Really fantastic selection! Hats, dresses, skirt suits in particular. Lots of unique pieces, nice range of sizes & very fair prices, too. There’s so much to see, you’ll want to spend some time here. The owner was very helpful and kind!

This is my favorite place in Sayville! Great clothes, fun accessories, and practically everything you can think of! From vintage pjs, to jackets, to purses, this place has it all and for a great price! Staff is super helpful and kind. It’s a must for anyone into vintage, fashion, or just curious. Strongly recommend!
Cute, funky, and nicely set up true vintage clothing store (as opposed to just a thrift store or musty antique shop that also has some clothing)! The item were all in impeccable condition. She has the clothing organized by decade and she was extremely helpful and knows what type of clothes are in each. We were looking for a semi-formal party dress for my daughter...she asked her a couple of questions to get a sense of her style likes and then told her to look in 3 of the decade areas. Unfortunately we didnt find anything, but this place is definitely on my daughters Lets Come Back Here list! So well be back again!
I visited this vintage boutique for the first time this past weekend and let me tell you, it is amazing! I wish I had known about this store years ago. Kristin was so helpful and friendly! I definitely will be shopping here more often. Wonderful selection of vintage accessories and clothing. Definitely my vintage go to shop!
Its an awesome store with a wide variety of vintage items. The art shows they do are great. They have a lot of 90s things which really brings back a ton of memories of my childhood.I recommend that if youre in the area you go check the store out. They are always getting awesome pieces in.

Paper Doll rocks! They have legit vintage and some really snazzy vintage reproductions with prints you will not find anywhere else. Their dresses always elicit compliments. I got this rockin one with arcade cabinets on it a couple of months ago.
This store is exciting! Every visit here is magical. The staff are super friendly and have real passion for what they do. I find myself filled with joy every time I walk on and find new arrivals, and the prices have me completely giddy. This is hands-down my most favourite place on planet Earth, and always will be.
Awesome place! Staff was friendly, but most of all the clothes were TO DIE FOR! Shop is clean and nicely organized. Unfortunately, very early on, the stitching came loose in a number of the clothes I bought there.
As a bigger gal who enjoys a retro look but is confused by vintage sizing, I often strike out at the consignment shop. What excites me about PDVB is that they carry retro repro dresses in everyone’s size. I’m talking S-3X in cuts that are flattering to all of those sizes. I’m talking really flattering. I’m talking no more having to leave behind a cute one-of-a-kind (although they have those, too!) piece due to size, or even worse, dooming a garment to a long shelf life waiting for thinner days. I went in for a semi-formal party dress, and it was great to choose based on style preference rather than size. I love this dress, it has already seen two weddings and chaperoned a prom. Paper Doll has lots of variety, great sales and reasonable pricing for high quality pieces. Also- if you sign up for their mailing list at the register, you get a percentage off your first purchase and get to stay in the sales loop! I highly recommend this business.

I live in Brooklyn and when I go to sayville to visit my best friend, we always have to go to Paper Doll. Some of my favorite outfits are from there. Always unique and fabulous!

2022-05-23This store is so cute! I love the style clothing and the vintage stock they get. They have these awesome holiday photo shoots that I really want to try and get to the next one! Very creative shop and in the heart of town so it’s perfect to stop by when you’re waiting for your table or want to stop for some unique and/or handmade items! Def check it out and feed your curiosity the next time you’re in town!!

And it’s such a welcoming, fun environment! Friendly staff and I’ve met so many cool people shopping at paperdoll over the years. Highly recommend!

2022-02-13Took my daughter here recently. Nice little store with some cool finds (members only jacket). My daughter purchased a vintage necklace. Lady at the counter was very nice. Love these kind of stores, wish there were more like it on the island.

2022-01-18Selection was beautiful but salesperson was not welcoming.I visited this boutique today with my mother. We love fashion and always try and stop at new vintage boutiques while we travel. We heard good things about Vintage Dolls and were excited to check it out.While the selections was amazing, I was instantly put off by the salesperson. She did not greet us upon entering and did not offer any help throughout the experience. As a collector of vintage scarves I would have loved it she would’ve offered to open the cases while I was admiring them. There were multiple opportunities for her to offer assistance or even just a friendly bit of chit chat but she seemed in no mood.As someone who has worked in retail before, making customers feel welcome is incredibly important. Some conversation starters like the below would’ve make the experience a lot less awkward.- is there anything I can help you find today?- let me know if I can open up any of the cases for you?- what brings you in today?She turned what would’ve been a multiple item sale into a unpleasant browsing experience.While the selection was organized and well kept, I will not buy from someone who makes me as a customer feel out of place and not welcomed.

2022-05-24I absolutely love Paper Doll. The owner is super cool and she finds the most amazing vintage pieces. I bought an adorable shirt dress from the 1940s. This is NOT a thrift store, it is a high-end vintage store. Some other reviewers seem to not know the difference between thrift and vintage! I stop here whenever I’m in town. Couldn’t love it more.

2022-05-22You’re better off going to your local thrift store. Prices are a rip off. Owner is weird and there was a bunch of freaky people hanging around outside and inside the store. Weird vibe. Stay away!
