If you want to be charged extra and get less and then get disrespected by the store manager Javier or whatever his name is, by all means go here. They will say 1 price and charge you $10 extra with no remorse. And the pizza was cold like the driver got the whole address mixed up.
Pizza missing some toppings, green peppers burnt and a good portion of the toppings shoved to side of box with most pizza slices devoid of toppings. Stopped ordering from here for a while, and I was easily reminded why I should never have returned. The fact that delivery was very late and I had to call to ask where my pizza was, didnt help matters any.
This store is trash. Customer Service sucks and so does the product. I received a pizza where everything was shifted to one side. I made a complaint and was promised 50% off my next order. I never received it, I called the store and the manager claims to not remember. I call customer service with a claim number and all of the details, she claims to not be able to pull it up. She had to do another complaint and I was told to wait 3-5 days for them to contact me so they can promise something again and not follow through again.
Worst service Ive ever gotten in my life. I placed an order with this store and got a 30-40 minute wait time. an hour and 15 minutes later I was still waiting so I called the store and was told that the driver was 2 blocks away. 20 minutes later I had still been waiting for my order so I called again and asked what was going on and they put me on hold for 10 minutes I wound up having to call back and speak to the manager Luis who then put me on hold again and then informed me that the driver had car trouble and that it would be at least another 20 minutes for another driver to get to me. he then wouldnt even give me a discount for waiting so long to receive the pizza that was already cold. I will never order from this store again!!!
This whole place just needs to get shut down. Hands down the worst customers service ever. They made me wait 2 hours for such a simple order and when it arrived, THE PIZZA WAS COLD. The delivery guy was giving me an attitude after taking so long. When spoke to him on the phone, he still had the rude attitude. Extremly unprofessional service. So much that if google had an option of rating with no stars, I would have rate it a no stars.
The taste of the pizza is not consistent at all and could be better but its ok overall.
Theyre very polite and welcoming. The pizza is good. Timely dine out and delivery service. They take their time with you while deciding order options.
Very well kept and convenient place. They offer generous meals and for affordable prices. We enjoyed the meals very much and the staff members were very attentive and chatty. Recommended.
Pizza is delicious aside from the crust being burnt... but that garlic sauce helps to down it! Terrible service! Never pick up and always take an hour-- they never provide a time frame either.
Really bad place I honestly don’t want to give them not even one star , I always order here because my kids and I love papa Johns pizza but this time they went to far I order 2 m pizza and 16 wings they only send me one pizza and when I call them they saying that I’m lying when I have it on video the the driver only gave my husband one box of pizza and the wings the manager at this store gives me attitude and said so what u want me to do im going to send you another pizza since I’m not doing anything , I’m not asking for nothing free just what I actually paid for at the end of the day I don’t get my pizza and still paid full price .. last time I order here
File a complaint with corporate and small claimsto get my money back , a delivery was filed as delivered when I never received my delivery . I tried to call several times the location however no one would pick up the phone or get a busy signal . I recommend trying another location to order .
Delivery went to the wrong address so had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes. food was what you would expect from Papa Johns. The driver was polite and apologized.
Every time I order a pizza there is something always going on. Delivery comes late, the pizzas are burnt. The food comes with a funny taste that I dont like.
Dirty, nasty, unprofessional. When you walk in there isnt even workers at the counter and the door the the back was wide open. There was one crazy kooky man working by himself (register and back) and truthfully I wouldnt want any food that he prepared.
Usually I dont order out but Courtneys customer service almost encourages this guilty pleasure with her warm welcome dedication for satisfaction.
They came at the time they said they’d be there...the pizza was exactly what i ordered and it tasted great 😋👍

Horrible service the girl was there when I went it’s rude with the costumers she don’t do her job she walks slow on purpose she put the orders late,lazy in other words she’s not the right person to be working there facts,I’m not going back no more just because her,happens on July/8/19 from 4:25PM to 4:40PM I hope you guys do some thing about this because thanks to her I lost my bus and now I’m late for what I have to do thanks to her way to work
If I could give no stars to a place this would be the one I chose, specially when it comes to customer service,, one of the employees, the one called Christina is the worst, definitely I would encourage people not to call or come here.
I love that they actually fix the pizzas so that the cheese is soft and hot right out of the oven.
The customer service is regularly rapid, fantastic ambience, very nice staff members. Will visit here again when I am nearby.

The young folks in this PPJs has NO MANNERS, their attitudes are atrocious and they tend to hold on to your change, for example $4.49 ×2 for 12 pie and they tell you $10.00 with an attitude behind it, when its $8.98, even with tax its less than $10...Where did these children go to school?
This site claims they don’t deliver to my address. That’s because none of the stores have an updated delivery area map for nyc.

2021-12-08I ordered on Monday night via Uber eats and I had forgotten to add something to one of pies and when I called, the young lady that picked up was very helpful and was able to add the missing item. Very nice and respectful. Overall, my order arrived hot and quick. Thank you. Good customer service

2022-03-22I love the prices and the Pizza is good HOWEVER you guys waste too much time talking and struggle to get the things you need across the street. It Should Not Take that long for you guys to start making your Pizza. If you guys stop being lazy half the time and actually work. I would give 4 or 5 stars. I havent experienced any issues except waiting time. Sometimes you guys take too long. Papa Johns get some workers that put in the work. Oh and the Menu changes way too fast on the TV Screen. Please have a Menu up at all times for new Customers.EDIT: I see an improvement in workrate, getting the Pizza ready faster and less sloppy. Good! Now from a 3 to a 4 Star

2017-02-21I received a Tmobile offer for a Free large 1 topping pizza and i had second thoughts about even coming to this location. I anticipated a chaotic, rude environment but the experience was great. The associate was friendly. I did an online carry out order and i was In and Out. Just from this encounter ive really considered coming back.

2021-01-30I ordered from here reluctantly because the last time I received delivery from this Papa Johns, the buffalo chicken wings werent cooked completely but because they are open after 10pm I decided to give them another chance ( Y DID I DO THAT); This time I ordered the ultimate pepperoni 10 pizza and 8 hot wings and the whole order was not hot, the bottom of the pizza was soft and mushy and the food tasted not fresh...Needless to say that after a couple of bites I gagged....I then decided to write my review as well as call the store to let them know about how the horrible food is unfair to a paying customer and the person in charge whom I spoke with did not care at all...He said I should have told him well done...( Ive never had to tell a pizza maker to make sure that the inside of the chicken wings and the bottom of the pizza are done)....Buyer beware because obviously the general manager of that branch does not bother to do standard inspections on his staff particularly with how to produce quality food for the paying consumer...WHAT A SHAME... $21 down the drain...TERRIBLE.

2017-08-07If I could give this location no stars, I would. Waited for 2 hours for just wings and garlic knots. Food was completely cold when it arrived. I called to speak to a manager and I was told he was busy. Meaning, he dodged my call. Im sure they get angry customer complaint calls frequently. Then, offered a free large pie with my next purchase... Next purchase? You think Ill order from this location again?! Dont waste your time.

2020-02-06I order ahead of time which was good because when I arrive the place was pack with school kids, and only one worker I’m hoping a manager, supervisor, boss someone will see this and hire more staff the girl that was waiting for food said this is regular (one worker) which is incredibly insane being that this location is pretty busy!!! My papadia were good but not the best looking I’m not even mad cause again one worker doing EVERYTHING....I didn’t get his name but he was very sweet I hope you can get some help in there slavery days are over so I thought 🥴
