She focuses on all the details that make the difference between a nice invitation and a GORGEOUS INVITATION, resulting in “everything elegant!”Additionally, she follows the production of the invitation down to every last detail; when everything arrives (on time ) she then goes through each box checking the count - and the quality.It is my pleasure to recommend Bobbie. She helped us select the most perfect wedding invitation and custom wording, accompanying enclosures, response cards and thank you notes. She checked, double checked and triple checked every detail, wording and address. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. She helped us with the entire design and look of the invitation and captured exactly what we wanted. When it came time to menus, programs, napkins and place cards, Bobbie again didnt disappoint. She helped us design a beautiful program and also coordinated the printing of the envelopes, menus, napkins and place cards. She checked every address, every invitation and place card to ensure perfect printing and accuracy. You can not ask for better service or professionalism. Paper Etc., aka Bobbie, is wonderful. We were looking for an elegant simple wedding invitation with in 2 weeks. It was almost an impossible feat but Bobbie made it happen. She also, with the vague description, gauged exactly what we wanted and we got the invitation that I saw in my head! She is also kind, professional, and knows her business well. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
We designed and ordered our wedding invitations through Bobbie at Paper Etc. and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had no idea what we wanted and Bobbie patiently went through tons of options with us. She helped us stay within our budget while finding the perfect invitation for our wedding. Bobbie was unbelievably helpful through every step of the process - selecting wedding invitations, coming up with creative ways to make the invitations unique, coordinating with a printer for our envelopes, and answering any questions we had along the way. We have gotten so many compliments and there is absolutely no way we would have had such lovely invitations without her guidance. She also does thank you notes, wedding-related items (seating cards, napkins, welcome notes) and a variety of other options. I recommend her without hesitation! We will certainly be using her again in the future when we need invitations or other items that she carries.*We are not locals to White Plains, NY - we met with her in person but were also able to do a great deal of the coordination over email.
If I can rate more than 5 stars about Bobbie, I would! She made the whole process of doing invitations so easy and fun. I can’t wait for all my family and friends to see our invitations. I will definitely be using Bobbie again in the future!!

Every time i need stationary, invitation or party planning. I go to Paper Etc. So when i decided to get married, i went to Paper Etc. The quality of customer service and the expertise of Roberta Herm make the interaction an experience you dont receive any place eles. Totally recommend.

2022-09-18Bobbie killed it!! My fiancé and I worked with Bobbie to order our wedding invitations. She took the time to show us different options and find something we loved within our budget. The ordering process was seamless and the invitations arrived even sooner than expected. Bobbie was extremely responsive to emails/text and was flexible with pick up times around our schedule. Our invitations came out perfectly - we will definitely be working with her again in the future for our stationary needs. Would highly recommend

2022-09-08I have used Bobbie for two Bat Mitzvahs, one Bar Mitzvah, and two weddings over a period of 23 years. Would not consider anyone else. Personalized white glove service……she knows the business, what works, what doesn’t, and is most helpful in helping you make important decisions. She expects perfection in her products and totally delivers that herself.👍🏻

She is incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The invitations came out so beautifully and I could not have been happier. Bobbie has a wonderful selection of invitations and was very knowledgeable in helping us select our wedding invitations. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and my husband and I couldnt have been happier with our selection. Bobbie also helped us with our wedding programs, reception place cards and personalized cocktail napkins! Everything we purchased for our wedding was great and we received so many compliments! You wont be disappointed working with Bobbie!

2019-08-16Bobbie is incredible! My fiance and i considered ordering our wedding invites through an online site, but soon realized there was more to worry about than expected. We were recommended by a few married couples to use Paper Etc. and it was the best decision we could have made. She works with all budgets and gave us a great price for invites. She was not far off from what we would have spent online. Bobbie goes above and beyond to make sure you understand, see, feel all of your invitation options. All of her sample books are current. She also corrected many grammatical errors to our address list. We received our invites in less than two weeks. Bobbie took the time to show us how to assemble our invitations as well as included a do not forget list to assist us once we begin to assemble and mail out our invitations.We also plan to order place cards with her.Dont waste your time or money anywhere else, call Bobbie!

2016-09-25We cannot compliment Bobbie enough! She was incredibly patient, organized, diligent, supportive and helpful during our whole wedding planning process. Not only did she do our invitations, but also our thank yous, bar/cocktail napkins, programs, menus and table cards. We have not stopped getting rave reviews. As careful as we were, she was able to find typos even we missed. Bobbie was very responsive at all times and helped guide us through every step of the way. We will definitely be recommending Bobbie to all of our friends!
