If you are not a fan of hookah dont come here. The restaurant itself its great and so is the food. The drinks are not water down which is always a plus and the ambience is great. The restrooms dont really have any handles for disabled guests and the sink is outside of the actual restroom.

Since the place is always crowded it will take some time for you to get your drinks and food. The food is really good and their drinks too. After a certain time 11pm I believe they remove the tables because it turns Into lounge. So they will tell you to hurry if you are having dinner , so go early for dinner. You cant go in with hats , sweatpants. The place get really crowded, they have a DJ after 11pm. They offer hookah too. Place is not too expensive but its not cheap. I definitely recommend the food. Everything its delicious
Great food, friendly service. Prices are reasonable, but the food is so good you wont care at the end of the meal.

2022-06-25It was a great first time experience. The service a bit long with our food but honestly, I am a patient person and the food was great. The lemon margarita was tasty and the passion fruit as well. I love the music which is the music I prefer. It was really great and awesome. Will come back!

2022-04-09Underwhelmed and disappointed. They charge $15 more for hookah, the hookah guy tried to take advantage of me and charge me $50 instead of the asking price, he never gave me my change, the bartender added extra dollars to my bill then when I asked him acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and wasn’t impressed with the crowd. I went and saw, definitely not my vibe.

2020-09-16A lovely spot! Theres no siting inside because of Covid, but they have plenty of seating outdoors. Unfortunately though there were bees that were bothering my sisters & I plus 3 other seated guests. It was extremely frustrating & slightly scary. Though the food was good, rich in taste & a hefty serving size for a great price, those bees were unruly & persistent. I love the fact that it’s right next to the A train which is always a plus when traveling from Manhattan. I loved the decor of space & the well thought out(& clean) bathroom. My sisters & I went in the afternoon around 2:15pm it wasn’t busy until we were getting ready to leave. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant.

2021-06-19Went to this place with my local friend in this neighborhood. I had this fajita dish pictured below and it was delicious! The vibe was very tropical and Latin and made for a pleasant experience.

2022-05-03Music is great but service is poor... very poorChairs in the front are very uncomfortable not sure if the owner sat down before placing them for service also buffer? Disgusting we are still going thru covid highly not recommended.. my guest and me had a la carte because the buffet its self did not seem to appealing.. the server kept forgetting to check In with us .. we had to grab his and her attention every time yes we had 2 waiters not sure which one was which from busses and server

2021-04-30Food is amazing I love their passion fruit margaritas! Definitely my to go spot when corona virus hit.The mandatory 18 percent tip they put in on bills during June 2020 for pickup orders without warning was a little weird tho. I’m all for giving tip but a little warning would have been good

2022-04-29The service was OK. The Cerviche definitely needed more lime flavor. However, the Camerones Puerta Vallerta is a 5 Star Dish! The Steak tacos were disappointing because the meat wasnt shredded or chopped, and was tough. Thursday evening is a great time too, not very busy.

2022-03-13Theres a brunch prefix with unlimited drinks (pick one of four) but we went just to eat. The volcan azteca was an experience - it was literally served on top of a roaring fire. Food was delicious, good service. There was ample space between tables.Edit: Weve returned 2 more times and there was a full buffet set up to grab your own plate. Such a great selection from breakfast to lunch items. They even have a waffle and omelette/egg station. One of the best waffles weve had and the over medium eggs were perfectly made. Staff is wonderful and attentive, they are really good at keeping your cup full (unlimited drinks with the buffet). Excellent service as always.

2018-09-22The worst service i have ever experienced. If you want service here you have to flag down a waitress like ur hailing a cab in the rain. I can understand if the restaurant is busy. Ir wasnt. It was half empty. 20 minutes to place my drink order. 20 minutes to make the drink. 20 minutes later i asked for a waitress so i could order food. 20 minutes for the food to arrive. My drink is now gone. I order another drink and it never shows up. I never post 1 star reviews and this is a real shame because the food here is good but the experience is horrible. 💩💩💩
