im glad I asked about it.Four stars because its still only a Papa Johns Pizza.
Took 2hrs to get here had to call 4 times to figure out where my pizza was rude when I called hung up twice and on hold for 7 minutes. $50 for 2 meat lovers is an insane price
Pizza is great. Lady was rude on the phone and told me I couldn’t use a deal online and call in even though I do it all the time. The people with long hair that make the pizza do not wear hair nets and that’s pretty disgusting.
I will never order from here again. Everytime Ive ordered from here there is something wrong with my order. Usually missing some or all toppings. In fact, I dont think this is even the pizza on my order. On top of that, the wait time is insane for delivery. I am tired of waiting a long time for a messed up order.
READ FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER!! Worst Papa John’s I’ve ordered from. Called twice to check on the status, first time the person said the driver left 5 minutes ago. Second time I called (30 minutes later) and the same person said the driver left 10 minutes ago. Took them about two hours and 30 minutes to show up. It wasn’t till I wrote a message to customer service that I finally got my pizza. At that point I didn’t want the pizza anymore. Needless to say, they got a free pizza from me with tip. The time and effort to get that back would have been a waste. These are definitely the same individuals that fight for $15 an hour pay with mediocre service.
Always takes a hour and 30 minutes or more to gwt a pizza delivered. They are awesome but Im so tired of waiting hours to gwt my food when Im too lazy to do it myself.
Never again, went in the store only 3 employees wearing masks and they were all down on their chins. One employee with a single glove on ( not a pair just a single glove). A customer leaning on the counter not even a foot from where the pizza dough is sitting with no mask just breathing all over it. An employee answering phones and putting her hands all over her mouth then checking people out and handling money without washing her hands.Oh and the final straw my dam pizza wasnt even cooked fully, nothing like biting into semi raw pizza dough.
Very rude costumer service. “Asking what do you want!?” when picking up our oder. Then 2 of the garlic sauces are busted in 2 of the boxes. Leaking all over my kids pants who was holding them in the car and making the pizza nice and soaky. I call and being told it was probably the persons fault who carried them! I don’t think so!Keep your smart opinions to yourself and change your job, because you are not meant to work in costumer service!
So many problem with this place over the past few months they aren’t timely. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 12 and you’d think they’d even bring it a tad earlier but no they were 15 minutes late. They forget sauce that I pay extra for and they are not apologetic for their mistakes at all. At this point I’m over it and I’ll be contacting corporate.
Editing previous review: the pizza is delicious and the driver was an older gentleman... very sweet and friendly! I still think it shouldnt take over an hour to get the pizza though.. However his friendliness went a long way!
Holy 75minute delivery. They need more drivers for sure. I had to pick up instead. The staff they do have tho are some good people who make some yummy pizza.
Ordered a cheese pizza with cheese sticks two hours ago and still haven’t received my food. I don’t know if the place js understaff or what but definitely need more drivers.

Pizza averaged 1.5 hours late. Despite specifically given detailed directions in Evans Mills, they consistently attempted delivery on Fort Drum. Never once offered mediation by the manager. Horrible customer service, despite having a great tasting pizza.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single employee I have spoken with this at this location was extremely rude. Also when asked what the specials at the time were, I was given only one option. When in fact, there was plenty more choices to choose from. Will not order from this location again. On my most recent and last order from there, I spoke with a very arrogant woman named Anita. When I told her about the repeatedly bad customer service, she became very irritated with me and eventually hung up on me.
Displeased with the service. I placed an online order and when my husband went to pick up the food they only gave him half of what we paid for. Not until when he came home is when he realized. And we didn’t even want to eat our pizza because when he was there he seen how an employee was doing the pizza with out gloves and he scratched his head and went right back to making the pizza without washing his hands.
I was a manager for a different pizza chain for a few years and I am so uncomfortable with how I was treated this afternoon... We ordered online over 30 minutes before we went to pick up because we were doing some shopping, when we arrived I went inside and was completely ignored by the woman on the make line who was just staring at me? I said hello to her and she just continued to look at me and not say anything.... weird. There was about 3 other guys standing around talking and nobody acknowledged or greeted me. Finally after standing there for a while, the woman on the phone got off and very sarcastically said yes maam what do you need. I told her the name under the pick up and the only time she was relatively polite was when she was telling me I could add a tip on the cc machine. I am also 39 weeks pregnant and she made a point of putting the pizza boxes on the counter as close to her as she could, didnt push them or hand them to me, so I got to push my belly against the counter to grab them... Not a big deal, just some basic common courtesy...There are so many other better pizza places around, dont waste your money here.
This place (according to Papa Johns own website) is 3.57 mile away from my house but they wont deliver because its out of their delivery radius. Some delivery service they have. Sorry for the inconvenience by asking you to go out of your away and provide the service you advertise.

I havent eaten from this location but when I called to ask about delivery the lady was very rude and short. Would not look up my address or explain the area since I just moved here. Very, very rude and is bad for business. Wish I had her name to help the manager with this issue.

Two doughy pizzas in the last few weeks. They did send me a replacement 40 minutes later that still had a doughy spot but could be cut out.

2022-05-24Order was shifted during transit. Delivery driver informed me of the issue and corrected the problem. Super friendly and understanding. Its all about customer service. This guy went above and beyond to serve. Its good to see customer service. The drivers name was George Bevens, and deserves recognition. This driver George showed phenomenal customer service. Great job! Keep up the amazing work!

2022-06-20Horrible service, after waiting 1.5 hours we called to check on our order only to be told it would be there in 5-10 minutes. After another 30 minutes we called back after 2 hours of waiting only to be told they used door dash to deliver our pizza and had no idea where it was. If I wanted to use door dash i would have done so, i ordered from papa johns expecting them to deliver not to hand my order off to someone who never showed up.

2022-04-27At 1826 on 27 April. We placed an order. Very small order at that. We live about 4 miles away from the location. Waited patiently for a little over an hour. Called and spoke to an employee who said it should be here soon. Waited another 20 minutes and called again. The employee I spoke to this time took forever to find the order. Once he found it said he thinks the driver took it just now at 1951. And said he had no clue where the driver was and then said goodbye and hung up. Worst experience. Never eating at this location again.

2022-05-17If I could give 0 stars I would. When I ordered they told me 25-30 min for delivery and it was here in an hour. I called and spoke to the manager missy (however you spell her name) and she hung up on me twice. I’ll be trying to get into contact with the owners as it’s not a corporate thing. This is ridiculous how they treat their customers.

2022-04-02I placed an order for take out, it wasn’t a good experience. Spider on the window, lady screaming at the screen while making pizza to stop ordering, guy throws out a perfectly good pizza because wrong order.I still remember what the cashier told me “I wouldn’t want to have my food delivered from here either”Decided maybe it was one bad experience. Placed an order through the app, 5 minutes later, I get an email saying my orders cancelled. No explanation. Maybe they just didnt want to fulfill my order. Not going to bother calling, leading to an argument based on other reviews.This place is not worth it.

2021-11-25Ever since Ive moved up here from Iowa, they have always and I mean ALWAYS handled my order in time and correctly. I usually get up to 15 extra cheese sauces every single time I order. I pay about 10$ just for that cheese sauce and they make sure to give me those in a separate box on top of the ones that come with pizza and breadsticks. Their food is always fresh and ready. So unless you make and unclear and incorrect order on your own merit, then these people will always give out great and accurate service.

2021-07-27Ive eaten here for at least 10 years. They have their pizza times down to a science. Ive always had great pizza and appetizers from this location. Not much to say about this location. Courteous service. They always have the orders prepared on time, never messed up my orders and the food has always been good. The few times the pizza was going to be awhile, like Super Bowl Sunday, they let me know in advance when I ordered.
