It is very frustrating when Google Maps says the store on Park and 54th opens at 8am, you arrive shortly there after and the store sign says opens at 9am. You come back at 9 and no one is in the store, doors are locked. There goes a sale...

I came over to giftwrap a box. It took the dude 40 minutes to do that. He was very slow and I could tell he doesnt know what he was doing. The result was way far from normal, let alone perfect. He put huge pieces of tape right over the wrapping paper. He didnt use double sided tape placing pieces of wrinkled tape underneath of the edges which made the present look like it was found in the garbage. I cant express my frustration with the service. As a result I wasted $50 and 40 minutes of my time and got the worst giftwrapping experience one can imagine. It is fascinating because the business model of Papyrus is providing giftwrapping services which they can not do at all!

Staff is polite. Papyrus cards are the highest quality of any chain. The other items they have in the store are great also. Things I would normally not look for but I always seem to pick up a few when I am here.

Friendly staff! Great selection of cards for any occasion, unique gift ideas, stationary, and interesting books, socks and other home accessories sprinkled throughout.

I dont really understand the point of a rewards program at a card shop. And I have difficulty navigating the selections here (i.e. I wish the store were double the size so I could see more options). Thats especially important when youre trying to pick out a quick card for a colleague at work which is what I imagine most people come here to do.

It is a convenient location but sadly, lacking in service or care by the staff 4 out of 5 times. As just one of many examples, I bought a mug a few days ago and while I was waiting for the sales associate if I could get the mug (thinking a new one) - a gift, she emerged with the dusty one on the floor display and proceeded to put it in the box. There was another sales associate with her back to the line forming and instead of turning around to take the other register, she could not be bothered. Love Papyrus but will no longer support this location. The dusty mug, extended wait for no reason and lack of care were the final straw.

Customer service has seriously deteriorated in the past year. Lines will have multiple people in them and instead of opening the other registers the employees continue restocking or hanging out in back. Ive also been overcharged multiple times.

Great cards although expensive. Space is very crowded however so its difficult to move around but its a good card shop in general. Would be nice if their employees thanked their customers however.

Nice store with large selection of various cards. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly and I am very happy with the purchase.
